Claims (6)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 複数の筆記体を有する筆記具機構と消し
ゴム繰り出し機構とを備えた複式筆記具に於いて、先軸
と後軸との間に設けられた中軸と、この中軸に一端が係
止されて筆記体を夫々後方に付勢するリターンスプリン
グと、前記筆記体の後部に取り付けられてリターンスプ
リングによって夫々後方に付勢される摺動コマと、摺動
コマの何れかの後端を押圧して上記筆記体を選択的に前
進させるカム斜面を前面に有し、前記中軸と係合して回
転可能とされる係合部を備えて成る円筒カムと、該円筒
カムの後部筒部内周に螺旋溝が形成され、更に筒部所要
側面に割り溝が設けられて、円筒カムの後部筒部外周に
後軸が被着され、又、後軸の後方側面に切り割りが設け
られ、又、この円筒カムと回転可能に嵌合され、且つ、
前記後軸の後端に位置する天冠部と、該天冠部の前方軸
方向にスリットが形成された内筒と、この内筒内に設け
られて前記円筒カムの螺旋溝と係合する突起を備え、且
つ、消しゴムを保持して内筒のスリットに沿って軸方向
に摺動可能な消しゴムホルダーとから構成されて成る複
式筆記具。
