Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.比較的狭小な検出ゾーンを含む多孔質、液体浸透性キャリアをケーシング内 に備える検定サンプル試験装置であって、前記検出ゾーンに固定した結合剤に検 出可能材料を直接または間接に特異的に結合させることによって検定結果を明ら かにし、また、前記装置ケーシングが内部登録手段を含み、前記装置ケーシング 内の前記検出ゾーンが前記装置ケーシングの前記登録手段に対して所定の位置に 正確に配設されるように、前記内部登録手段が前記キャリアと関連する対応登録 手段にうまく噛み合う試験装置。 2.前記内部登録手段が、前記キャリアの穴または凹部と噛み合うペグなどを備 え、前記検出ゾーンが、前記穴または凹部に対してキャリア上の正確な所定位置 にある請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 3.前記対応登録手段を利用して、前記キャリア上での前記検出ゾーンの正確な 形成と前記装置ケーシング内での前記キャリアの正確な配置を制御する請求の範 囲第1項または第2項に記載の検定装置の製造方法。 4.ケーシング内に多孔質ストリップを備える検定装置の製造方法であって、前 記ストリップに少なくとも一つの検出ゾーンを含み、試薬を多孔質材料のシート に塗布してから、シートを各々試薬を塗布した部分を備える複数の同一なストリ ップに分割して前記検出ゾーンを形成する方法において、 a)試薬を塗布する前に、多孔質材料のシートに、複数の穴または凹部を設け 、シートを分割する際に個々のストリップを形成するシート各領域に穴または凹 部が少なくとも一つあり、 b)試薬の塗布中、シートへの試薬の塗布が穴または凹部に対して所定の位置 で行われるように、印刷手段に登録して穴または凹部でシートを把持し、 c)シートを分割した後、前記少なくとも一つの穴または凹部と前記ケーシン グ内の位置決め手段とをうまく結合させることにより、個々のストリップをケー シング内に配置して検定装置を組み立てる方法。 5.前記穴または凹部がシートの長手方向縁辺部にそっている請求の範囲第4項 に記載の方法。 6.試薬の塗布を行う際に、前記穴または凹部の配列にほぼ平行な一本または複 数本の線状に試薬を塗布する請求の範囲第4 項または第5項に記載の方法。 7.前記ケーシングに、ケーシングの外部から前記検出ゾーンを観察できる観察 窓を備え、ケーシング内にストリップを配置することにより、前記検出ゾーンが 前記観察窓に対して所定の位置に確実に配置されるようにする請求の範囲第4項 から第6項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 8.ストリップが複数の検出ゾーンを備える請求の範囲第4項から第7項のいず れか一項に記載の方法。 9.前記ケーシング内の前記配置手段がペグである請求の範囲第4項から第8項 のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
