Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the connection between a branching unit and a suspension wire from being released to apply an extra load to a cable and prevent the life of the cable from being shortened by fixing the suspension wire in a branch section in the uncut state. SOLUTION: A coaxial cable 4 constituted of an inner conductor, an insulator, and an outer conductor and a suspension wire 5 arranged along it are integrally covered with a sheath layer 6 to form this coaxial cable 7 with the suspension wire 5. The cable 4 side and the suspension wire 5 side of the cable 7 are separated by the prescribed length at portions of the sheath layer 6, e.g. the branch position and relay position of the cable 4, as required. A branching unit 8 is fitted to the cable 4 at these portions, however the suspension wire 5 is arranged along the side section of the branching unit 8 in the uncut state. The whole branching unit 8, a part of the suspension wire 5, and a part of the cables 4, 4' are protected by a branch section 9. The branch section 9 is formed into a mold section filled with a resin by molding, for example. The connection between the branching unit 8 and the suspension wire 5 can be prevented from being released to apply an extra load to the coaxial cables 4, 4' unlike the conventional one.

When wiring the coaxial cable 7 with a suspension wire in a building, the upper end of the suspension wire 5 is connected to a suspension wire fixture provided at a predetermined location on the upper floor of the building in the upper floor of the building.
The coaxial cable 7 with the suspension wire is suspended. Here, the entire branch portion 9 may weigh about 1 kg. Therefore, the total weight of the coaxial cable with suspension wire 7 is, for example, 10
When wiring in a building of about one floor, the thickness of the cable,
Depending on the length, the number of branching portions 9, etc., the weight may be about 20 kg.

In the coaxial cable 7 with a suspension wire having such a structure, the weight applied to the suspension wire hooking portion 10 'on the lower end side of the branching device 8 on each floor and the suspension wire 5 connected thereto is equal to that of the branching wire. Since the weight of the entire cable located below the portion 9 becomes, the higher the building in which the coaxial cable with suspension wire 7 is laid, the higher the floor, the suspension wire hanging portion 10 ′ of the branching device 8 will be. The load applied to the car was large.

At the branching position, the relay position, etc. of the coaxial cable 4, as shown in FIG. 2, the coaxial cable 4 side and the hanging line 5 side of the coaxial cable 7 with a suspension wire have a predetermined length and a sheath layer. It is separated by 6 parts. A branching device 8 is attached to the coaxial cable 4 in this portion,
The suspension wire 5 is attached to the side portion of the branching device 8 in an uncut state. The branch unit 8 as a whole, a part of the suspension wire 5, and a part of the coaxial cables 4, 4 ′ are protected by the branch unit 9. The branch portion 9 is, for example, a mold portion formed by filling resin with a mold.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, at a predetermined position of the coaxial cable with a suspension wire 7, a part of the coaxial cable 4 goes out from a side portion of the branch portion 9 (portion A in FIG. 3). It is fixed, and the amplifier 11 is attached to the coaxial cable 4 at this portion. However, in this case as well, the suspension wire 5 is fixed in a penetrating manner in the branch portion 9 in an uncut state.

In the example of the present embodiment, the example in which the coaxial cable with suspension wire 7 of the order shown in Table 1 is used is shown, but the coaxial cable with suspension wire 7 used in the present invention is not limited to this. However, any wire may be used as long as it is usually used as the suspension wire 5. For example, the suspension wire is vertically attached to the coaxial cable 4 having the sheath layer 6, and both are wound horizontally with a wire or the like. They may be integrated, and the number of suspension lines 5 may be plural.

In the example of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, an example in which the branching device 8 and the amplifier 11 are attached to the coaxial cable 4 is shown, but the coaxial cable 7 with a suspension wire of the present invention is The present invention is not limited to this, and may be a module with other modules such as a multiplexer. Further, the branch portion 9 does not necessarily need to be filled with resin by molding, and may be a box type.

In the example of this embodiment, the suspension wire 5 is housed in the branching portion 9 without peeling off the sheath layer 6 on the suspension wire 5 side. However, the sheath layer 6 on the suspension wire 5 side is stripped off. It goes without saying that you can do this while in the off state.

Further, in the coaxial cable 7 with a suspension wire according to the present invention, it is sufficient that the suspension wire 5 is pierced and fixed in an uncut state in at least one branch portion 9, for example, it is wired on the lower floor of the building. The branching portion 9 may have the same structure as that of the conventional portion at the portion to be opened.
