8 to 11, a collective package 30 is shown.
Is composed of a packaging box 31 and a pair of upper and lower cushion cases 32 housed in the packaging box 31. A plurality of concave portions 33 into which the upper and lower end portions of the laterally oriented external storage device (substantially rectangular parallelepiped packaged body) 7 are respectively inserted are provided on the mutually opposing surface sides of the buffer cases 32. The recesses 33 are provided in the left and right spaces with the central partition wall 34 as a boundary, and five recesses 33 are provided in parallel in each space. The adjacent partition wall 3 is provided between the adjacent recesses 33.
5 are respectively projected. Further, side walls 36 are provided on the four sides of these recesses 33, and the thickness dimensions D 3 and D 4 of the side walls 36 can maintain the performance of the external storage device 7 against a horizontal impact in the packed state. It is set to dimensions.

However, according to the above-mentioned conventional example, although the adjacent partition walls 35 are provided between the adjacent concave portions 33 to prevent the adjacent external storage devices 7 from colliding with each other, a buffer material is used. Due to strength and molding problems, it is impossible to reduce the wall thickness and downsize it. That is, the buffer case 32
Is formed of a cushioning material such as styrofoam material, but a cushioning material having low strength requires a certain thickness (about 10 mm) to obtain a desired strength. Further, when a buffer material is filled in the molding die to form the buffer case 32, if there is a narrow space in a part of the filling space, filling failure will occur, so that the adjacent partition wall 35 has a certain thickness (about 10 mm).
It is necessary to From the above, the wall thickness T of the adjacent partition wall 35 is large, and the buffer case 32 is enlarged accordingly. Buffer case 3
When the size of No. 2 becomes large, there is a drawback that the amount of packaging material used, packaging material cost, distribution cost, etc. increase.

[Means for Solving the Problems] A collective package according to the present invention for achieving the above-mentioned object has a pair of upper and lower cushion cases each formed of a cushioning material, and surfaces of the respective cushion cases facing each other. On the side, the vertical recesses into which the upper and lower end portions of the vertically oriented rectangular parallelepiped packaged object are respectively inserted and the upper and lower end portions of the horizontally oriented substantially rectangular parallelepiped packaged object are respectively inserted. Lateral recesses are alternately provided in parallel, and the vertical recesses of the buffer cases are provided so as to project deeply with respect to the lateral recesses. A holding surface for holding the body is configured, and the lateral recesses of the respective buffer cases are provided so as to project both to the left and right with respect to the vertical recess.
By forming a hold surface for holding the substantially rectangular parallelepiped to be packaged by projecting to the left and right, between the other than the hold surface of both of the adjacent vertical concave portion and the horizontal concave portion, It is a space and has a gap.

Therefore, both end portions of the vertically oriented rectangular parallelepiped package are inserted into the facing vertical recesses of the pair of cushioning cases, and the horizontal facing recesses are provided in the facing horizontal recesses. Both end portions of the rectangular parallelepiped to-be-packaged object are inserted, and the vertically oriented substantially rectangular parallelepiped to-be-packaged object is supported by the hold surface of the portion that protrudes deeply with respect to the adjacent horizontal concave portion, and the substantially horizontal rectangular parallelepiped Since the object to be packed is supported by the hold surface of the portion protruding left and right with respect to the adjacent vertical recess, the conventional adjacent partition is provided between the adjacent vertical recess and horizontal recess. It is not necessary to provide a wall, and it is sufficient to provide a minute distance for the gap.

Here, comparing the conventional buffer case 32 with the buffer case 3 of the first embodiment, assuming that the side walls 8 have the same thickness, the conventional adjacent partition wall 35 has a thickness T. If so, the buffer case 3 of the first embodiment can be made smaller by 4 (T-t) in the lateral direction. Further, if the thickness of the side wall 8 and the thickness of the central partition wall 6 (thickness between the lateral-direction concave portions 5) are the same, the vertical direction is the same. Furthermore, since the shock absorbing projection 10 of the cushioning case 3 of the first embodiment projects from a portion other than the portion corresponding to the bottom surface of the vertical recess 4; The direction is the same as before. In other words, in the present application, the vertical direction and the height direction can be the same as those of the conventional buffer case 3, and the buffer case 3 can be made smaller in the horizontal direction.

That is, the collective package 15 includes a packaging box 16 and a pair of upper and lower cushion cases 17 housed in the packaging box 16.
It is composed of 18 and. The upper flap portion 16a of the packaging box 16 is configured to hold the upper buffer case 18 so as not to come off from the packaging box 16. The set of cushioning cases 17 and 18 are different in the upper and lower ones, and the lower cushioning case 17 has four side walls 19 which are very thin as compared with those in the first embodiment. The upper cushioning case 18 has four side walls 20 which are very thin as compared with those of the first embodiment, and the shock absorbing projections are not provided on the upper surface thereof. In other words, since it is sufficient to handle only the bottom drop, the front, rear, left, right, and upper cushioning materials are eliminated.

As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided a pair of upper and lower shock absorbing cases, each of which is formed of a shock absorbing material. Vertical recesses into which the upper and lower end portions of the rectangular parallelepiped package are respectively inserted, and horizontal recesses into which the upper and lower end portions of the substantially rectangular parallelepiped package are respectively inserted are alternately arranged in parallel. Provided, the recess for vertical orientation of each buffer case is provided so as to project deeply with respect to the recess for horizontal orientation,
This deep projection constitutes a holding surface for holding the substantially rectangular object to be packed, and the lateral recesses of the respective buffer cases are projected both to the left and right with respect to the vertical recess. The holding surface for holding the substantially rectangular parallelepiped object is formed by projecting to the left and right, and between the adjacent holding surfaces of both the vertical concave portion and the horizontal concave portion which are adjacent to each other. Since it is configured to be a space and has a gap, it is not necessary to provide an adjacent partition wall between adjacent vertical recesses and horizontal recesses, and even a minute gap is provided. Since it is sufficient, one set of buffer cases can be configured compactly, and there is an effect that the amount of packaging material used, packaging material cost, distribution cost, etc. can be reduced.
