Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 上記DMCUが、プロセス出力がユーザにより選択された期間内において ユーザにより選択された大きさ以上設定点に対して変化しない限り、上記外乱予 測子から上記ノミナルコントローラ出力への信号を上記選択された期間だけ使用 する請求項5記載の制御ループ。 2. DMCUが、予測外乱モデル上でのシミュレーションでトレーニングされ たニューラルネットワークである請求項5記載のコントローラ。 3. DMCU出力が、外乱が予測されるかどうかだけを示す信号である請求項 5記載のコントローラ。 4. DMCU出力が、該DMCUによって予測されたyのプロファイルを示す 信号であり、yが少なくとも1つの出力変数ベクトルである請求項5記載ののコ ントローラ。 5. アクチュエータを有するプロセスを制御するための出力信号を有し、その プロセスの制御を達成する前記アクチュエータに接続され、前記プロセスの出力 を表す入力信号を有している、前記プロセスを制御する制御ループにおいて、 アクチュエータに接続され、そのアクチュエータを制御するための第1の出力 を有し、プロセス出力を表す信号を受ける第1の入力と、第2及び第3の入力と を有するノミナルコントローラと、 プロセス出力を表す信号を受ける第1の入力を有し、ノミナルコントローラの 第1の出力に接続された第2の入力を有し、ノミナルコントローラの第2の入力 に接続された出力を有し、かつ第3の入力を有する外乱モードコントローラ装置 (DMCU)と、 外乱モードコントローラ装置の第3の入力に接続された出力を有する周期性イ ンジケータと、 を具備し、 外乱モードコントローラ装置が、周期性インジケータとの関連において、かつ 外乱モードコントローラ装置の第1の入力のプロセス出力及び外乱モードコント ローラ装置の第2の入力のアクチュエータを制御するノミナルコントローラの第 1の出力を表す信号を考慮して予測外乱の確度を記憶して、予測外乱の起こる時 と程度を予測するとともに、外乱モードコントローラ装置の出力に、すぐに起こ る外乱が予測されればその予測外乱を示す信号を供給して、ノミナルコントロー ラの第2の入力に入力するニューラルネットワークを有する外乱予測子装置を具 備し、 前記ノミナルコントローラが、そのノミナルコントローラの第3の入力に設定 点信号を有すると共に、ノミナルコントローラの第1の入力にプロセス出力を表 す信号を有して、何らかの差迫った外乱を表す信号がない場合にアクチュエータ を制御するための出力を発生し、何らかの差迫った外乱を示す信号がある場合は 、外乱モードコントローラ装置からの何らかの差迫った外乱を示す信号からアク チュエータを制御するための出力を発生する 制御ループ。
