Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.多量の水を含んだ液体又はスラリーと接触すると自己分散し、このような分 散の後に固体塊に硬化し得るグラウト材料であって、 成分A:組成物の10〜95重量%を占める接合成分と、 成分B:組成物の2〜75重量%を占める崩壊機構促進成分と、 成分C:組成物の0〜50重量%を占める任意の膨潤化成分と、 成分D:組成物の0.1〜10重量%を占める結合剤成分とのブレンドからなる 組成物Xを含んでいる前記材料。 2.成分A、B、Cがそれぞれ、平均粒径が25μm未満の粉末からなる請求項 1に記載の材料。 3.組成物X、及び他の任意の1種以上の添加剤を含んでいる請求項1又は2に 記載の材料。 4.材料が、平均直径又は長さが0.5mm以上のグラニュール又はペレットの 形態である請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の材料。 5.請求項4に記載の材料のペレットを液体又はスラリーに材料が容積又はその 実質的な層全体に分散し得るような 量だけ添加するステップ、前記容積中に材料を分散させるステップ、材料を硬化 させて固体塊を形成するステップからなる、多量の水を含んだ液体又はスラリー 中に固体塊を形成する方法。 6.液体又はスラリーが危険物質を含み、容器内に収納されている請求項5に記 載の方法。 7.形成された固体塊が容器内容物を適切に密封する封入層又は封入体を含んで いる請求項6に記載の方法。 8.本明細書に記載の材料の例のいずれかと実質的に同一である請求項1に記載 の材料。 9.前記方法で使用される材料が請求項8に記載の材料である請求項7に記載の 材料。
