Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a non-slip resin amount and to prevent the occurrence of a back material by a method wherein a back material having a cord heater arranged in a zigzagging state between a surface material and the back material is formed on the opposite surface to the cord heater by using a fiber felt coated with nonslip resin of acrylic ester copolymer latex. SOLUTION: An electric carpet incorporates a cord heater 3 and a cord sensor 4 between a surface material 1 being woven cloth made of polyester and a back material 5 being woven cloth made of polyester. The surface opposite to the cord heater side of the back material 5 is impregnated with acrylic ester copolymer latex 2, being nonslip resin diluted by a moisture content, by a thickness of approximate 1/3 of the thickness of the back material. Impregnated acrylic ester copolymer latex enters between single fibers of which non- woven cloth is formed to form a latex elementary surface. This constitution, when a load is exerted on the electric carpet, prevents unnatural movement of the electric carpet by means of the latex elementary surface of the back material 5.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been an article which is formed on the back surface of an electric carpet and lays the electric carpet on a floor surface having a smooth surface to reduce lateral displacement. For example, there has been a method in which 100 g to 200 g of methyl meta acrylate butadiene rubber is applied in a solid or dotted manner. However, 150
It was difficult to obtain the anti-slip effect unless it was peeled off or made uneven even if g to 200 g was not applied. Further, recently, from the viewpoint of weight reduction, JP-A-1-54131.
A structure in which a planar urethane foam is overlaid on the back surface of the flat felt shown in Figure 4, and this urethane foam is needle punched to be fixed to the back surface of the felt, or
There is also a structure in which a non-woven fabric made of adhesive fibers is bonded to a normal non-treated non-woven fabric and fixed to the back surface of the felt. However, in any case, another slip-resistant material has to be attached to the back surface material that constitutes the electric carpet, and there is a problem in that it easily peels off.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and reduces the weight of the anti-slip resin without causing the anti-slip resin to be peeled off from the backing material. Moreover, it provides an electric carpet which is not known to have a non-slip finish.

In order to achieve the above object, the electric carpet of the present invention is an electric carpet in which a cord heater is attached in a meandering manner between a surface material and a back material, and the back material has a constant back material. A natural or synthetic fiber felt having a thickness and an electric carpet characterized in that an acrylic ester copolymer latex that is a non-slip resin is applied to one side not on the cord heater side, and further, an acrylic ester copolymer latex. The main component is 60% to 80% latex content and 20% to 40% calcium carbonate content.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial sectional view of an electric carpet according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. Is. Further, FIG. 3 is a process diagram showing a manufacturing process of this electric carpet. First, description will be made from FIG. A surface weight 1 of a polyester woven cloth having a basis weight of about 200 g / m 2 ,
A product in which a cord heater 3 and a cord sensor 4 are incorporated between a back surface material 5 of a polyester woven fabric having a basis weight of about 400 g / m 2 , and a slip stopper diluted with water is provided on a side surface of the back surface material 5 opposite to the code heater side. It is a resin impregnated with about 1/3 of the thickness of the back surface material of the acrylic acid ester copolymer latex 2. As shown in Fig. 2, the impregnated acrylic acid ester copolymer latex penetrates between the individual fibers that make up the non-woven fabric, creating a latex surface. Therefore, although the back surface is a fiber one by one, when a certain amount of weight is applied to the electric carpet, the latex surface formed on the inner surface of the back material 2 comes into contact with the floor surface and causes friction, which is unnatural during use of the electric carpet. Prevent movement. Therefore, the electric carpet can move relatively smoothly when no one is placed on the electric carpet. Next, Fig. 3 shows the manufacturing method of this electric carpet. In FIG. 3, a non-slip non-woven fabric, which is a non-slip resin, is coated with DYNAC (trade name), which is a thermal adhesive, on one side of the non-woven fabric, which is a non-slip resin, and is not shown. It is a product that undergoes a drying process.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the weight of the non-slip resin is reduced, and there is no fear that the anti-slip resin will be peeled off from the backing material. We were able to provide an electric carpet that we didn't know was applied.
