Description

【0001】
【0014】

Figure 0003599464
【0015】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a coaxial cable with a suspension wire used for, for example, wiring in a high-rise building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
4 to 6 show an example of a conventional coaxial cable with a suspension wire.
As shown in FIG. 4, the coaxial cable 7 with a suspension line includes a coaxial cable 4 in which an insulator 2 and an external conductor 3 are formed outside an inner conductor 1 and a suspension line 5 attached to the coaxial cable 4. It is formed by covering all with a sheath layer 6.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 5, the coaxial cable 4 side and the side of the suspension line 5 of the coaxial cable 7 with the suspension line have a predetermined length and a portion of the sheath layer 6 as required at the branch position, the relay position, and the like of the coaxial cable 4. Separated by
A branch 8 and an amplifier 11 (not shown here; see FIG. 3) and the like are attached to the coaxial cable 4 in this portion. The suspension line 5 is stripped of the sheath layer 6 above and below the branch 8 to a predetermined length. It is cut and connected to the upper side and the lower side of the branching device 8.
[0004]
Then, in order to protect the branch unit 8, the branch unit 8, a part of the coaxial cable 4, and a part of the suspension line 5 are housed in the branch part 9.
However, reference numeral 4 'denotes another coaxial cable with a sheath layer 6'.
[0005]
Here, in order to connect the branching device 8 and the hanging wire 5, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, the hanging wire hanging portions 10 and 10 ′ having through holes are provided in upper and lower portions of the branching device 8, and FIG. As shown in detail, the end of the hanging wire 5 is passed through this through hole, bent, and further wound around the main line of the hanging wire 5 so as not to come off from the hanging wire hooking portions 10, 10 '.
[0006]
Now, when wiring the coaxial cable 7 with a suspension line in a building, the upper end of the suspension line 5 is connected to a suspension line fixing device provided at a predetermined location on the upper floor of the building at the upper floor of the building, and the cable with the suspension line is connected. Hang the coaxial cable 7.
Here, the entire branch 9 may have a weight of about 1 kg. Therefore, the weight of the entire coaxial cable 7 with a suspension wire is about 20 kg, depending on the thickness and length of the cable, the number of the branch portions 9 and the like, for example, when wiring is performed in a building of about 10 stories. Sometimes.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the coaxial cable 7 with a suspension line having such a structure, the weight of the suspension line hooking part 10 ′ at the lower end side of the branching device 8 on each floor and the suspension line 5 connected thereto is lower than the branch part 9. Because of the overall weight, the higher the height of the building in which the hanging coaxial cable 7 is laid, the greater the load applied to the hanging wire hooking part 10 ′ of the branching device 8 on the upper floor.
[0008]
For this reason, on the upper floor, the connection between the suspension line hooking part 10 'of the branching device 8 and the suspension line 5 is disconnected, and an extra load is applied to the coaxial cable 4, which may shorten the cable life.
[0009]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a coaxial cable with a suspension wire that prevents an extra load from being applied to the coaxial cable.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The coaxial cable with a stranded cable of the present invention includes a coaxial cable, a stranded cable attached to the coaxial cable and supporting the coaxial cable, and a branch portion in which a part of the coaxial cable and a part of the stranded cable are stored. A coaxial cable with a suspension wire having
The branch portion is suspended from the coaxial cable with a suspension line,
The suspension line may be penetrated and fixed in the branch portion in an uncut state.
[0011]
In the coaxial cable with a stranded cable of the present invention, the stranded cable is not cut at a predetermined length on each floor and connected to the upper and lower portions of the branching device as in the related art, but is fixed through the branch portion in an uncut state.
[0012]
Therefore, when this coaxial cable with a stranded cable is wired in a building, the load of the whole coaxial cable with a stranded cable is applied to the entire uncut stranded cable.
For this reason, there is no problem that the connection between the branching device and the suspension line is disconnected as in the related art, and an extra load is applied to the coaxial cable to shorten the cable life.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIGS. 1 to 3 show a coaxial cable 7 with a suspension wire according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the coaxial cable 7 with a suspension cable includes a coaxial cable 4 in which an insulator 2 and an external conductor 3 are formed outside an inner conductor 1 and a suspension cable 5 attached to the coaxial cable 4. It is formed by covering all with a sheath layer 6.
The following table shows an example of each material and outer diameter of the coaxial cable 7 with a suspension wire.
[0014]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003599464
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 2, the coaxial cable 4 side of the coaxial cable 7 and the side of the suspension line 5 of the coaxial cable 7 have a predetermined length, and Separated by
The branch 8 is attached to the coaxial cable 4 in this portion, and the suspension line 5 is attached to the side of the branch 8 in an uncut state.
The branch unit 8, a part of the suspension line 5, and a part of the coaxial cables 4 and 4 ′ are protected by the branch part 9. The branch portion 9 is, for example, a mold portion formed by filling a resin with a mold.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 3, at a predetermined position of the coaxial cable 7 with a suspension wire, a part of the coaxial cable 4 is fixed in a state of protruding from a side portion (A portion in FIG. 3) of the branch portion 9, At this portion, the amplifier 11 is attached to the coaxial cable 4.
However, also in this case, the suspension line 5 is penetrated and fixed in the branch portion 9 in an uncut state.
[0017]
In one example of the present embodiment, an example in which the coaxial cable 7 with a stranded wire of the order shown in Table 1 is used is shown, but the coaxial cable 7 with a stranded wire used in the present invention is not limited to this. Any material may be used as long as it is used as the hanging wire 5. For example, a hanging wire is vertically attached to the coaxial cable 4 having the sheath layer 6, and both are integrated by horizontally winding a wire or the like. And the number of the suspension lines 5 may be plural.
[0018]
In one example of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, an example is shown in which the branching device 8 and the amplifier 11 are attached to the coaxial cable 4, but the coaxial cable 7 with a suspension wire of the present invention is not limited to this. Instead, another module such as a multiplexer may be attached. Further, the branch portion 9 does not necessarily need to be filled with resin by a mold, and may be a box type.
[0019]
Further, in an example of the present embodiment, an example is shown in which the hanging wire 5 is stored in the branch portion 9 without peeling the sheath layer 6 on the hanging wire 5 side, but in a state where the sheath layer 6 on the hanging wire 5 side is peeled off. Needless to say, this may be done.
[0020]
Furthermore, in the coaxial cable 7 with a suspension wire according to the present invention, the suspension wire 5 may be fixed through at least one branch portion 9 in an uncut state, for example, a portion wired on a lower floor of a building or the like. In this case, the branching portion 9 may have a conventional structure.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
When the coaxial cable with a stranded cable of the present invention is wired in a building, the entire load of the coaxial cable with a stranded cable is applied to the entire uncut stranded cable. There is no problem that an extra load is applied to the cable and the cable life is shortened.
