Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体、特に血液から物質を取り除くための装置であって、液体をハンドリ ングするための第一の循環路に少なくとも1つの連結可能な膜フィルターを具備 し、その第二の、適切には濾過物側において、膜を通過したこれらの物質に結合 するための吸着剤を含有する懸濁液が存在し、吸着剤を含有する懸濁液(14) の循環を達成するために、局所的な区別しうる液体交換方法を可能にし、第二の 循環路の容積を平衡に保つポンプ(13、25)及び区別しうる正及び負の膜内 外圧力を膜フィルター(1、1a)で局所的に起こすための手段が提供されるこ とを特徴とするもの。 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置であって、2つの膜フィルター(1、1a )が連続して提供されることを特徴とするもの。 3.請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置であって、第二のポンプ(13、25)が 向流式で操作させるもの。 4.請求の範囲第1項若しくは第2項に記載の装置であって、第二のポンプ( 13、25)が0.5から6l/分、適切には1〜3l/分の推進能力を有する ことを特徴とするもの。 5.請求の範囲第1項から第3項の何れかに記載の装置であって、懸濁液を前 方に進めるための該ポンプ(13、25)が遠心ポンプであり、これによって生 じる減少された機械的剪断により懸濁された吸着剤粒子に対する機械的損傷を最 小限にすることを特徴とするもの。 6.請求の範囲第1項から第5項に記載の装置であって、 該浄化用懸濁液の交換のために、等量の浄化用懸濁液を導入及び送出する2つの 等価な前方へ進める手段を持ったポンプ手段(20)を提供することを特徴とす るもの。 7.請求の範囲第1項から第5項に記載の装置であって、容積を一定に維持す るためのバルブ手段が提供されることを特徴とし、このうち、更に適切には交換 を促進するためのポンプ及び/又は使用された浄化用懸濁液と新しい浄化用懸濁 液の混合を防止するための閉鎖バルブ(19)が提供されるもの。 8.請求の範囲第1項から第8項に記載の装置であって、浄化用の溶液と接触 するいくつかの部分が、一回使用のものであることを特徴とし、このうち、使用 されるポンプが、再使用可能な駆動部(26)と一回使用のポンプヘッド(25) を具備するもの。 9.請求の範囲第1項から第7項に記載の装置であって、一次循環路内におい て、膜フィルター(1)の一次側(2)の出口(4)の後に、フィルターの欠損 を記録するための検出器(23)、適切には一次循環路内で粒子の存在を識別す る超音波フィルタを提供することを特徴とするもの。 10.請求の範囲第1項から第9項に記載の装置であって、織物地のフィルタ ー(24)が膜フィルター(1)の一次側(2)の出口(4)の後にあることを 特徴とするもの。 11.請求の範囲第10項に記載の装置であって、一次循環路(11)におい て、膜フィルター(17)の一次側の出口(4)の後に、磁場を提供し得、フィ ルター膜(1)内で の欠損により一次側に入り込んだ粒子がトラップ手段によって捕らえるように、 浄化用懸濁液の粒子(14)が磁気的に活性化される物質を含有することを特徴 とするもの。 12.請求の範囲第1項から第1項に記載の装置であって、圧力センサーが、 膜(1)の入口及び/又は出口(3、4、5、6)に提供されることを特徴とす るもの。 13.請求の範囲第1項から第12項に記載の装置であって、該浄化用懸濁液 が、関連した病態生理学的物質に結合する粒子に加えて、交換方法によって主要 システムに導入されうる活性物質を更に具備することを特徴とするもの。 14.請求の範囲第1項から第13項に記載の装置であって、制御手段が、二 次循環路(12)への、及び該路からの可能な異なったサイズの、浄化用懸濁液 の入口及び出口を設けることを特徴とするもの。 15.請求の範囲第2項に記載の装置であって、膜フィルター(1及び1a) のフィルターチャンバー間の接続ライン(45)において、制御可能なクランプ (46)を提供することを特徴とするもの。
