However, even if the protruding portions at both ends of the vertical partition are bent and fixed as described above, the protruding portion remains unchanged, and the trays are easily caught when arranging the trays. In addition, the notch provided for fixing impairs the strength of the tray and does not meet the demands of consumers who want to make the appearance of the tray clearer. Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide a smart appearance without a protruding piece for fitting protruding from the peripheral wall surface, and to be easy to handle and unnecessarily bulky, despite being folded up by a fitting method. The goal is to provide a tray for strawberries that does not need to be added. An additional object of the present invention is to provide a strawberry tray that can reduce the amount of cardboard used as much as possible.

This eliminates the risk that each of the half bottoms 4 and 5 will fall off due to the load applied to the upper surface thereof, and the series of folding operations of the tray 200 is extremely simple, unlike a complicated operation description in text. Complete quickly.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the latching pieces 15 project from the four corners of the upper edge of the folded tray 200.
Also, at the four corners of the bottom surface and both ends of the horizontal partitions 10 and 11,
The engagement holes 16 and 20 for engaging the locking pieces 15 are formed respectively. For this reason, when the trays 200 are stacked in multiple stages for transportation and handling, it is possible to reliably eliminate the possibility that the trays 200 in each stage are shifted from each other.

Further, when the four-pack tray 200 is cut off along the perforation K and divided into two two-pack trays, and it is desired to stack multiple trays, regardless of the overlapping direction of the trays, However, since the locking pieces 15 are securely engaged with either of the engagement holes 16 and 20, the multi-tiering can be performed without any trouble.

Further, the width W of the half-side bottom surfaces 4, 5 is set so that the bottom width m of the tray 200 is equal to (or somewhat wider) the top width n (FIG. 5, FIG. 5). 6). Therefore, a packing band (not shown) is placed on the stacked trays 200.
Even if it is strongly applied, the bottom surface of the upper tray is shifted to the inside of the lower tray and the risk of damaging the strawberries can be surely eliminated.

Furthermore, in order to keep the freshness of the strawberries, when the trays containing the packed strawberries are stored in a large refrigerator and cooled, they are provided at the upper edges of the vertical partitions 6, 7 and the horizontal partitions 10, 11 respectively. The cut-out portion 30 for ventilation plays a role of quickly and efficiently spreading cold air into each of the stacked trays. In this case, the engagement holes 16 and 20 which are largely opened

FIGS. 7 and 8 show a second embodiment in which the form of the vertical partitions 6 and 7 is slightly changed. The tray 201 of this embodiment shown in FIG. 8 is folded up from the cardboard 101 shown in FIG. The difference from the first embodiment is that
The height of each of the vertical partitions 6 and 7 is changed to the horizontal partition 10, 1
By setting the value to be lower than 1, the amount of cardboard used can be saved. As a result, the required strength of the tray 200 is not reduced, but rather, the effect of accelerating the diffusion of cool air during refrigeration is obtained.

FIGS. 9 and 10 show a third embodiment in which the form of the vertical partitions 6 and 7 is slightly changed. The tray 202 of this embodiment shown in FIG. 10 is folded up from the cardboard 102 shown in FIG. The difference from the first embodiment is that the height of one of the vertical partitions 6 and 7 is lower than that of the horizontal partitions 10 and 11 in the second embodiment and the height of the other is smaller than that of the horizontal partitions 10 and 11. The height dimension of the vertical divider 7 remains the same as that of the first embodiment.

The use of the strawberry tray is not necessarily limited to the strawberry pack, and the strawberry tray may be used for another purpose by appropriately changing the dimensions of each part. In this case, depending on the form of the tray, the height of the horizontal partitions 10 and 11 may be lower than that of the vertical partitions 6 and 7. It is also possible to form three or more horizontal partitions on the central surface 1.

As is apparent from the above description, the strawberry tray according to the present invention has various practically excellent effects as listed below. (A) By simply bending one piece of corrugated cardboard along a fold, a box-shaped tray integrally provided with a partition can be easily and quickly folded. (B) Despite being folded up by the fitting method, the outer peripheral wall of the tray does not have any protruding portion derived from the fitting structure, so that the work of stacking the trays and banding them freely can be freely performed. It can be done and does not get caught on the next tray during handling. (C) Also, since there is no protruding part on the outer peripheral wall of the tray,
Not only is the appearance clearer, but the outer shape of the tray does not have to be increased unnecessarily. (D) By reducing the height of the vertical partition, the amount of corrugated cardboard can be saved and the diffusion of cold air during refrigeration can be promoted.
