[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, many of the articles used daily, such as the above-mentioned entrance mats and toilet mats, do not have a non-slip function on the bottom surface.
It is a fact that the position is corrected each time since the position shifts every time the user walks and it becomes hard to see. In addition, the underlay mat of the telephone, the pen stand on the desk, the document holder, and the like also move with each use, and the position needs to be corrected after use. These inconveniences cannot be easily ameliorated in ordinary households, and the present situation is that it is troublesome to repeatedly arrange the moved articles. The present invention is to provide a non-slip material that can easily solve the above-mentioned disadvantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems by constructing a high friction nonwoven fabric having an excellent anti-slip action so that it can be easily bonded to the bottom surface of a desired article. That is, 10 cm × 10 cm on a horizontally placed glass plate.
cm of non-woven fabric sample, and 4.5 c
A 35 g iron plate measuring mx 4.5 cm square is placed, and a 100 g weight is placed on the iron plate. When the nonwoven fabric is pulled horizontally , the tensile force (g) at which the nonwoven fabric starts to move is 7 g.
Provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side of a high friction nonwoven fabric that is 0 g or more, and bond a release paper thereon to form a non-slip material,
The removal of the release paper and the attachment to the bottom surface of the desired article can prevent the article from moving .

[0005] The size and shape of the anti-slip material need not be specified, but those having the size of a postcard or a handkerchief are convenient for use, and they are not formed into a roll like a gum tape. A form that can be used after being cut into various lengths is also convenient. When a certain thickness and strength is required for the anti-slip material, a reinforcing material such as a nonwoven fabric, a woven or knitted fabric, or a film is joined to one surface of the high friction nonwoven fabric, and an adhesive layer is applied to the surface of the reinforcing material. Should be provided.

[0007] The first component of the composite fibers, acrylic acid ester, a copolymer of ethylene carboxylic acid ester with ethylene, such as main Tak acrylic acid ester, the ratio of ethylene carboxylic acid ester in the copolymer The more the fiber, the better the sliding friction resistance of the composite fiber, but if it exceeds 30% by weight, the rubber-like properties become stronger, the card permeability is poor, and it is difficult to produce a web. When the amount is less than 5% by weight, the sliding friction resistance becomes small, and the proportion of the ethylene carboxylate in the copolymer is 5 to 30% by weight, preferably 10 to 10% by weight.

If the ethylene copolymer is a terpolymer containing ethylene carboxylic acid as a monomer to be added in addition to the above ethylene and ethylene carboxylic acid ester, the surface of the obtained composite fiber is a rubber. nature is the same at least in the sense with Beto, discomfort is eliminated to feel Ki not a close to the more common thermal bonding fibers. However, if the amount of ethylene carboxylic acid is too large, it is easy to thermally crosslink during melt spinning, a gel is generated, the melt spinnability is impaired, and the sliding friction resistance is reduced. Therefore, the content of ethylene carboxylic acid is 10% by weight.
The following is good. Also in the case of a terpolymer, the total amount of ethylene carboxylic acid ester and ethylene carboxylic acid is set to 5 to 30% by weight so that the sliding friction resistance is not reduced or the rubbery property is not excessive. The melting point of the ethylene copolymer having such a composition becomes lower as the amount of the ethylene carboxylic acid monomer increases, and becomes higher as the amount of ethylene increases. On the contrary, the melting point of the first component due to the ease of thermal bonding. Is set to be 70 to 130 ° C.

The melting point (T ° C.) of the second component of the conjugate fiber is higher than the melting point of the ethylene copolymer of the first component and lower than the decomposition temperature, and is 1 in consideration of the stability of melt spinning.
30 <T <270. The thermoplastic resin having such a melting point is selected from polypropylene, high-density polyethylene, polymethylpentene, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, nylon 6, nylon 66, and nylon 12, and even a copolymer thereof. [Advantage] The adhesive makes it easy to attach the non-slip material to the desired article, removes the release paper of the non-slip material and, for example, attaches it to the back of the underlay mat of the phone, and the high-friction non-woven fabric becomes a support base for the phone. The surface of the telephone has a great anti-slip property due to the weight of the telephone itself, and prevents the mat from moving due to the tension of the connection cord of the handset, thereby preventing the telephone from being displaced with respect to the support base. For example, the center part of the entrance mat and 4
When attached to a corner, the high friction nonwoven fabric and the floor surface come into contact with each other, preventing the mat from shifting due to walking.

[Effect of the invention] As described above, the anti-slip material of the invention (4)
Is made by providing a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (2) on one surface of a high friction nonwoven fabric (1) and bonding a release paper (3) on the adhesive layer, so that it can be made to any size and easily. Ki de be adhered used for preventing slippage of the various articles <br/> Ru. In addition, since the working surface of the anti-slip material (4) is a fibrous nonwoven fabric, it is flexible, and can be stuck on a flat surface as well as a curved surface, and has an appropriate cushioning property, so that rattling occurs on the stuck surface. Instead, almost the entire surface comes into contact with the support surface to exhibit an excellent anti-slip effect. Therefore, the non-slip material according to the present invention can be used for existing articles having poor anti-slip function, such as kitchen mats, bath mats, entrance mats,
Toilet mat, be suitable for the non-slip rugs or stationery and decorative ornaments, such as various articles such as a telephone mat, to exert a significant anti-slip effect with by simply paste.
