Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a designed composite mirror surface sheet having a brightness feeling changed in hue according to a looking angle and excellent in mirror surface properties by constituting the sheet of three layers, that is, a polyethylene terephthalate film layer having specific total light transmissivity and specific thickness, an adhesive layer containing mica in a specific ratio and a color sheet layer having specific total light transmissivity. SOLUTION: A designed composite mirror surface sheet is constituted of three layers, that is, a polyethylene terephthalate film layer (A) with total light transmissivity of 80% or more and a thickness of 0.05-0.2mm, a titanium mica- containing resin adhesive layer (B) containing 3-30wt.% of titanium mica among single-layer coated titanium mica obtained by coating scaly mica with titanium dioxide, reduced titanium mica obtained by partially reducing the titanium dioxide coating layer of single-layer coated titanium mica and further coating the reduced titanium mica with titanium dioxide and multi-layered titanium mica obtained by coating reduced titanium mica with titanium dioxide and a color sheet layer (c) having total light transmissivily of 20% or less formed from a surface in succession.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a mirror-colored plastic sheet of colored light whose color changes depending on the viewing angle, and is used as a wall material in a room or as a surface layer material for kitchen, furniture, storage, stationery, etc. The present invention relates to a design composite mirror surface sheet that responds to the tendency to differentiate, differentiate, and individualize.

2. Description of the Related Art Various materials have been used as wall coverings, kitchens, furniture, housings, stationery and the like. For example,
It uses high-quality materials such as marble and natural wood, composite materials that have a design feel and texture close to those natural materials, and durability is enhanced, or geometric patterns can be printed away from the design feeling of natural materials. Those that are expressed and have a design. In particular, in recent years, there is a trend toward increasingly high-class and individual items, and for that reason, materials with the same design that repeatedly express the same pattern by printing, or materials that have only a flat design without depth are high-class. People tend to be shunned because it is poor, and there is a strong demand for materials that express the non-reproducibility, three-dimensional effect, and depth that are found in natural materials. However, natural name wood and marble are very expensive and have problems such as mechanical strength and dimensional stability, so that they have not been used for general purpose. Among them, artificial materials that give a three-dimensional effect closer to natural materials,
Although it can be seen that non-reproducible patterns are expressed, the reality is that they do not express the unique luster of natural marble. On the other hand, as a requirement for the surface texture of these materials, there is an increasing demand for specularity in terms of expressing a high-class feeling, and as a means for achieving this, the method of transferring the product of the specular surface plate by a hot plate press is conventionally used. Better known. However, in this method, it takes a lot of man-hours to set the product on the hot platen, take it out after pressing, etc., so that there is a problem in production efficiency, and since the product size is a single sheet, there is a lack of flexibility in size. was there.

The surface material has a total light transmittance of 80%.
As described above, a PET film having a thickness of 0.05 mm to 0.2 mm is used. The PET film is excellent in specularity and scratch resistance (pencil hardness H or higher), and is suitable in the field of use of the present invention. In this case, when the light transmittance is 80% or less, the unique design feeling and glitter feeling produced by the titanium mica-containing resin adhesive layer (B) and the chromatic color sheet layer (C) are reduced,
Poor expressiveness. Further, if the thickness is less than 0.05 mm, it becomes impossible to suppress the subtle thickness unevenness of the titanium mica-containing resin adhesive layer (B), which causes a problem in specularity.
If m or more, there is no problem in specularity, but the stiffness of the sheet becomes too strong, which causes problems during bending of the sheet.

In the titanium mica-containing resin adhesive layer (B) which is the intermediate layer, the main component of the resin used as the adhesive is a vinyl chloride type, a vinyl acetate type, a polyester type, a urethane acrylate type, etc. A type having good adhesion to the film layer (A) and the chromatic color sheet layer (C) may be selected, and titanium mica is dispersed using these resins as a vehicle. Titanium mica includes a single layer-coated titanium mica obtained by coating scale-like mica with titanium dioxide, a reduced titanium mica obtained by partially reducing the titanium dioxide coating layer of the single-layer coated titanium mica and further coating with titanium dioxide, or the reduced titanium mica. Further, one or more kinds of titanium mica selected from multi-layered titanium mica coated with titanium dioxide are used. The titanium dioxide referred to here may be either rutile type or anatase type, and the rutile type is desirable in order to have weather resistance. The scaly mica is preferably the most colorless and transparent muscovite, which is made by a wet method to obtain a smooth surface, but it is not specified in the present invention.
The thickness is 0.05 to 2.0 μm, but the size is 5 to
200 μm is preferable.

The characteristic of titanium mica lies in that the light reflected on the surface of the mica and the light reflected on the surface of titanium dioxide interfere with each other to develop a coloring. The reduced titanium mica emits a blackish pearl color, and the single-layer coated titanium mica emits a whitish pearl color. Furthermore, the color to be developed is determined by the thickness of titanium dioxide and the thickness of mica. When the amount of titanium mica dispersed and added to the resin adhesive layer is 3% by weight or less, the interference coloring property of titanium mica is reduced, and it is not possible to obtain a colored light color having a change. On the other hand, if it is 30% by weight or more, the dispersibility of mica is deteriorated, and when the adhesive is applied to the substrate, mica scales are attached to the coating roll to make uniform coating difficult. The titanium mica-containing resin adhesive may be applied by a general method such as gravure, reverse or comma coater, and the coat thickness is preferably 5 to 50 μm. If the thickness is less than 5 μm, the interference coloring property of titanium mica is reduced, and it is not possible to obtain a colored light with a change.
When the thickness is 0 μm or more, the coat thickness varies, and it becomes difficult to finish the composite sheet to a mirror surface.

The chromatic color sheet (C) determines the background color of the designable composite mirror sheet of the present invention, and the titanium mica-containing resin adhesive layer (B) and the PET film layer (A) formed thereon. The basic design and hue are determined by the combination of. For the base resin of the sheet, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polyethylene, polystyrene, etc. are used, and organic or inorganic colored pigments such as red iron oxide, phthalocyanine, etc. are dispersed in these resins, and the sheet is formed by a film forming method such as calender film forming. Form. You may add a plasticizer, a stabilizer, a lubricant, etc. as needed.

The titanium mica-containing resin adhesive layer (B) is formed on the ET film layer (A) by coating, and then the chromatic color sheet (C) is laminated by the dry laminating method. By manufacturing this structure by the dry laminating method, it is possible to provide an endless designing specular mirror surface sheet that has depth and has a unique glittering feeling in which the color changes depending on the viewing angle, and that also has excellent specularity.
