Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a field work by sticking a noncombustible inorganic waterproof plate on the upper face of a sheet waterproof material stuck on a plastic foam plate, filling the joint part of the noncombustible inorganic waterproof plates with sealing material, and forming a waterproof film layer on the upper part of the sealing material. SOLUTION: A sheet waterproof material 3 is stuck on the surface of a plastic foam plate 2, a noncombustible inorganic waterproof plate 1 of which six faces of inorganic flat plate are formed with noncombustible waterproof film layers is stuck on the upper face of the sheet waterproof material 3, the joint part on the end parts of the noncombustible inorganic waterproof plates 1 is filled with sealing material 6, and a waterproof film layer 7 is formed on the upper part of the sealing material 6. By previously producing in a factory the noncombustible inorganic waterproof plate 1 of which six faces of the rectangular inorganic flat plate of optional size are formed with waterproof film layers, it can be easily grid-likely stuck on the upper face of the sheet waterproof material 3 even by an unskillful person by the use of a fixture fitting or adhesive, and a field work can be facilitated.

In any of the above methods, cracks occur due to deterioration over time due to repeated expansion and contraction due to wind and rain or temperature changes. The occurrence of cracks causes water leakage and forms a water channel, which is a factor of water leakage expansion. Moreover, these cracks could not be easily found, and it was very difficult to repair the water leaks.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and a non-combustible inorganic waterproof plate having a non-combustible waterproof coating layer on six sides, which is factory-produced, is attached to a sheet waterproof material. It is extremely easy to work on site by sticking it on the upper surface of the waterproofing sheet of the flat plate or the plastic foam plate with a water gradient, and there is no concern about the quality of the work due to the difference in the skill level of the workers, immediately after the rain. In this case, the construction can be carried out immediately, and the purpose is to eliminate the need for waiting time by hand, to completely prevent water leakage due to cracks in the coating film, and to improve weather resistance and durability.

In order to achieve the above object, a waterproofing method according to the present invention is a sheet waterproofing material, which is obtained by attaching a sheet waterproofing material to the surface of a plastic foam plate having a flat plate or a back surface with a water gradient. A non-combustible inorganic waterproof plate with non-combustible waterproof coating layers formed on the front and back surfaces of the inorganic flat plate and the six sides of the end is attached to the upper surface, the sealing material is filled in the non-combustible inorganic waterproof end joint portion, and the waterproof coating layer is formed on the upper surface In addition, the end of the inorganic flat plate is cut inward to produce a non-combustible inorganic waterproof plate, and the portion having an inverted V shape inside the end joint is filled with the sealing material. Since the sealing material-filled portion is an inverted V-shaped portion inside the end joint portion, it is not exposed to the outside and is excellent in weather resistance and durability.

According to the above construction, the factory production of a non-combustible inorganic waterproof plate in which a waterproof coating layer is formed on six surfaces of a rectangular inorganic flat plate having an arbitrary size or a rectangular inorganic flat plate whose ends are cut inward beforehand Even an unskilled person can easily attach it to the upper surface of the sheet waterproof material in the form of a base by using a mounting fastener or an adhesive, seal the gap between the noncombustible inorganic waterproof boards with a sealing material, and then the upper surface of the sealing material. To form a waterproof coating layer.

Even if the waterproofing surface is rainy or immediately after raining, there is no time loss such as waiting for drying, and even if the waterproofing surface is immediately applied, the water contained in the waterproofing surface or the permeated water due to the rain is stuck on the waterproofing surface. The sheet waterproof material that is in contact with the back surface of the plastic foam board material but is on the top surface of the plastic foam board and the back surface of the noncombustible inorganic waterproof board have a waterproof coating layer, so they do not rise through the noncombustible inorganic waterproof board and are not exposed to permeated water, etc. It gradually diffuses naturally from the inner surface of the construction surface.

The sealing material is not exposed to the outside because the upper surface of the sealing material has a waterproof coating layer formed or is filled inside when the shape is an inverted V shape. Therefore, the water resistance and weather resistance of the sealing material are improved, and the deterioration of the sealing material can be prevented.

The unit size of the non-combustible inorganic waterproof plate is such that it is easy to handle in construction, and since the unit coating area is small, cracks do not occur due to expansion and contraction due to temperature changes. Furthermore, it can flexibly follow expansion and contraction of the waterproof construction surface and has a strong proof strength against impact such as heavy load and earthquake load. For this reason, the waterproof performance according to the present invention is very durable with almost no aging.

When a plastic foam plate material having a proper size is attached to a waterproof construction surface of a building in the form of a base, in the case of a small building, it may be simply attached using an adhesive as it is, but the base is a steel frame. In the case of etc., it is generally fixed by a mounting metal fitting, and in the case of a flat concrete surface, etc., it is generally adhered using an adhesive, but the reverse case is also possible. When the base is made of wood, it is adhered with an adhesive or fixed with nails or screws to form a waterproof coating layer on this surface.

When it is used as an outer wall and the building cannot be waterproofed from the outside due to the proximity of the building, the waterproofing can be completely performed from the inside of the building by fixing it with a mounting stopper. Only the sealing by the sealing material is sufficient, and it is not necessary to form the waterproof coating layer on the upper surface of the sealing material.

The waterproof coating layer formed on the six sides of the inorganic flat plate is a waterproof layer using an asphalt-based material, a waterproof layer using a synthetic rubber or synthetic resin sheet, or a synthetic resin liquid material for reinforcing cloth and mesh. It may be a waterproof layer formed by applying or spraying while adhering. However, it must be a building finish coating material as a fire protection material based on the Building Standards Law, and it must be a nonflammable waterproof material equivalent to the base material certified by the Ministry of Construction. A non-combustible inorganic waterproof plate can be formed by applying a non-combustible waterproof material equivalent to a base material to six surfaces of an inorganic flat plate that is a non-combustible material.

When the sealing material is filled in the joint portion of the non-combustible inorganic waterproof board and the waterproof coating layer is formed on the upper surface thereof, the waterproof coating layer is preferably a non-combustible waterproof material equivalent to the base material applied to the front and back surfaces and the end surfaces of the inorganic flat plate. . The end of the non-combustible inorganic waterproof plate with the end of the inorganic flat plate cut inward has a reverse V
Since the sealing material is not exposed to the outside because the seal is filled in the letter-shaped part, it is possible to maintain sufficient weather resistance and durability without forming a waterproof coating layer on this upper surface, but it is more complete. It is better to form a waterproof coating layer to improve the waterproof performance.
