【従来の技術】エレベータのサイドマウント,ベースメ
ント方式における頂部ガイドプーリの固定は、機械室高

リの固定方法が用いられて来た。この構造では、据付作
業時にガイドプーリのプーリ軸2を直接支持梁7,8の
側面に取付けることから支持梁7を取付け後、ガイドプ
ーリ1の片側を固定する。ガイドプーリ1を仮支持した
後に支持梁8を取付け、他のガイドプーリを順次取付け
ることになる。又、ガイドプーリ1を交換する場合は、
他のガイドプーリを外した後に支持梁8を外し、仮支持
してガイドプーリ1を外し交換する。さらに据付時と同
様の手順で組立てをしなければならない。このようにガ
イドプーリ1の据付,交換作業では、多大の時間と労力
を要していた。

駆動させ、頂部ガイドプーリ支持梁7に取付けられたガ
イドプーリ1で案内され、主ロープ9で連結されてい
る。ガイドプーリ1は、プーリ軸2にプーリ軸受6を介
して固定される。プーリ軸2は、ガイドプーリ支持体3
に挿入固定する。ガイドプーリ支持体3は、ガイドプー
リ支持梁7側面のガイドプーリ受け座4に取付けボルト
5により固定されている。本実施例によれば、サイドマ
ウント,ベースメント方式に最適のガイドプーリの取付
け構造を提供できる。
