"Japanese Patent Application No. 3-359200" and Japanese Patent Application No. 7-265
No. 522 ”has been filed. In each of the above-mentioned prior inventions, since only one sheet-shaped material (corrugated board) is bent along the fold line, the tray integrally provided with the cross-shaped partition is folded up at once. Like the conventional technology,
It has the excellent feature that the tray and the partitioning material are made separately, and the complicated work of combining them is omitted, and the conspicuous reduction of the packaging cost is achieved.

The engaging piece provided on the tray is engaged with the engaging hole provided on the bottom surface of the tray. Furthermore, 2 of the partition
A perforation for division is also provided so that the 4-pack containing tray can be divided into two pack containing trays, if necessary, by utilizing the stacked structure.

In order to make it possible to smoothly perform the fitting operation at the time of folding, the morphology is devised. Furthermore,
Ventilation holes are provided in the partition wall so that cold air can easily get inside the tray during refrigeration to maintain freshness.

The work efficiency in handling is poor. In No. 2, when the tray was folded up by the fitting method, both ends of the front and rear side walls protruded out of the side wall of the tray, and the protruding portions interfered with the band hanging.
In No. 3, both ends of the tray bottom also protruded to the outside of the side wall, so the volume increased correspondingly, and storage and transportation
It was uneconomical. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a folding type strawberry pack tray that solves the above problems of the prior invention.

, Left and right side walls 2 and 3, half-side bottom surfaces 4 and 5 and vertical partitions 6 and 7 on both sides of the square central surface 1,
The front and rear side walls 8 and 9 and a plurality of rows of horizontal partitions 12 are formed on the central surface 1 so as to stand up in a cut-and-raised shape, respectively. A plurality of cut-and-raised cuts 11 and cut-and-raised folds E are provided in parallel while straddling the main folds A and A, and the left and right side walls 2 and 3 are provided with the front and rear side walls 8 and 9 and the horizontal partition 12. An oblique fold F for forming the auxiliary piece 14 for standing upright
And L-shaped cut 15 are provided, and a fold line B for folding in two
And the fitting cuts 18 to 20 are provided at the respective locations where the side walls and the partition interfere with each other when the tray is folded up from the sheet-shaped material. Then, both ends of the vertical partitions 6 and 7 have protruding portions 6 protruding outside the tray side wall.
It is preferable to provide a fixing means 22 for fixing a and 7a in a state of being folded and stacked on the side wall surface. Moreover, it is advisable to provide a ventilation notch 13 or a cutout hole in the partition wall or side wall, which promotes diffusion of cold air into each partition section during refrigeration.

Then, when the creases C and D are bent downward at right angles, the front and rear side walls 8 and 9 and the lateral partitions 12 which are erected, the left and right side walls 2 and 3, both half side walls 4,
5 and the vertical partitions 6 and 7 allow the fitting cuts 18 to 20 provided at the respective positions where they interfere with each other to be meshed with each other, and as shown in FIG. The tray 200 including the total 10 partition sections S is folded up without any trouble, and the folded shape is reliably fixed.

(A) By simply bending one sheet-shaped material along the fold line, a box-shaped tray with an integrated partition can be easily constructed.
It can be folded up quickly. (B) A large number of strawberry packs can be stored, and folding and assembling can be done easily and quickly, so it can be conveniently used as a carrying box. (C) In spite of the assembly structure by fitting, the outer peripheral surface of the tray can be completely free of protrusions derived from fitting. (D) Therefore, the work of hanging the packing band on the trays stacked in multiple stages can be performed without any trouble, and the tray outer shape does not needlessly be bulky.
