Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp and an engaging structure providing better controllability for disengagement than conventional products. SOLUTION: When the engaging member 21 and the member 23 to be engaged of the clamp 1 are brought into engagement with each other, the engaging member 21 is advanced (lowered) to an engagement position while a guided projection 35 is being guided to the inside (right side) of a guide part 51, so that an engagement pawl 33 is caught by a stepped part 43 to bring the engaging member 21 into engagement with the member 23 to be engaged. To move them out of engagement, the engaging member 21 is further advanced (lowered) to cause the end of the engaging member 21 to slide along a first inclined face 53 and cause the guided projection 35 to escape outside of the guide part 51 upon movement beyond the edge of the guide part,51. Thereafter, the engaging member 21 is moved backward (raised) to guide the guided projection 35 on the outside of the guide part 51 and allow the engagement pawl 33 to pass through the engagement position without being caught by the stepped part 43.

The clamp 1 configured as described above is attached to, for example, a panel of an electric device by the attaching portion 5. Specifically, a through hole is formed in advance at a mounting position on the panel, and when the support column 61 and the check piece 63 are pushed into the through hole, the check piece 63 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the through hole. When pressed, the check piece 63 is elastically deformed, and the gap between the column 61 and the check piece 63 is reduced. In this state, the column 61 and the check piece 6
When 3 passes through the through hole, the deformed check piece 63 returns to its original shape, the gap between the column 61 and the check piece 63 expands, and the check piece 63 stops. In this state, the elastic connecting piece 65 contacts the inner peripheral surface of the through hole to suppress rattling in the front-rear and left-right directions (that is, the direction intersecting the axial direction of the through hole). The base 11 is lifted from the panel side by the elastic force generated by the elastic deformation, and the play in the vertical direction (that is, the axial direction of the through hole) is suppressed.

On the other hand, when the engagement between the engagement member 21 and the engaged member 23 is released, the engagement member 2 is moved from the engagement position described above.
Advance 1 further. Then, the tip of the engaging member 21 slides along the first inclined surface 53, and accordingly, the extension piece 3
The guided projection 35 is gradually displaced toward the outside (the left side in the illustrated direction) of the guide portion 51 while the elastic deformation 1 occurs. Further, since the guided protrusion 35 is only slightly hooked on the edge (the lower end in the illustrated direction) of the guide portion 51, the guided portion 35 is slightly displaced and the guide portion 5 is displaced.

At this point, the engagement has been released.
Thereafter, when the engaging member 21 is retracted (increased in the illustrated direction), the guided projection 35 slides along the second inclined surface 55, and the extension piece 31 elastically deforms accordingly. While
The engaging claw 33 is gradually displaced away from the stepped portion 43. Then, the guided protrusion 35 is guided outside the guide portion 51, and the engaging member 21 retreats while the extending piece 31 is elastically deformed in a direction in which the engaging claw 33 is separated from the stepped portion 43 side, The engaging claw 33 passes through the engaging position without being caught by the stepped portion 43.

As described above, the engaging member 21 and the engaged member 2
In both cases of engaging the third member 3 and disengaging the two, the operation of moving the engaging member 21 forward is performed. According to the clamp configured as described above, in the operation in the single direction of moving the engagement member 21 forward, the engagement operation and the disengagement operation can be performed only by adjusting the operation amount. The operability is better than that of an engagement structure that requires operation in a direction other than forward / backward.

Therefore, when releasing the engagement,
For example, it is not necessary to perform an operation of pulling the engaging member 21 in a direction orthogonal to the forward / retreat direction, and even if any part is disposed in such a direction, the obstacle hinders the disengagement operation. It does not become an object, and the operability when attaching and detaching the held object is improved.
