Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a partition material which is formed by bending cardboard and is inserted into a box to partition a product storage unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, when a product is packed in a box, a partition material is inserted into the box in order to prevent the product from moving in the box during transportation. As this partition material, a combination of cardboard partition plates with cuts in a cross-beam shape is often used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of combining a plurality of partition plates as described above, labor is required at the time of product packaging, and thus labor saving is required.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the partition material made of cardboard according to the present invention connects the side plate and the end plate via the folded piece so that the boundary between the folded piece and the side plate is a 45 ° crease line, and the folded piece is placed along the side plate. It was bent and the protruding part of the end plate was inserted into the notch of the side plate so that it could be assembled from a blank state with one touch.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0006]
As shown in FIG. 1, in the cardboard blank of the partition material S, a pair of side plates 2 and end plates 3 are connected to each side of the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 1. The side plate 2 and the end plate 3 are connected via the folded piece 4, and the boundary between the folded piece 4 and the side plate 2 is a 45 ° fold line 5. Overhangs 6 project from both sides of the end plate 3, and cuts 7 are provided at two positions on the front edge of the side plate 2. The corners of the bottom plate 1 are perforated for easy folding.
[0007]
To assemble such a blank, as shown in FIG. 2, the side plate 2 and the end plate 3 are erected from the bottom plate 1, and the side plate 2 is folded along the folded piece 4, and the protruding portion of the end plate 3 is 6 is inserted into the notch 7 of the side plate 2.
[0008]
Thus, since the partition material S can be assembled from a blank state with a single touch, it does not become a burden even when the product is assembled, and the packaging operation can be performed efficiently. Further, the partition material S has a simple ruled line and can be easily manufactured with a simple die cutter.
[0009]
For example, when packaging mayonnaise containing a tube using this partition material S, the partition material S is inserted into a box B and partitioned by the side plate 2 and the end plate 3 as shown in FIG. The mayonnaise tube C is stored in the storage section.
[0010]
At this time, the lower part of the adjacent tube C is in contact with the lower portion of the overhanging portion 6. However, when the product is flexible like the tube C, this is not a problem. It is a measure of time and prevents movement of goods during transportation.
[0011]
By the way, when displaying the product at the store, the partition material S may be removed from the box B, but in this case, as shown in FIG. The partition material S may be extracted upward.
[0012]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, when the bottom plate 1 and the end plate 3 are connected only by a few connecting portions 8, the connecting portions 8 are cut by the load of goods acting during transportation, and the partition material S is moved upward at the storefront. In addition, the shape retaining property at the time of packaging is not impaired.
[0013]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, if the side plate 2 and the end plate 3 are each one piece and these are connected by the folded piece 4, it can be a cross-shaped partition, It can also accommodate storage patterns that roughly divide the interior.
[0014]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, in the partition material S provided with each pair of side plates 2 and end plates 3 around the bottom plate 1, a notch 9 is provided at the center of the outer edge of each side plate 2. Protrusions 10 may be formed alternately at the inlets of the notches 9, and another piece of the intermediate plate 11 may be inserted into the notches 9 so that the notches 12, the notches 9 and the protrusions 10 are engaged with each other.
[0015]
Here, since the notch 12 is provided symmetrically in the vertical direction, the intermediate plate 11 has no directionality and can be inserted into the notch 9 in either the vertical direction. The intermediate plate 11 is prevented from coming off from the notch 9 by the protrusion 10 and regulates the interval between the side plates 2.
[0016]
If such a partition material S is used, as shown in FIG. 10, 12 wine bottles W etc. can be partitioned and accommodated, and the partition material S is easily assembled with a machine in that case. Further, since the mesh is firmly held, the bottle W is not caught by the partition material S when the bottle W is inserted.
[0017]
Further, since the bottle W is placed on the bottom plate 1 connected to the pair of end plates 3, the vertical movement of the partition member S in the box B can be suppressed. The parts do not contact each other, and the amount of material used can be reduced.
[0018]
In addition, when discarding, the middle plate 11 is pulled out from the notch 9 to return to the blank state. Therefore, by folding and sandwiching the middle plate 11 inside, it becomes easy to put on the used paper recovery route.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the cardboard partition member according to the present invention employs a configuration in which the side plate and the end plate are connected via the folded piece, and the boundary between the folded piece and the side plate is a 45 ° crease line. It is easy to assemble by simply folding a single blank, and the efficiency of packaging work can be improved.
