Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a field-work and improve weatherability and durability by forming a non-combustible inorganic waterproof plate having non-combustible waterproof coat layers on the six faces, sticking it to a plastic foam plate having water gradient on the back face and forming recessed grooves in the periperal two directions on the surface so as to form a waterproof plate, and filling the recessed grooves with sealing material. SOLUTION: A non-combustible inorganic waterproof plate 1 formed with waterproof coat layer on the six faces of a rectangular inorganic flat plate is stuck to a plastic foam plate 2 in which water gradient is provided on the back face and recessed grooves 3 are formed in the peripheral two directions of the surface. The heat insulating waterproof plates are stickingly provided on a base board, a gap between the non-combustible inorganic waterproof plates 1, 1 is sealed with sealing material as back joint, and a waterproof coating layer is formed by joining on the upper face of the sealing material. At rainy weather or even lust after rainy weather, percolating water is contacted with the back of the heat insulating waterproof plate stuck on a waterproofing construction face, but by existence of the waterproof coating layer on the back of the noncombustible inorganic waterproof plate 1, water is naturally dispersed from the interior of waterproofing construction face so as to eliminate time loss such as dry waiting. The upper face of the sealing material is not exposed outward by the waterproof plate 1, and hence waterproofing and weather resistance are improved.

With respect to a building constructed in a fireproof area or the like, there are regulations on each part of the building, and the use of noncombustible materials is obligatory. There was a strong demand for a waterproof construction method using a non-combustible material instead of a waterproof coating layer made of a combustible material. In addition, since all joints for waterproofing work are external joints and are in direct contact with the outside, there are problems such as poor weather resistance and deterioration, or peeling due to scratches.
