ませたホッパーが、駆動機構に回転自在に連結され、該
ホッパーの内周面に掻き落とし棒を弾性的に摺接付勢し
たことを要旨とする。

おり、かつ、取出口4の上部にはこの取出口4の粉体に
上から重みがかからないようにするための屋根4aが設
けられている。また取出口4には粉体の取出し量を調整
する調整板13が開口量調整自在に臨ませてある。
