Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a clamp that holds an object to be held by an annular portion, and an engagement structure that is employed to make the annular portion of this type of clamp openable.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a clamp described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-4297 is known as a clamp that holds an object to be held at an annular portion. According to this clamp, the clamp is mounted on the panel surface or printed wiring board of an electric device, and a plurality of cables are bundled and held by the clamp, whereby the plurality of cables are attached to the panel surface or the printed wiring board. It can be wired on the route along.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the clamp described in the above publication is provided with an engagement structure on the side of the annular portion (wire holding part), and the elastic locking piece in the engagement structure can be easily operated from the side. The operation of releasing the engagement can be performed relatively easily.
[0004]
However, for example, when a large number of parts are arranged so as to surround the periphery of the clamp, it becomes difficult to perform the operation from the side of the elastic locking piece. There was a drawback of getting worse.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a clamp and an engagement structure in which operability when releasing engagement is better than that of a conventional product.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
The clamp according to claim 1, which has been made to achieve the above object,
The holding part is configured to be annular and can hold the object to be held inside the ring, and the mounting part that can fix the holding part to a predetermined mounting position, and the holding part is provided at one place. And the engaged member provided at the other location, the engaging member can be moved forward / backward relative to the engaged member, and the engaging member is advanced. Then, when the engagement member reaches the engagement position, it engages with the member to be engaged and the holding portion becomes annular, and when the engagement is released, the object to be held is taken in and out from the open portion. A clamp that can be freely
The engaging member has an extending piece extending from the one portion, an engaging claw protruding from the extending piece, and a guided protrusion protruding from the extending piece. ,
The engaged member has a stepped portion on which the engaging claw is caught, and a guide portion that guides the guided projection so that the guided projection passes either inside or outside;
When engaging the engaging member with the engaged member, the first engaging member moves forward to the engaging position in a state where the guided protrusion is guided inside the guiding portion . When the operation is performed , the engaging claw is caught by the stepped portion, and the engaging member and the engaged member are engaged with each other.
In addition, when the engagement between the engagement member and the engaged member is released, the second operation further advances the engagement member from the engagement position in the same direction as the first operation. When the guided projection is over the edge of the guide portion, it is released to the outside of the guide portion, and the engagement between the engagement member and the engaged member is released,
When a third operation for retracting the engagement member from the released state is performed , the guided protrusion is guided outside the guide portion, and the engagement claw is moved to the stepped portion. The extension piece is elastically deformed in a direction away from the side, and the engagement claw is configured to pass through the engagement position without being caught by the stepped portion.
[0006]
In the above configuration, the forward / backward movement of the engaging member is a term used to define the relative displacement direction of the engaging member with respect to the engaged member, and the forward movement is the engaging member and the engaged member. Means a displacement in a direction in which a part of the engaging member and a part of the engaged member overlap with each other in a direction in which the part of the engaging member and the part of the engaged member overlap. It means a displacement in a direction in which the engaging member and the engaged member are separated from each other.
[0007]
The material for forming the clamp should be rigid enough to keep the object to be held and elastic enough to engage / disengage while elastically deforming the engaging member and the engaged member. For example, although not specifically limited, a molded article using a synthetic resin material is common.
[0008]
In this clamp, when engaging the engaging member and the engaged member, the first operation for advancing the engaging member to the engaging position in a state where the guided protrusion is guided inside the guide portion. Then, the engaging claw is caught by the stepped portion, and the engaging member and the engaged member are engaged.
On the other hand, when the engagement between the engagement member and the engaged member is released, a second operation is performed to further advance the engagement member in the same direction as in the first operation from the above-described engagement position . Then, when the guided projection exceeds the edge of the guide portion, the guide projection is released to the outside of the guide portion. At this point, the engagement is released. Thereafter, when a third operation for retracting the engagement member from the released state is performed , the guided projection is guided outside the guide portion. Accordingly, the extending piece elastically deforms in a direction in which the engaging claw is separated from the stepped portion side, and the engaging claw passes through the engaging position without being caught by the stepped portion.
[0009]
That is, in the case where the first operation for engaging the engaging member and the engaged member is performed , or in the case where the second operation for releasing the engagement between them is performed , the engaging member is moved in the same direction. The operation to move forward is performed.
According to the clamp configured as described above, in an operation in a single direction in which the engagement member is moved forward, the engagement operation (that is, the first operation) and the engagement release are performed only by adjusting the operation amount. Since the operation (that is, the second operation) can be performed, the operability is better than that of the engagement structure that requires an operation in a direction other than forward / reverse.
[0010]
Therefore, when releasing the engagement, for example, it is not necessary to perform an operation of pulling the engaging member in a direction orthogonal to the forward / backward direction, and even if any part is disposed in such a direction, The part does not become an obstacle that prevents the engaging / disengaging operation, and the operability when attaching / detaching the object to be held is improved.
[0011]
Next, the clamp according to claim 2 is:
When the engaging member is further advanced from the engaging position, the first inclined surface has an inclination such that the guided member is displaced toward the outside of the guide portion as the engaging member advances. It is characterized by the structure which slides along.
[0012]
According to this clamp, when the engaging member is advanced, the engaging member slides along the first inclined surface, and the extended piece is elastically deformed along with this, and the guided protrusion is outside the guide portion. It gradually displaces toward. Therefore, compared to the case where the engaging member is not guided along the inclined surface, the guided projection is smoothly displaced toward the outside of the guide portion, and it becomes easy to perform an operation of releasing the engagement.
[0013]
Next, the clamp according to claim 3 is:
When the engaged member is retracted after the guided protrusion is removed outside the guide portion, the engaging claw is displaced in a direction away from the stepped portion as the guided protrusion is retracted. It has a structure that slides along a second inclined surface having such an inclination.
[0014]
According to this clamp, when the guided protrusion is released to the outside of the guide portion and then the engaging member is retracted, the guided protrusion slides along the second inclined surface, and the extension piece is accordingly moved. While elastically deforming, the engaging claw is gradually displaced in a direction away from the stepped portion. Therefore, compared with the case where the guided projection is not guided along the inclined surface, the engaging claw is smoothly displaced in the direction away from the stepped portion, and the operation for releasing the engagement is easily performed.
[0015]
Next, the engagement structure according to claim 4 is:
It is composed of an engaging member provided at one location and an engaged member provided at the other location, and the engaging member can be moved forward / backward relative to the engaged member, When the engagement member is advanced, the engagement structure engages with the member to be engaged when the engagement member reaches the engagement position, and cannot be retracted, but can be retracted when the engagement is released. Because
The engaging member has an extending piece extending from the one portion, an engaging claw protruding from the extending piece, and a guided protrusion protruding from the extending piece. ,
The engaged member has a stepped portion on which the engaging claw is caught, and a guide portion that guides the guided projection so that the guided projection passes either inside or outside;
[0016]
In the above configuration, the forward / backward movement of the engagement member is a term used to define a relative displacement direction of the engagement member with respect to the engaged member, and is the same as the definition in the clamp according to claim 1. It is.
According to the engagement structure configured as described above, since it is configured in the same manner as the engagement structure included in the clamp according to the first aspect, the operation as already described for the clamp according to the first aspect. , Effective.
[0017]
Therefore, if the clamp that holds the object to be held by the annular portion adopts this engagement structure and has a structure that can be opened, the operability when the object to be held is attached / detached is improved. In addition, this engagement structure can be adopted for other than the clamp. In this case, the engagement operation can be performed only by adjusting the operation amount in the operation in a single direction in which the engagement member is advanced. (I.e., first operation) and disengagement operation (i.e., second operation) can be performed, so operability is better than an engagement structure that requires an operation in a direction other than forward / reverse. It will be something.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with an example. In the following description, the relative positional relationship and the like of each clamp part is specified by using the respective directions of the top, bottom, left, and right shown in FIG. 1, but this makes it easy to understand the structure of each clamp part. It is merely a means for this purpose, and does not define the absolute arrangement direction of the clamps in a place where the upper, lower, left and right front and rear are specified.
[0019]
A clamp 1 shown in FIG. 1 includes a holding portion 3 capable of holding cables and a mounting portion 5 provided below the holding portion 3, and these are integrally formed of synthetic resin.
The holding part 3 includes a base part 11 extending in the left-right direction, a right side wall part 13 protruding upward from the right end of the base part 11, a thin hinge part 15 provided at the upper end of the right side wall part 13, and a hinge part 15. And a pressing plate 17 provided so as to be swingable with respect to the right side wall portion 13. The holding portion 3 protrudes from the free end of the presser plate 17. When the presser plate 17 is leveled, the holding member 3 protrudes upward from the left end of the base 11 and the engaged member 21 that protrudes upward from the left end of the base 11. An engagement structure including the member 23 is provided, and the engagement member 21 and the engaged member 23 are engaged with each other so as to be annular.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 2, the engaging member 21 includes an extending piece 31 extending from the pressing plate 17, an engaging claw 33 projecting from the tip of the extending piece 31, and the extending piece 31. These are constituted by guided projections 35 protruding from the tip, and when the pressing plate 17 is leveled, the tip of the extension piece 31 faces downward, the engaging claw 33 protrudes to the right, and the guided projection 35 is configured to protrude rearward. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the engaging member 21 has a positioning protrusion 37 that protrudes in the same direction as the engaging claw 33.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 2, the engaged member 23 has a left side wall portion 41 protruding upward from the left end of the base portion 11, and a stepped portion on which the engaging claw 33 is caught on the left side surface of the left side wall portion 41. 43 is formed. A recess 45 into which the positioning protrusion 37 is fitted is formed behind the stepped portion 43. Further, a connecting portion 47 that extends further to the left is provided at a position closer to the rear of the left side surface of the left side wall portion 41. A hole 49 is formed in the connecting portion 47, and a guide portion 51 protrudes forward from the left end portion of the connecting portion 47. A first inclined surface 53 is formed below the stepped portion 43 on the left side surface of the left wall portion 41, and a second inclined surface 55 is formed at the lower end of the guide portion 51.
[0022]
On the other hand, the mounting portion 5 includes a support 61 that protrudes downward from the center of the lower surface of the base 11 and a pair of left and right checkers that extend from the lower end of the support 61 so as to be folded diagonally upward left and diagonally upward right. A piece 63, an elastic connecting piece 65 connecting the upper end of each check piece 63 and the vicinity of the base of the support 61, and an elastic support piece 67 extending obliquely downward from the left and right sides near the base of the support 61. Yes.
[0023]
The clamp 1 configured as described above is attached to, for example, a panel of an electric device by the attachment portion 5. Specifically, a through hole is formed in advance on the mounting position on the panel, and when the support 61 and the check piece 63 are pushed into the through hole, the check piece 63 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the through hole. When pressed, the check piece 63 is elastically deformed, and the gap between the support 61 and the check piece 63 is narrowed. In this state, when the support 61 and the check piece 63 pass through the through hole, the deformed check piece 63 returns to its original shape, and the gap between the support 61 and the check piece 63 widens. Will be retained. In this state, the elastic connecting piece 65 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the through hole to suppress backlash in the front-rear and left-right directions (that is, the direction intersecting the axial direction of the through hole), and the elastic support piece 67 is The base 11 is lifted from the panel side by the elastic force generated along with the elastic deformation, and the rattling in the vertical direction (that is, the axial direction of the through hole) is suppressed.
[0024]
Next, the engagement operation and the engagement release operation of the clamp 1 will be described. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the guided projection 35 is in a position hidden behind the extended piece 31, but for the sake of easy understanding, in the region where the guided projection 35 exists. It is shaded.
[0025]
In the clamp 1, when the engaging member 21 and the engaged member 23 are engaged, the guided projection 35 is guided inside the guide portion 51 (right side in the illustrated direction), The engagement member 21 is advanced (lowered in the direction shown) to the engagement position. Then, the engaging claw 33 is caught by the stepped portion 43 and the engaging member 21 and the engaged member 23 are engaged (see FIG. 4A).
[0026]
On the other hand, when the engagement between the engagement member 21 and the engaged member 23 is released, the engagement member 21 is further advanced from the above-described engagement position. Then, the front end of the engaging member 21 slides along the first inclined surface 53, and the extension piece 31 is elastically deformed along with this, and the guided projection 35 is outside the guide portion 51 (in the direction shown in the drawing). It is gradually displaced toward the left side. Further, since the guided projection 35 is only slightly caught on the edge of the guide portion 51 (the lower end in the direction shown in the drawing), the guided projection 35 is slightly displaced and exceeds the edge of the guide portion 51. At that time, the guided projection 35 is released to the outside of the guide portion 51 (see FIG. 4B).
[0027]
At this point, the engagement is released. After that, when the engagement member 21 is retracted (raised in the direction shown), the guided projection 35 slides along the second inclined surface 55. Accordingly, the extending piece 31 is elastically deformed, and the engaging claw 33 is gradually displaced in a direction away from the stepped portion 43. Then, the guided projection 35 is in a state of being guided outside the guide portion 51, and the engaging member 21 is retracted while the extending piece 31 is elastically deformed in a direction in which the engaging claw 33 is separated from the stepped portion 43 side, The engaging claw 33 passes through the engaging position without being caught by the stepped portion 43.
[0028]
As described above, when the engaging member 21 and the engaged member 23 are engaged with each other, the operation of moving the engaging member 21 forward is performed regardless of whether the engagement between the engaging member 21 and the engaged member 23 is released.
According to the clamp configured as described above, in the operation in a single direction in which the engagement member 21 is advanced, the engagement operation and the engagement release operation can be performed only by adjusting the operation amount. Compared with an engagement structure that requires an operation in a direction other than forward / reverse, the operability is good.
[0029]
Therefore, when releasing the engagement, for example, it is not necessary to perform an operation of pulling the engaging member 21 in a direction orthogonal to the forward / backward direction, and even if any part is disposed in such a direction, The part does not become an obstacle that prevents the engaging / disengaging operation, and the operability when attaching / detaching the object to be held is improved.
[0030]
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not limited to said specific one Embodiment, In addition, it can implement with a various form.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the clamp 1 has been described in detail, but the engagement structure may be provided in other than the clamp.
