Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention includes a writing body in which a plurality of colored inks are filled in the front part of the writing instrument, and a coating liquid that can be decolored by applying to the writing line by the writing body in the rear part of the writing instrument. The present invention relates to a compound writing instrument in which an applied body is provided.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a means for erasing the writing lines, for example, a combination of a writing body filled with a coloring ink composed of a basic dye and an application body filled with a decoloring coating liquid composed of a sulfite added with an alkali, Writing instrument sets that are easily reduced and decomposed so that the writing lines are decolored are known as sign pens, markers, ballpoint pens, and the like.
There are also known ink systems that develop color by reacting with a color developing compound and those that are decolored by losing the effect of the color developing compound upon application of water.
[0003]
Since a general water-based ballpoint pen has a low viscosity of several mPa · S or less, it has an advantage that it can be written with a light writing pressure and has a good writing quality. However, there is a drawback that a direct current phenomenon in which the ink flows gently from the tip of the pen, and a reverse flow phenomenon in which air flows out from the tip of the ballpoint pen and the ink flows out. One of these preventive measures is to use a fiber converging body called batting. Further, when left in a cap-off state, there is a problem that the vapor pressure of the solvent is high and the solvent is leaked, so that the tip is dried and the ink does not flow out and cannot be written.
[0004]
Recently, a water-based ballpoint pen using the above-described padding using a water-based ink having an intermediate viscosity range (several mPa · S to several thousand mPa · S) between water and oil has been developed. This is a ballpoint pen using a relatively low-viscosity aqueous ink having a characteristic that the viscosity is lowered by rotation of the tip ball and the ink flows out smoothly, so-called shear thinning. However, since this ink also has a drawback that the ink is easily dried, a cap for sealing the writing tip is usually required.
In addition, since the viscosity of the ink is low, there is a phenomenon that the ink tends to flow backward and direct current, and if the ink flows backward and direct current, there is a risk of contaminating clothes and the like. In addition, there is a drawback that writing curl is likely to occur due to dropping or knocking impact.
As one of these preventive measures, one is filled with a grease-like translucent non-drying substance called a follower at the rear end of the ink. In addition, the problem of preventing ink evaporation may be to reduce evaporation from the nib, that is, the gap between the tip ball and the tip.
[0005]
In addition, the water-based ballpoint pen has a large amount of ink flowing out, and it is necessary to increase the ink filling amount by increasing the diameter of the ink containing tube in order to extend the writing life. In particular, those using the above-mentioned padding must be considered thicker.
[0006]
There is also known a dual-type writing instrument that is equipped with a plurality of writing bodies such as a mechanical pencil and a ballpoint pen so that the writing tip can be selectively projected and retracted from an axial end.
In addition, as a mechanism for the appearance of the writing tip of the compound writing instrument,
Various types are known, such as a knock type, a slider type that alternately slides a slider that protrudes from the side surface of the writing cylinder, and a cam type that rotates a cam cylinder having an inclined surface.
In addition, the water-based ballpoint pen has a thick ink-holding tube, so when mounted on a double-sized writing instrument of normal thickness, the tip of the writing body that protrudes without any freedom between the writing bodies is smoothly centered in the tip hole of the shaft cylinder. In other words, the operation is hindered, and the writing tip part can no longer appear.
Therefore, there is a drawback that the shaft tube becomes extremely thick to enable the operation, and portability and usability are deteriorated.

【Example】
First, FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 show a first embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, two ballpoint pens 1a and 1b are provided. In addition, although mentioned later, the form of the Example shown to this figure has shown the thing mounted | worn with the ball-point pen writing body filled with the ball-point pen ink erased with a coating liquid. In addition, the compound writing instrument of the embodiment has a writing instrument function at the front part and an intrusion mechanism for the application body at the rear part.
[0013]
The compound writing instrument of the embodiment is composed of a writing body positioned at the front portion, a front shaft 56 and a middle shaft 30 for storing the protruding and retracting mechanism, an application body 49 positioned at the rear portion and a rear shaft 51 for storing the protruding and protruding mechanism. A female screw 57 is formed on the inner periphery of the rear portion of the front shaft 56. In addition, an opening through which the application body 49 appears and disappears is provided at the rear end of the rear shaft 51.
Further, a male screw 32 is formed at the front end of the middle shaft 30 and is screwed with the female screw 57 of the front shaft 56, and is removed as necessary to replace the writing material.
Further, a circumferentially cut-out stopper is provided that restricts the rotational position by bringing a rib provided on the outer periphery of a cylindrical cam, which will be described later, into contact with the rear end of the middle shaft 30. (Not shown)
Further, a window 33 is formed in the rear side surface of the intermediate shaft 30 and four guide ribs 31 formed in the axial direction at intervals of 90 degrees are formed on the inner peripheral portion of the intermediate shaft 30. .
[0014]
Further, front ends of return springs 55a and 55b for urging the ball-point pen writing bodies 1a and 1b rearward are engaged with the front portion of the middle shaft 30. Then, the receiving shafts 43a and 43b are fixed to the sliding pieces 41a and 41b forward through the inner holes of the return springs 55a and 55b, and the ballpoint pen writing bodies 1a and 1b are attached to the front ends of the receiving shafts 43a and 43b. The rear part is attached, and the rear ends of the return springs 55a and 55b are locked to the front of the sliding pieces 41a and 41b and are urged backward. Further, the sliding pieces 41a and 41b engage with a cam surface which is advanced by pressing of a cam inclined surface 35 accompanying rotation of a cylindrical cam 34, which will be described later, and a notch 36 provided at the rear end of the front end of the cam inclined surface of the cylindrical cam. Protrusions 42a and 42b are provided.
[0015]
Further, the grooves 54a and 54b provided on the side surfaces of the sliding pieces 41a and 41b mesh with the guide ribs 31 provided in the inside of the intermediate shaft 30, respectively, so that the sliding pieces 41a and 41b are smoothly moved back and forth. . Further, the cross-sectional shape of the sliding pieces 41a and 41b is substantially D-shaped. Therefore, there is an advantage that a complicated configuration for attaching a guide tube having two guide grooves facing each other, which is well shown in the conventional example, is not required.
[0016]
Next, the cylindrical cam 34 is provided with a ring-shaped engagement protrusion 37 on the outer periphery thereof, which can be rotated by being engaged with the middle shaft 30. Since the middle shaft 30 has a pair of thick portions 33a opposed to the rear portion and the window portion 33 is drilled, the ring-shaped engagement protrusion 37 is inserted when the tip of the cylindrical cam 34 is press-fitted into the middle shaft 30. At this time, the thick portion 33a is pushed into the opening window portion 33, and the cylindrical cam 34 is rotatably prevented.
[0017]
Further, an engagement groove portion 38 is provided at a required position on the outer periphery of the cylindrical cam 34 behind the engagement protrusion 37, and a slit 39 is formed in a cylindrical portion extending rearward so as to reach the rear end in the axial direction.
Further, the rear shaft 51 is fitted on the outer periphery of the cylindrical cam 34, and the protrusion 52 formed on the inner surface of the rear shaft 51 engages with the engagement groove portion 38 of the cylindrical cam so that the cylindrical cam 34 and the rear shaft 51 are engaged. Are fixed together.
[0018]
On the other hand, the application body 49 includes an application tip portion 49a and a cylindrical portion filled with an application liquid, and a protrusion 50 is formed at a required position on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion. The application body 49 is inserted into the cylindrical portion behind the cylindrical cam 34 with the protrusion 50 inserted into the slit 39.
Further, the inner cylinder 45 in which the spiral groove 47 is formed on the inner surface is fitted and inserted from the rear end of the rear shaft 51 in a state where the inner cylinder 45 is rotatably mounted on the cylinder portion behind the cylindrical cam, and protrudes from the slit 39. The projection 50 is engaged with the spiral groove 47, the crown 46 at the rear end of the inner cylinder 45 is substantially abutted against the rear end of the rear shaft 51, and a protrusion 53 formed on the inner surface of the rear end opening of the rear shaft. The inner cylinder 45 is fixed to the rear shaft 51 and the cylindrical cam 34 so as to be rotatable only by engaging with a circumferential concave groove 45 a formed on the outer periphery of the inner cylinder 45.
[0019]
As described above, when the crown 46 of the inner cylinder is rotated with respect to the rear shaft 51, the protrusion 50 of the application body slides along the slit 39.
By the way, the rear end portion 40 of the cylindrical cam rear cylinder portion has an appropriately inclined surface, and the abutting portion 48 of the inner cylinder that mates with the inclined surface is also an inclined surface, and the rear end portion of the cylinder portion having the slit is inwardly reduced in diameter. To prevent it.
In the embodiment, the protrusions 50 are directly provided on the application body 49. However, it is possible to provide another sliding body provided with the protrusions so as to be interlocked with the application body.
[0020]
Next, the ball-point pen writing body 1a mounted on the compound writing instrument of the present invention will be described. Note that the ballpoint pen writing bodies 1a and 1b have the same configuration, for example, different ink colors.
In addition, the ink applied to the ballpoint pen writing body is a combination of a coloring ink composed of a basic dye and a decoloring coating liquid composed of a sulfite added with an alkali as a means for erasing the writing line. It is an ink that is easily reduced and decomposed so that the writing lines are erased.
Alternatively, it is an ink system that develops color by reacting with the color developing compound, and an ink that is decolored by losing the effect of the color developing compound upon application of water.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 4, the tip 11 is crimped so that the tip ball 12 is rotatably held in a state where the tip ball 12 is substantially in contact with a seat having a channel through which ink can flow. Further, a spring 14 is inserted into the inner hole portion of the tip 11, and the rear end of the tip shaft portion 13 is appropriately crimped so that the rear end of the spring 14 cannot be removed. In addition, it is extremely important for the tip ball 12 to be in close contact with the inner surface of the chip holding portion for drying the writing tip and preventing direct current of ink. For this reason, the surface roughness and caulking of the inner surface of the chip holding the tip ball are important. In order to improve the accuracy of close contact, the inner surface is ground and secondary plastic working to increase the caulking accuracy is considered. In addition, surface treatment and the like are considered on the contact surface with the tip ball.
[0022]
The tip of the spring 14 is an upright rod shaft portion 15, and the tip of the rod shaft portion 15 abuts against the rear end of the tip ball 12 in a pressed state. The tip ball 12 is brought into close contact with the inner edge of the ball holding portion (formed by caulking or the like) of the chip 11 by the pressing.
[0023]
The application body 49 includes an application tip portion 49a having a tip ball 49b.
Its basic configuration is the same as that of the chip 11 described above.
[0024]
Further, the joint 2 is formed with a front shaft portion 3 for crimping the shaft portion 13 of the chip 11 at the tip and a rear shaft portion 5 that is crimped to the front end of the ink containing tube 17, and the front shaft portion 3 and the rear shaft portion 5 It is formed of a resin molded product that is flexible, for example, integrally connected by a bellows 4 or the like. In addition, a valve chamber 7 in which a ball valve 16 is loosely fitted is provided behind the inner hole portion of the front shaft portion 3, and a tapered or spherical ball receiving seat 8 and an axial center are appropriately provided behind the valve chamber 7. An eccentric guide hole 9 is provided, and the inner hole of the bellows 4 and the rear shaft part 5 communicates with the inner hole of the ink containing tube 17. A groove is provided on one side of the inner wall of the valve chamber 7 so that ink flows in the axial direction. (Not shown) The loosely fitted ball valve 16 in the valve chamber 7 is in contact with a state biased to the rear end of the shaft portion 13 of the tip 11 when the tip 11 is faced downward to form an ink flow path. The ink in the ink storage tube flows through the guide hole 9 and into the chip hole through the groove and the ink flow path. On the contrary, in the upward state, the ball valve 16 comes into contact with the ball receiving seat 8 and the function of preventing the back flow of ink is obtained.
[0025]
Further, the ink containing tube 17 is filled with the ink 18 of the above ballpoint pen, and the rear end of the ink 18 is grease-like translucent non-drying that can move along with contact with the ink surface as the ink is consumed. A follower 19 made of material is filled. Further, a resin-made follower rod 20 having a specific gravity substantially equal to that of the follower 19 is immersed in the follower 19 as necessary in order to prevent deformation due to dropping, knocking impact or the like.
For example, a transparent PP resin molded product or the like is used for the ink storage tube 17. Also, the ink containing tube is selected with a material excellent in clear drainability. Further, the ink containing tube 17 may be formed integrally with the joint 2.
[0026]
Further, in the case of the application body 49, the overall length is much shorter than that of the ballpoint pen writing body and the diameter is large, so that the filling portion is used for the ink filling portion.
It is also possible to directly fill the ink and provide a follower at the rear end. In this case, a tail plug or the like having a vent hole is fixed to the rear end of the ink containing tube. (Not shown) Further, it is also possible to use a padding for the ballpoint pen writing body if the ink receiving tube has sufficient dimensions.
[0027]
In addition, the ink containing portion of the ink containing tube 17 is a non-deformable one having a relatively large cross-sectional area, and in the embodiment, has a substantially D-shaped cross-sectional shape that can be inserted into the central shaft 30 without waste. . In addition, the site | part which connects the said chip | tip 11 and an ink accommodating part can be easily changed to the horizontal direction with respect to an axial length direction.
It is also possible to connect a flexible tube between the joint for crimping the rear end of the chip 11 and the ink storage tube.
[0028]
In the above embodiment, the case of two cursive letters has been described, but three can be used.
[0029]
FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. Basically, it is the same as that of the first embodiment, and only the projecting structure of the application body 49 is different. Only the main points will be described below.
First, a spiral groove 63 is formed on the inner periphery of the rear cylinder portion 62 of the cylindrical cam 61, and an inner cylinder 64 that is rotatably fixed to the cylindrical cam 61 and has a slit 67 in the axial direction. (It is fastened by engagement between a protrusion 68 provided on the cylinder 64 and a circumferential concave groove 62a provided on the inner periphery of the rear end opening of the cylinder portion 62). A protrusion 50 係 合 that engages with the groove 63 is provided, and the protrusion 50 ` is slidable in the axial direction along the slit 67 along with the rotation of the inner cylinder 64, or a protrusion that interlocks with the application body. And a sliding body (not shown).
[0030]
[Action]
When the rear shaft 51 is rotated with respect to the middle shaft 30, any writing body can be selected by the cam inclined surface 35 accompanying the rotation of the cylindrical cam 34, and the writing tip portion can be projected from the tip end of the front shaft 56. . Further, even if the ink containing portion of the ballpoint pen writing body is not deformed, the writing tip portion is flexibly shifted, so that the operation is not hindered and the writing tip portion smoothly appears and disappears from the tip end of the tip shaft 56.
When the crown 46 at the rear end of the inner cylinder 45 is rotated in one direction, the application body 49 slides while being guided by the slit 39 of the cylindrical cam 34 as the spiral groove 47 of the inner cylinder rotates. The coating tip 49a protrudes from the rear end hole. When the crown 46 is rotated in the opposite direction, the coating tip 49a is immersed.
[0031]
Since the ball valve 16 is positioned in the ball receiving seat 8 of the valve chamber 7 and seals the guide hole 9 in the state where the tip 11 is directed upward, the ballpoint pen writing body 1a is written upward and the tip ball of the tip Even if the ink immediately below 12 runs out, the head is hung on the ink and does not flow backward. Accordingly, when the tip 11 is turned downward, the ink can immediately flow out, and dripping is prevented by writing. (By the way, in the structure that does not have a ball valve, the ink works in the reverse flow direction when writing upwards, so air is entrained in the tip, and the ink does not follow immediately when writing downwards, causing drooling)
[0032]
In the writing state with the tip 11 facing downward, the ball valve 16 abuts against one of the rear ends of the tip 11, and the other is provided with a flow path through which ink can flow into the tip 11. The ink 18 that has entered the valve chamber 7 from the storage tube 17 through the guide hole 9 is guided to the rear end of the tip ball 12.
In this state, the tip ball 12 is brought into close contact with the inner edge of the chip holding portion by the pressing of the rod shaft portion 15, so that direct current of ink is prevented. In addition, the tip ball 12 is slightly retracted by the writing pressure, so that a gap is created and ink can flow out. By writing, the tip ball 12 rotates smoothly and the ink flows out smoothly. It becomes.
[0033]
Directly below the tip ball 12 is a channel (a tip ball receiving seat having a plurality of ink inflow grooves penetrating toward the chip inner hole), and a rod shaft portion 15 passes through the center hole of the channel. The ink in the chip is guided directly under the tip ball 12 through the ink inflow groove and the gap between the center hole and the rod shaft portion 15.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
The composition and operation of the dual-type writing instrument of the present invention are as described above, and a writing body in which a plurality of colored inks are filled in the front part of the writing instrument and a writing line by the writing body in the rear part of the writing instrument are applied. Thus, it is possible to provide a convenient dual writing instrument in which coating bodies each filled with a coating liquid that can be decolored are disposed.
In addition, as a problem solution to achieve the present invention,
Even if a large cursive body with a large ink filling amount is installed, the shaft cylinder does not become extremely thick, and it is excellent in portability and convenience.
Ink backflow and direct current phenomena do not occur, the dry resistance of the pen tip is maintained, and the cap can be removed and left.
It becomes possible.
