Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電気的性質を有し、間隔を隔てた少なくとも第一導電性スリーブ及び第二導 電性スリーブを備えた近位端を有する細長い可撓性部材に使用するための回転コ ネクタにおいて、 ボアを有するハウジングと、 前記ボアに配置される間隔を隔てた第一導電性ディスク及び第二導電性ディ スクとを備え、前記導電性ディスクでは、前記近位端が前記ボアを貫通して延び 、細長い可撓性部材を回転させている間、導電性スリーブは導電性ディスクと接 触し、 ハウジングによって支持される、ハウジング内の細長い可撓性部材の近位端 を保持するための手段と、 導電性ディスクに接続する導線とをさらに備える回転コネクタ。 2.ハウジングによって支持される、ハウジング内の細長い可撓性部材の近位端 を保持するための前記手段は、導電性ディスクから分離し、ハウジングによって 支持される、ハウジングの細長い可撓性部材の近位端を保持するためのつかみ機 構を有する、請求の範囲1に記載の回転コネクタ。 3.前記導電性ディスクは、金属の導電性リングで形成され、該リングは、開口 部及び前記リングの開口部にわたって延びる導電性エラストマー膜を有する、請 求の範囲1に記載の回転コネクタ。 4.前記導電性エラストマー膜は、0.005-0.040 インチ (約0.13mm- 約1mm)の厚 さ範囲を有する、請求の範囲3に記載の回転コネクタ。 5.前記導電性エラストマー膜には、小さな直径の開口部が形成され、該小さな 直径の開口部は、その中に配置される導電性スリーブの寸法よりも小さい寸法を 有する、請求の範囲4に記載の回転コネクタ。 6.前記つかみ機構は、ハウジングに回転可能に取り付けられ、直径方向に延び る凹みを有するスピンドルと、 スピンドルの直径方向への移動のためのスピンドル内の凹みに取り付けられ たプッシュボタンと、 プッシュボタンの凹みへの出入りの移動を制限するための手段と、 凹みの外へプッシュボタンを弾性的に付勢する、凹み内に配置された手段と を有する、請求の範囲2に記載の回転コネクタ。 7.前記プッシュボタンは、細長い可撓性部材の近位端を受け入れるための細長 いスロットを有し、そこで、前記スピンドルは、その中を延びる孔を有し、前記 スロットと合う、請求の範囲6に記載の回転コネクタ。 8.横断方向に延びる凹みを有する部材と、 部材の横断方向に移動する、凹みに取り付けられるプッシュボタンと、 凹みに対してプッシュボタンの移動を制限する、プッシュボタン内及び部材 内の協働手段と、 プッシュボタンを凹みの外へ弾性的に付勢する、凹み内に配置された弾性手 段とを備え、 前記プッシュボタンは、凹み内のプッシュボタンの移動方向の横断方向に延 びる孔を有し、前記部材は、プッシュボタン内の孔に平行な方向に延びる孔を有 し、プッシュボタンは、プッシュボタン内の孔が、部材内の孔と軸線方向に整列 するように移動するように、弾性手段の力に対してプッシュボタンを押すことに よって動かされ、それによって、細長い可撓性要素が部材内の孔及びプッシュボ タン内の孔に挿入されるとき、プッシュボタンが押されている間、解放されたプ ッシュボタンは、プッシュボタンと部材との間の細長い可撓性要素を締め付ける 、細長い可撓性部材に使用するためのつかみ機構。
