Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a tray with partitions to be stored in a storage space formed of vertical and horizontal partitions in the stabilized state in which the strength of a bottom plate can be adjusted in compliance with the weight of stored articles. SOLUTION: Cuts or notches are formed on respective rising corners 1p of outer partitions 16, 16 and a middle partition 1c of a corrugated board tray 1 on which the outer partitions 1b, 1b standing on both edges of a bottom plate 1a and the middle partition 1c standing on the bottom plate 1a between the outer partitions 1b, 1b in the constitution of the tray 1. In that case, a bar-shaped body 3 is inserted from one outer partition 1b and a step end 1m of a step 1j of the bottom plate 1a of the tray 1, which is to be exposed on the side of the outer partition 1b when the outer partition 1b and the middle partition 1c are folded, all through the other end along the direction of a step 1k by forming the cuts and the notches.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), a bottom plate 12 for forming the bottom of a tray, a vertical partition 13 and a horizontal partition 14 for partition are made of a corrugated cardboard tray. Fig. 5
FIG. 5C shows the slit 14a of the horizontal partition 14 shown in FIG.
The partition formed by inserting and fitting the cut groove 13a of the vertical partition 13 shown in FIG. 5D and intersecting the vertical partition 13 and the horizontal partition 14 as shown in FIG. There is known a tray 11 which is placed on the top and arranged in a packaging box B.

However, in the former tray 11 having the structure shown in FIG. 5 of the prior art, separate vertical partitions 13 and horizontal partitions 14 are formed on the bottom plate 12. Since the partition is placed on the bottom plate 12 of the tray 11 and the partition is not provided continuously, the holding state of the articles stored in the storage space 15 partitioned by the vertical partition 13 and the horizontal partition 14 becomes unstable. At the same time, it is difficult to take out the articles stored in the storage space 15 from the packaging box B together with the bottom plate 12, and there is a problem that the taking out work becomes complicated.

On the other hand, in the latter Japanese Utility Model Publication No. Hei 5-13705, since a bottom plate (intermediate partition plate) as a tray is provided with a vertical partition and a horizontal partition, it is stored in a storage space. Although the product can be stably held, the bottom plate, the vertical partition and the horizontal partition are all connected to a single punching plate, so it is a storage space that can be made in the same flat area on the tray bottom plate. However, there is a problem that it is difficult to increase the number of sections and adjust the volume in the sections, and it is difficult to deal with the size and weight of the articles to be stored.

Next, the procedure for assembling the tray 1, the vertical partition 2, and the rod 3 described with reference to FIG. 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. First, as shown in FIG. 1, outer partitions 1b, 1 at both edges of the bottom plates 1a, 1a.
b, and a middle partition 1c that is overlapped and folded at the central portion of the bottom plate 1a is erected and bent. Thus, external partition 1
When b is raised from the bottom plate 1a and bent, a U-shaped notch 1f provided in advance on the fold line of the outer partition 1b described with reference to FIG. The tongue piece 1n protrudes from the outer partition 1b at the rising corner 1p of the partition 1b, and as shown in FIG. 3B, the step end 1m of the step 1j of the tray 1 made of cardboard is exposed. Then, an outer diameter of 4.2 m made of paper is obtained from the step end 1 m.
The bottom plate 1a as the tray 1 is inserted by inserting the rod-shaped body 3 having a length of m from the outer partition located at the other end side along the direction of the step 1k to the step end of the tongue piece. Reinforce. When the rod-shaped body 3 is inserted from the step end 1m of the tongue piece 1n on one end side, the notch 1i provided on the fold line 1d of the middle partition 1c shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the step end 1m is also exposed at the rising corner 1p of the partition 1c, so that the rod 3 can penetrate to the step end on the other end side.

As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided an outer partition which is provided on both edges of the bottom plate through the fold line and is continuously provided, and the upper partition between the outer partitions is raised and overlapped via the fold line via the fold line. A tray made of corrugated cardboard provided with a middle partition which is continuously connected to the outer partition, and provided in a direction intersecting the outer partition and the middle partition by fitting into a notch groove provided on an outer edge of the tray and an upper edge of the middle partition. A partition-equipped tray comprising a plurality of vertical partitions, wherein cuts or notches are provided at the rising corners of the outer and middle partitions of the tray, and the outer and middle partitions are bent by forming the notches or notches. In the case of, the rod-shaped body is inserted and penetrated from the step end of the step on the bottom plate of the tray exposed to the outer partition side along the direction of the step,
Since the outer partition and the middle partition are connected to the bottom plate as a tray and integrally formed, articles stored in the storage space partitioned by the partition can be stably held in the storage space. Since the vertical partitions are formed separately from the trays, the number of compartments as storage space can be changed by changing the number of middle partitions that are connected to the bottom plate of the tray and standing up or the number of vertical partitions that are formed separately. Adjustment of the increase and decrease of the volume can be easily performed. In addition, since the rod is inserted and penetrated along the direction of the step from the step end of the step on the bottom plate of the tray, by appropriately changing the number and material of the inserted rods. The strength of the bottom plate can be adjusted according to the weight of the goods stored in the tray, and the stored goods can be taken out of the packaging box together with the tray, making the work easier. That.
