れ、その表面には適宜に起毛加工を施してある。
一方、裏材４″としてはニードルパンチフエルト
を用い、表材３と接する面にはニードルパンチ加
工により立毛パイル１０が形成され、他面には
EVA（エチレン酢酸ビニールアセテート）等によ
りバツキング処理９を施したのちに繊維の溶融加
工により樹脂玉８が形成されている。すなわち、
本考案にあつては表材３と裏材４″の２層構造の
みからなり、これがキルト糸５によりキルテイン
グ加工されてなるものであり、立毛パイル１０に
よりクツシヨン性が得られ中綿が不用となるもの
