Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an improvement of a compound writing instrument equipped with a plurality of ballpoint pen writing bodies.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a compound writing instrument is known in which a plurality of writing bodies such as a mechanical pencil and a ballpoint pen are mounted, and the writing tip can be selectively projected and retracted from an axial end.
[0003]
In addition, since the water-based ballpoint pen has a low viscosity of several mPa · S or less, it is advantageous to be able to write with a light writing pressure, and has a feature that the writing quality is good. However, there is a drawback that a direct current phenomenon in which the ink flows gently from the tip of the pen, and a reverse flow phenomenon in which air flows out from the tip of the ballpoint pen and the ink flows out. A method of preventing these phenomena by using a fiber converging body called batting is used.
[0004]
On the other hand, the oil ballpoint pens known in the past have a high resistance when the ball rotates when the ink flows out from the pen tip because the ink used in the ballpoint pen has a high viscosity of several thousand mPa · S or more. There is a drawback of poor writing. In addition, there is a problem that the amount of ink flowing out from the tip during writing is small, there is a blurring phenomenon, the writing line is uneven, the handwriting density is low, and a high writing pressure is required.
[0005]
As an improvement of this oil-based ballpoint pen, recently, a ballpoint pen for water-based ink called medium viscosity using the above-mentioned intermediate viscosity region (several mPa · S to several thousand mPa · S) of water and oil has been developed. This is a ballpoint pen using a relatively low-viscosity aqueous ink having a characteristic that the viscosity is lowered by rotation of the tip ball and the ink flows out smoothly, so-called shear thinning.
As an improvement of the oil-based ballpoint pen, a ballpoint pen using a low-viscosity oil-based ink excellent in drying resistance can be considered.
The above-mentioned ballpoint pens using medium-viscosity water-based ink and low-viscosity oil-based ink are both low-viscosity, so when the tip side is faced downward, the ink bleeds when a gap is formed between the tip ball and the chip holding portion. There is a phenomenon that ink tends to flow backward due to a direct current problem, upward writing or impact. If ink causes reverse flow or direct current, there is a risk of soiling clothing. In addition, there is a problem that clothes are soiled when mounted on a writing instrument and inserted into a breast pocket or the like with its writing tip protruding.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The purpose of the present invention is to maintain the dry resistance of the writing tip, remove the seal cap and leave it to stand, and have a mechanism that makes it possible to prevent direct current and backflow of the ink. Constructs a ballpoint pen cursive body, equipped with multiple large and non-deformable ballpoint pen cursives,
The writing tip can appear and disappear smoothly, and if the writing tip is still protruding, it can not be inserted into a breast pocket, etc. This makes it possible to provide a dual-type writing instrument that does not have to worry about fouling with a simple structure at low cost.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a compound writing instrument in which a plurality of ball-point pen writing bodies are mounted in a shaft cylinder, and each writing tip portion can be alternately projected and retracted from the tip end of the shaft cylinder, and only rotating with respect to the shaft cylinder. Engage a sliding projection formed integrally with the ink containing tube of the ballpoint pen writing body with the operation body fixedly attached to the spiral groove provided on the inner periphery of the operation body or the inner periphery behind the shaft cylinder, The axial cylinder or operating body on the side where the spiral groove is not provided and the ballpoint pen writing body are provided so as to be movable only in the axial direction, and each ballpoint pen writing body can be moved back and forth by rotating the operating body relative to the axial cylinder. In addition, the ink storage part of the ink storage tube is substantially non-deformable and is inserted into the shaft without swinging, and the part connecting the ink storage part and the writing tip can be flexibly displaced. It is formed of parts.

Further, the spring 14 is inserted into the inner hole portion of the tip 11 and the rear end of the tip is caulked appropriately so that the rear end of the spring 14 cannot be extracted. In addition, it is extremely important for the tip ball 12 to be in close contact with the inner surface of the chip holding portion for drying the writing tip and preventing direct current of ink. For this reason, the surface roughness and caulking of the inner surface of the chip holding the tip ball are important. In order to improve the accuracy of close contact, the inner surface is ground and secondary plastic working to increase the caulking accuracy is considered. In addition, surface treatment and the like are considered on the contact surface with the tip ball. Further, the tip of the spring 14 becomes a linear rod shaft portion 15, and the tip thereof abuts against the back surface of the tip ball 12 in a pressed state. The tip ball 12 is brought into close contact with the inner edge of the ball holding portion (formed by caulking or the like) of the chip 11 by the pressing.
[0014]
Further, the joint 2 is formed with a front shaft portion 3 for crimping the tip 11 to the tip and a rear shaft portion 5 that is crimped to the front end of the ink containing tube 17a, and the space between the front shaft portion 3 and the rear shaft portion 5 is flexible. It is formed of a resin molded product connected integrally with a displaceable bendable portion 4. In addition, a valve chamber 7 in which a ball valve 16 is loosely fitted is provided in the joint 2 so as to face the rear end of the chip 11. When the chip 11 is downward, the guide hole 9 is opened and the ink 18 is transferred to the chip 18. On the other hand, in the upward state, the ball valve 16 is configured to seal the guide hole 9 and prevent backflow of ink.
[0015]
By the way, the cross section of the ink containing tube 17a is substantially D-shaped (not shown), becomes substantially circular with the two flat portions in contact with each other, and is formed in an inner hole space of the shaft cylinder 30 described later. Decorate without waste. Further, in the case of three, the cross section of the ink containing tube has a substantially fan shape obtained by dividing a circular shape by 120 degrees. Further, the ink containing tube 17a is filled with the above-mentioned medium-viscosity water-based or low-viscosity oil-based ink, and furthermore, the rear end of this ink is in a grease-like shape that can be moved following contact with the ink surface as the ink is consumed. A follower 19 made of a semitransparent non-drying material is filled. Also, a resin follower rod 20 having a specific gravity substantially equal to that of the follower 19 is immersed in the follower 19.
[0016]
Further, a guide rib 21a is integrally formed on the rear outer peripheral portion of the ink containing tube 17a, and a sliding protrusion 22a bulging appropriately is formed on the outer surface of the guide rib 21a. [0026]
As described above, the ball-point pen writing bodies 50a and 50b are alternately moved back and forth by the rotation of the operating body 65 with respect to the shaft tube 60, and the respective writing tip portions can be projected and retracted from the tip opening of the shaft tube.
[0027]
9 to 12 show a third embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 9, two ballpoint pen writing bodies 70a and 70b are provided. Only differences from the first and second embodiments will be described below.
First, sliding protrusions 72a and 72b bulging appropriately and guide protrusions 73a and 73b are formed on the rear outer peripheral parts of the ballpoint pen writing bodies 70a and 70b, respectively.
[0028]
9 includes two types of ball-point pen writing bodies, a shaft cylinder 80 that houses the ball-point pen writing bodies, and a cylindrical operation body 83 that is fixed to the rear of the shaft cylinder 80 so as to be rotatable only. Further, the operating body 83 is removed from the shaft cylinder 80 as necessary, and the writing body is exchanged.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, a cylindrical portion 81 is extended behind the bulging portion, and a circumferential protrusion 82a is formed on the peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 81. A spiral groove 82 b is formed on the inner periphery of the cylindrical portion 81.
The ball-point pen writing bodies 70a and 70b are inserted into the shaft cylinder 80, and sliding protrusions 72a and 72b provided on the rear outer peripheral portions of the ball-point pen writing bodies 70a and 70b are engaged with the spiral groove 82b by elastic deformation. .
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 11, the operating body 83 is a cylinder having a crown 85 closed at the rear end. Further, a circumferential concave groove 84 is formed on the inner periphery of the front end of the operating body 83, and vertical grooves 86 are formed at two locations corresponding to the rear inner periphery thereof.
[0030]
As described above, the operating body 83 is fitted into the cylindrical portion 81 of the shaft cylinder, and the protrusion 82a is engaged with the concave groove 84 by elastic deformation, so that the operating body 83 can rotate with respect to the shaft cylinder 80 and is prevented from coming off. At that time, the guide protrusions 73a and 73b of the ballpoint pen writing bodies 70a and 70b are respectively engaged with the longitudinal grooves 86, and the ballpoint pen writing bodies 70a and 70b are moved back and forth alternately by the rotation of the operation body 83 with respect to the shaft cylinder 80. Each writing tip can be projected and retracted from the tip end of the shaft tube.
[0031]
[Action]
When the operating body 34 is rotated in one direction with respect to the shaft cylinder 30, the sliding protrusions 22a and 22b of the ballpoint pen writing body slide along the spiral groove 42 as the operating body 34 rotates, and either one of the ballpoint pens is moved. The writing body advances, the other moves backward, and the writing tip on the advance side can protrude from the tip opening of the shaft tube 30. Further, even if the ink containing portion of the ballpoint pen writing body is not deformed, the writing tip portion is flexibly changed, so that the writing tip portion appears and disappears smoothly from the tip opening without being hindered in operation.
[0032]
When one of the ballpoint pens 1a protrudes, as shown in FIG. 1, the ball part of the clip and the bulging part of the peripheral surface of the shaft cylinder are engaged with each other so that the clip is inserted into the breast pocket or the like. No state.
[0033]
Next, when the operation body 34 is rotated to the other side, the ball-point pen writing body 1a is retracted and the writing tip portion is immersed in the shaft tube 30, and the ball-point pen writing body 1b is advanced.
At that time, the writing tip portion is in a portable state in which it is accommodated in the shaft tube 30, and the clip for that state becomes a position where the engagement with the bulging portion is released and can be easily inserted into a breast pocket or the like. .
[0034]
When the cap 30 is further rotated, the ball-point pen writing body 1 a is further retracted, the ball-point pen writing body 1 b is further advanced, and the writing tip portion protrudes from the tip opening of the shaft tube 30. In the clip for that state, the ball part and the bulging part of the peripheral surface of the shaft cylinder are engaged with each other so that the clip cannot be inserted into the breast pocket or the like.
[0035]
Further, the ball pen writing body 1a is written in an upward direction since the ball valve 16 is positioned at the ball receiving seat 8 of the valve chamber 7 to seal the guide hole 9 in a state where the tip 11 is directed upward. Even if the ink on the back surface of the tip ball 12 runs out, the head is applied to the ink and does not flow backward. Accordingly, when the tip 11 is turned downward, the ink can immediately flow out, and dripping is prevented by writing. (By the way, in the structure that does not have a ball valve, the ink works in the reverse flow direction when writing upwards, so air is entrained in the tip, and the ink does not follow immediately when writing downwards, causing drooling)
[0036]
In the writing state with the tip 11 facing downward, the ball valve 16 abuts against one of the rear ends of the tip 11, and the other is provided with a flow path through which ink can flow into the tip 11. The ink 18 that has entered the valve chamber 7 from the receiving tubes 17 a and 17 b through the guide hole 9 is guided to the back surface of the tip ball 12.
In this state, the tip ball 12 is brought into close contact with the inner edge of the chip holding portion by the pressing of the rod shaft portion 15, so that direct current of ink is prevented. In addition, the tip ball 12 is slightly retracted by the writing pressure, so that a gap is created and ink can flow out. By writing, the tip ball 12 rotates smoothly and the ink flows out smoothly. It becomes.
On the rear surface of the tip ball 12, there is a channel (a tip ball receiving seat having a plurality of ink inflow grooves penetrating toward the chip inner hole), and a rod shaft portion 15 passes through the center hole of the channel. The ink in the chip is guided to the back surface of the tip ball 12 through the ink inflow groove and the gap between the center hole and the rod shaft portion 15.
[0037]
Although the above operation has been described for the first embodiment, the same applies to the second and third embodiments. However, the first embodiment is the rotation of the operating body with respect to the shaft cylinder, and the ballpoint pen writing body only moves back and forth in the shaft cylinder, whereas the second and third embodiments are the rotation of the operating body with respect to the shaft cylinder. The ballpoint pen writing body moves back and forth while rotating in the shaft cylinder.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
The structure and operation of the dual-type writing instrument of the present invention is as described above, and a mechanism that can prevent the direct current and backflow of ink can be maintained by removing the seal cap while maintaining the dry resistance of the writing tip. It has a medium-viscosity aqueous, low-viscosity oil-based ballpoint pen writing body, equipped with multiple large and non-deforming ballpoint pen writing bodies, and the writing tip can be smoothly infested,
Since the clip cannot be inserted into the breast pocket etc. with the writing tip protruding, the protruding state of the writing tip is easily recognized, and damage to the human body and clothes due to the sharp edge of the writing tip is prevented. No worries about fouling etc.
It can be provided at low cost because it is composed of a simple number of cursive letters, a cap, and a shaft.
