SOLUTION: A removing drum 13 is formed by attaching two discs 15, 15 to the same rotation shaft 17 in a tapered state, and subsequently disposing a blade 19 between the discs. The removing drum 13 is inserted between the arms 27 of a squid 3, and subsequently rotated in the direction of the arrow. 刃先を有することが考えられる。また、いかは予め腕の
間に切口を入れられており、該切口を上方にして処理プ
レートに載置されることが考えられる。さらに、これら
の組み合わせも考えられる。
