SOLUTION: The system is constituted of a display part screen 1 and a keyboard 2. A 'coming/leaving store' key 3 different from a conventional menu key and a function key is provided on the keyboard 2. And, data inputted from the keyboard 2 is displayed in the display part screen 1. Here, when the 'coming/leaving' key is depressed, a personal code input screen is displayed in the display part screen 1.
