Next, the holder 10 will be further described with reference to FIG. The embroidery frame 11 is a pair of frame bodies that can be separated from each other, such as an inner frame 41 and an outer frame, so that the embroidery object can be held in a state in which the embroidery place in the embroidery object is stretched in the embroidery space 12. It consists of 42. In this case, the space inside the inner frame 41 is the embroidery space 12. Connecting member
13 and 14 are receiving surfaces 21 of holding members 21 and 22 in holders 8 and 9.
The connecting plate is formed in a thin plate shape so that it can be slid under the pressing spring 33 by being pushed along the a and 22a. As an example of such a plate-shaped means, for example, a metal plate is bent into a crank shape in cross section, and one piece thereof is used as a connecting plate. The piece 43 on the opposite side of the bent side is used as a fastening piece for the embroidery frame 11, for example, the inner frame 41.
It is stuck to. The connecting members 13 and 14 may be attached to the outer frame 42 in some cases. 44 is a rear end of the connecting member 14.
A guide groove provided in 14a serves to guide the lateral position of the connecting member 14 with respect to the holder 9 when the embroidery frame 11 is attached to the holders 8 and 9. The guide groove 44 is provided at the rear end so that the guide can be smoothly performed.
The width is gradually reduced from 44a toward the deep portion of the guide groove 44. 45 and 46 are fitting portions provided on the connecting members 13 and 14 of the pair of fitting portions.
The fitting recessed portion correspondingly formed so as to be capable of fitting with is shown.
These fitting recesses 45 and 46 are examples of through holes, but the connecting members
It may be a bottomed recess that opens on the lower surface of 13, 14. These fitting concave portions 45 and 46 are located at positions corresponding to the fitting convex portions 31 and 31, that is, when the connecting members 13 and 14 are brought to predetermined positions with respect to the holding members 21 and 22, the fitting convex portions 31 and 31 are formed. It is provided at a position where it will overlap with. These fitting recesses 45 and 46 are connected by the weight of the embroidered object 15 attached to the holder 10 so that the fitting state with the fitting protrusions 31 and 31 is firmly maintained. It is provided at the front end portions 13b and 14b on the side where the load applied to the receiving surfaces 21a and 22a from 13 and 14 increases greatly.
The fitting concave portion 45 causes a large contraction force on the embroidered object due to an increase in the number of needles for embroidery with respect to the embroidered object, and the contracting force is applied to the inner frame 41.
Even if the width dimension of is reduced, it is formed as a long hole in the left-right direction in order to prevent biting with the fitting convex portion 31 due to the reduction. Regarding the function of positioning the pair of fitting parts (31, 45, 46) and transmitting the force in the horizontal direction, the relationship between the convex part and the concave part is relative, and the fitting parts 31, 31 are fitted. While the mating recesses are formed, the mating portions 45 and 46 may be formed on the corresponding mating protrusions. The installation position may also be on the front side of the presser spring 33 (FIG. 2), but below the presser spring 33, the presser parts 36, 3
It may be around the middle of 8. Further, the pair of guide members including the guide piece 30 and the guide groove 44 are relative, and the side of the connecting member 14 may be tapered, and the side of the holder 9 may be formed in a corresponding funnel-shaped recess.

A case where embroidery is performed on the embroidery object 15 using the embroidery frame 11 will be described. When embroidering is performed on the embroidery object 15, the embroidery object 15 is mounted on the embroidery frame 11 so that the embroidery planned position in the embroidery object 15 is located in the embroidery space 12. Next, the embroidery frame 11 is loaded into the holders 8 and 9. In this operation, the embroidery frame 11 is advanced to the space between the right and left holders 8 and 9 toward the back side, and the left and right connecting members 13 and 14 are respectively connected to the receiving surfaces 21a and 21 Insert it under the pressing spring 33 along the 22a. In this case, the insertion of the connecting member 14 will be described with reference to FIG. Connecting member 13
Also proceeds in parallel with the insertion of the connecting member 14. First, as shown in (A), the end portion 14a is advanced in the
Slide it under the holding part 36 along a. The reason why the arrow 47 is inclined is to avoid interference between the connecting member 14 and the fitting projection 31. However, since the fitting convex portion 31 is formed to have a low height as described above, the inclination may be very small enough to clear the fitting convex portion 31, and the fitting is inserted almost along the receiving surface 22a. Can be performed. Next, as shown by the arrow 48, the end 14a is directed to the gap 27 in FIG. In this case, since the end portion 14a is pressed downward by the pressing portion 38,
Gap without letting end 14a abut against levitation blocker 26
You can go to 27. Also, in this case, the connection member 14 is advanced by advancing the guide piece 30 into the guide groove 44.
Is guided so that the position in the left-right direction with respect to the holder 9 is appropriate. As a result, the fitting concave portion 46 smoothly moves to a position where the fitting concave portion 46 overlaps with the fitting convex portion 31. When the right and left positions of the connecting member 14 are appropriate, the right and left positions of the connecting member 13 with respect to the holder 8 are also set to the appropriate positions. Connecting member as above
When the tip of 14 contacts the stopper 28,
46 is in a state of being overlapped with the fitting projection 31. Then, as shown in (C), the end portion 14b of the connecting member 14 is lowered onto the receiving surface 22a, and the fitting concave portion 46 is fitted to the fitting convex portion 31. By the above operation, the embroidery frame 11 is attached to a predetermined position with respect to the holders 8 and 9.

Next, the operation of embroidering the object to be embroidered loaded in the embroidery sewing machine 1 as described above will be described. Drive frame 7
Moves in the directions of arrows 7a and 7b based on a predetermined program. The movement is performed by holding members 21, 22, fitting convex portions 31, 31, fitting concave portion 4
It is transmitted to the embroidery frame 11 through 5, 46 and the connecting members 13 and 14, and the embroidered object 15 moves integrally with the drive frame 7. Further, in synchronization with the movement, the needle bar 5 moves up and down, and the needle 6 embroiders the object 15 to be embroidered. In the above case, the pressing portion 36 of the pressing spring 33 is the connecting member 1
Since the floating of the fittings 3 and 14 is prevented, the fitting state of the fitting concave portions 45 and 46 and the fitting convex portions 31 and 31 is maintained extremely firmly. Therefore, the accuracy of the movement of the embroidery object 15 is stably maintained, and accurate embroidery of a predetermined pattern is stably performed on the embroidery object 15. The fitting state between the fitting concave portions 45 and 46 and the fitting convex portions 31 and 31 is also maintained by the load applied to the connecting members 13 and 14 due to the weight of the holder 10 and the weight of the embroidery object 15.

After the embroidery is completed, the embroidery frame 11 is removed in the reverse order of the above. That is, first, the end portion 14b is lifted from the state shown in FIG. 4C, and the fitting between the fitting concave portion 46 and the fitting convex portion 31 is released. Similarly for the connecting member 13, the fitting concave portion 45 and the fitting convex portion
Remove the mating of 31. Next, when the embroidery frame 11 is pulled forward, the two connecting members 13 and 14 come out from between the holding members 21 and 22 and the pressing spring 33, respectively, and the embroidery frame 11 comes off from the holders 8 and 9.

Next, in the case of the above embroidery, when the object to be embroidered 15 is a garment such as a trainer and the chest or back is to be embroidered, the fitting recesses 45, 46 and the fitting projections are also caused by the following reasons. The certainty of maintaining the fitted state with the parts 31, 31 is increased. That is,
When embroidering at the above-mentioned place, the embroidery frame 11 is positioned with respect to the embroidered object 15 in a relationship as shown in FIG. The center of gravity of the embroidery frame 11 is substantially at the center of the embroidery frame 11 as indicated by the reference numeral G when the embroidery object is not mounted. However, when the embroidery object 15 as described above is mounted, the position of the center of gravity in the mounted state is a position on the front side as compared with the case where the embroidery object 15 is not mounted, as indicated by reference numeral G ', due to the weight of the sleeve 15a. Therefore, the load applied from the connecting members 13 and 14 to the receiving surfaces 21a and 22a is the end portion 13
It greatly increases on the sides of b and 14b. Due to the increased load, the ends 13b and 14b are more difficult to lift from the receiving surfaces 21a and 22a, and the fitting protrusions 31 and 31 and the fitting recess 45,
Maintaining the mated state with 46 becomes firm.

Next, the example of FIG. 6 is intended to prevent erroneous damage of the pressing spring when the embroidery frame is attached to the holder. In the figure, 50 is a pressing spring 33e
This is a deformation limiting member for preventing excessive deformation, is formed of a hard material, and is fixedly provided at a position as shown in the figure.
The deformation restricting member 50 restricts the deformation of the portion of the pressing spring 33e near the base portion 34e by the connecting member when the embroidery frame is mounted, within a range of its elastic limit. As a result, it is possible to prevent an accident that the pressing spring 33e is permanently deformed and the connecting member cannot be pressed. In addition, for the parts which are functionally the same as or equivalent to those in the previous figure and are considered to be redundant, the same reference numerals as those in the previous figure are appended with the letter e, and the redundant description is omitted.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the embroidery frame 11 is attached to the holding members 21 and 22, the connecting member is used.
Inserting 13 and 14 from the front side along the receiving surfaces 21a and 22a of the holding members 21 and 22 and slidingly under the pressing spring 33, the fitting portions 31 and 4
If 5,46 overlap, connect the connecting members 13,14 to the holding members 21,2
There is an effect that it can be attached by a simple operation of simply lowering it on the two receiving surfaces 21a, 22a. Moreover, when embroidering with the above attachment,
The movement of the drive frame 7 is performed by the holding members 21, 22, the fitting portions 31, 45, 4
6, transmitted to the embroidery frame 11 through the connecting members 13 and 14. Moreover, in this case, the pressing spring 33 prevents the connecting members 13 and 14 from rising and maintains the fitting state of the fitting portion, so that the transmission of the movement from the drive frame 7 to the embroidery frame 11 can be ensured. Therefore, the embroidery frame 11 can always be moved accurately, and the cloth 15 preliminarily attached to the embroidery frame 11 has the effect of accurately sewing the pattern. Furthermore, even if the fitting convex portion and the fitting concave portion that are fitted to each other are configured to transmit the accurate movement as described above,
Since the fitting is maintained by the pressing of the connecting members 13 and 14 by the pressing spring 33, the height of the fitting projections 31 and 31 is low enough to transmit the above movements. . This means that the inserting operation at the time of mounting can be easily performed in a state where the connecting members 13 and 14 are brought close to the receiving surfaces 21a and 22a of the holding members 21 and 22, that is, in a state where the connecting members 13 and 14 are close to horizontal and easy to perform. There is also an effect that can be done.
