Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish rice cooking without nonuniformity by forming the corner of the base of a pot into a curved surface and providing a burner group comprising the main burner group and a pair of burner groups which are opposite to the corner part and inclined upward in a rice cooking machine in which rice cooking posts transferred by a conveyer are heated by a gas burner group. SOLUTION: When rice cooking pots 6 for storing washed rice and water are continuously supplied from a pot carry-in part, and handles 7 are supported on a chain conveyer 2 to be moved in a rice cooking furnace 1, the rice cooking pots 5 are heated by each gas flame of the main burner group to the bases and the auxiliary burner group to the corner parts. At this time, the rice cooking pots 5 are formed in such a manner that the corner parts extending from the base toward the side surfaces are like a curved surface with a large curvature. A burner pipe 9 comprises a main burner pipe 14 disposed just under the base of the rice cooking pot 5 and auxiliary burner pipes 15, 15 which are opposite to the corner parts and inclined upward to the main burner pipe 14. Thus, the whole of rice cooking pots 5 can be heated quickly and uniformly.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a continuous type rice cooker in which a large number of rice cookers are transported by a conveyer conveyor and heated by a gas burner installed below the conveyer conveyor, a device disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 14590/1976. , Shokoku Sho 5
There is one disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 6-16645. The former one fixes the position of the gas burner to the most efficient heating position from the beginning of rice cooking until most of the water in the rice cooker is absorbed by the rice grains, and after that the position of the gas burner is fixed to the rice cooker. By moving it further away, it is possible to expect good cooking at all times without the need to adjust the heat. In the latter case, a gas burner block of a certain length parallel to the traveling direction of the conveyor is placed close to the traveling direction in the high-cooking area in the early stage of rice cooking, and in the low-temperature steaming area in the latter half of the rice cooking. It is arranged at a predetermined interval in the traveling direction.

In the above-mentioned known continuous type rice cooker, the position of the gas burner is variously devised so that the cooked food will have an excellent taste, but the shape of the bottom of the rice cooker Has a flat bottom, so uneven heating and uneven cooking may occur. In other words, while the rice cooker travels and moves on the gas burner group, only the portion of the bottom of the rice cooker that directly hits the gas burner is directly and continuously heated, and heating unevenness occurs between the cooker and the portion that is off the gas burner. . That is, the side surface of the rice cooker that is removed from directly above the gas burner is heated by heat conduction from the bottom surface and heat conduction of the ambient temperature in the rice cooker, and uneven heating occurs between the bottom surface and the side surface of the rice cooker. . For this reason, the rice grains and water in the rice cooker flow irregularly, which tends to cause uneven cooking.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is to transfer a rice cooker by an endless transfer conveyor provided in a rice cooker, and a plurality of blocks of gas burner groups installed below the conveyor. Is a continuous rice cooker that heats and cooks the rice cooker by means of which the corners of the bottom of the rice cooker are formed in a curved shape, and the gas burner group of the plurality of blocks is arranged directly below the bottom of the rice cooker. A technical measure was taken to be composed of a main burner group provided and a pair of sub-burner groups which are arranged so as to be inclined upward with respect to the main burner so as to face the corners.

According to the present invention, the rice cooker has the corners of the bottom surface formed into a curved shape, and the gas burner group of a plurality of blocks includes the main burner group disposed immediately below the bottom surface of the rice cooker,
Since it is composed of a pair of sub-burner groups that are inclined upward with respect to the main burner so as to face the corners, the bottom surface of the rice cooker has a substantially spherical shape, and the main burner group and the pair of sub-burner groups form a pair. Since the entire rice cooker is heated by the sub-burner group of, the heat loss from the rice cooker to the outside of the rice cooker is reduced, and the bottom of the rice cooker does not come out of the flame of the gas burner, so it is heated to rice and water. No unevenness occurs. That is, it is because the convection of water near the bottom of the rice cooker and the convection of water near the left and right corners cause the rice and water to flow at a plurality of points in the rice cooker while regularly flowing.

In the gas burner group of the plurality of blocks, a plurality of strip-shaped burners provided in a direction orthogonal to the conveyer conveyor may be provided in series in the transfer direction of the rice cooker, or a long burner provided in parallel with the conveyer conveyor. Since it is possible to install a plurality of scale burners in the transfer direction of the rice cooker, it is possible to uniformly heat the entire rice cooker regardless of the shape of the burner.

Next, the operation of the above structure will be described. The rice cooker 5 containing rice 12 that has been washed and dipped in advance and an appropriate amount of water 13 is continuously and sequentially supplied from the kettle carry-in section 3, and the handle 7 is supported on the chain conveyor 2 to move the inside of the rice cooker 1 Move to move. Then, the rice cooker 5 supplied into the rice cooker 1 is heated by the plurality of blocks of gas burner groups 8A to 8P installed below the chain conveyor 2. At this time, the rice cooker 5 has the main burner group 14A for the bottom surface 5C.
Gas flame and the sub-burner group 15 for the corners 5A and 5B
Due to the gas flames of A and 15A, the entire rice cooker 5 is rapidly and uniformly heated. That is, the convection of water near the bottom surface 5C of the rice cooker 5 and the convection of water near the corners 5A and 5B cause the rice 12 and the water 13 to flow regularly at a plurality of locations in the rice cooker 5 while heating. This is because
