たこの針誘導機構4によれば、つまみ部4c1の反時計
回りの捩り操作により穿刺針5の挟圧を僅かに緩めた状
態で針固定兼誘導レバー4cに対して穿刺針5を前進さ
せた後、その位置でつまみ部4c1を時計回りに捩って
再び穿刺針5を挟圧固定するだけで、穿刺針5の最大突
出長を増加させ得る。穿刺時における穿刺針5の誘導は
針固定兼誘導レバー4cを指先で前方(図中右方)に押
圧することでなされる。穿刺後は針固定兼誘導レバー4
cを指先で後方(図中左方)に引けばよい。
