In addition, since the above connection part has a structure in which the cores are arranged in parallel, the outer diameter of the connection part is inevitably large. When installing the cable in a cable, etc., there is also the problem that the floor through hole through which the cable is inserted must be made large.

分岐接続部。 The branch connection part of the single-core twisted type cable according to the present invention can eliminate the above-mentioned difficulties, and can be used for a single-core twisted type main cable made by twisting a plurality of single-core cable cores for the main line. The branch connection part of a single-core twisted type cable in which all the cores are connected to a branch cable via a branch sleeve for conductor connection is in a state where the cores are twisted and insulatively isolated from each other. A branch of a single-core stranded cable, characterized in that the branch connection portion is collectively molded and insulated by surrounding it with a mold and filling the mold with rubber or vinyl compound. Connection part.

上に捲回する構成としても差し支えない。 In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates a single-core twisted type cable for trunk lines, which is made by twisting together multiple single-core cables (for example, 2 to 4 cables); This shows a triplex type cross-linked polyethylene insulated vinyl sheathed cable (CVT cable) made by twisting 2, 2, 2 (2, 2, 2) at a predetermined pitch. Reference numerals 3, 3, and 3 are all branch cables provided along the above-mentioned cable 1, and one end of each is treated as a lead-out, and the lead-out conductor 3
1, 31, 31 are electrically connected to the conductor exposed portions 21, 21, 21 of the respective wire cores 2, 2, 2 via conductor connection branch sleeves 4, 4, 4, respectively. In this case, the cables 1 are branched and connected in a twisted wire core arrangement. It is preferable for the sleeve 4 to have a C-shaped cross section. Reference numeral 5 denotes a circular molded insulator that is integrally molded around the branch connection portion, and each branch connection portion can be hermetically surrounded by the molded insulator 5. This molded insulator 5 is usually obtained by molding a rubber or vinyl compound using a metal mold. 5
Reference numeral 1 denotes tapered portions formed at both ends of the molded insulator 5, which function as a guide when the cable 1 is inserted into a floor through-hole of a high-rise building or the like. Reference numeral 6 denotes a rubber/plastic insulating spacer having a Y-shaped cross section for insulatingly separating the twisted wire cores, and is fitted between the branch sleeves 4, 4, 4. It is preferable for the length of this spacer 6 to be longer than the entire length of the exposed conductor portion of the wire core 2 in terms of insulation. Further, an insulating tape is used as a substitute for the insulating spacer 6, and this is used as a substitute for the insulating spacer 6.
It is also possible to have a configuration in which it is wound upward.

Of course, a configuration in which the branch cables are drawn out both upward and downward through the sleeve 4 may be used.

う利点もある。 As mentioned above, when connecting a branch cable to all the cores of a single-fiber twisted type trunk cable made by twisting a plurality of single-core trunk cable cores, the branch connection part according to the present invention Since the cores are all molded and insulated, the overall shape of the branch connection can be further downsized, making it easier to install single-core stranded cables as trunk lines in high-rise buildings, etc., as described above. However, there is no problem that the cable penetration hole provided in the floor of the building is inevitably large. Furthermore, since the insulation treatment is performed in one molding operation, there is an advantage that the sealing performance is good and it can be prefabricated.

Even large-sized single-core twisted type cables can be branched and connected without difficulty. Therefore, there is no need to perform the troublesome core separation work as in the conventional method described above.
