According to the present invention, there is provided a wall panel comprising:
A metal panel outer peripheral frame formed in a rectangular shape, and a first panel disposed on one side of the frame and separated from the frame;
And the back surface of the surface material, from the back surface of the surface material to the space inside the panel surrounded by the panel outer peripheral frame are integrally filled, and the panel outer peripheral frame and the first surface material are bonded by the adhesiveness before curing. Foaming resin. A second face material is arranged on the other side of the panel outer peripheral frame via an intermediate rail, and an air layer is formed between the second face material and the foamed resin. According to the wall panel having this configuration, a heat insulating effect can be obtained by the foamed resin filled therein. In this case, since the foamed resin is filled and foamed between the panel outer peripheral frame and the first face material, it can be filled without gaps, and excellent heat insulating properties can be obtained. Also, due to the adhesive force of the foamed resin, the panel outer peripheral frame,
The foamed resin and the first face material are joined. Therefore, the first face material can be joined without using a joining member such as a screw or a nail, and the reinforcing crosspiece can be omitted due to the strength of the foamed resin. For these reasons, a wall panel excellent in heat insulation can be easily manufactured with a simple configuration having a small number of parts and a small number of work steps. On the other hand, since an air layer is formed between the foamed resin and the second face material, excellent sound insulation properties can be obtained.

This wall panel can be applied to an outer wall panel, in which case the first panel is an exterior panel and the second panel is an interior panel panel. As described above, when applied to the outer wall panel, by using the first face material joined with the foamed resin as the exterior face material, a fixing tool such as a screw is exposed on the exterior face material exposed to the weather. No need for waterproofing the screw head. Also,
By applying a finish paint or a tile to the first face material in advance at a factory or the like, it is possible to omit the process of painting the outer surface of the wall panel at the site. The surface of the foamed resin exposed to the air layer is preferably covered with a moisture-proof sheet. As a result, the moisture that has entered the air layer is prevented from entering the foamed resin, and the deterioration of the foamed resin is prevented. It is preferable that each of the middle rails extends in the vertical direction, and upper and lower ends thereof are fixed to a panel outer peripheral frame by a fixing tool, and that the upper and lower ends of the air layer are open. By setting the upper and lower ends of the air layer to be in an open state, comfortable livability can be obtained by ventilation in the wall.

According to the wall panel of the present invention, the first face material disposed on one side of the panel outer peripheral frame and the panel outer peripheral frame are integrated with a heat-insulating foam resin, and the first panel is disposed on the other side. 2) An air layer is provided between the face material and the foamed resin, so that while obtaining excellent sound insulation properties through the interposition of the air layer, the panel outer frame and the face material are integrated by the adhesiveness of the foamed resin to achieve the structure and manufacturing. Can be simplified and streamlined. Further, excellent heat insulating properties can be obtained by the foamed resin. In particular, when the exterior wall panel is used, by using the exterior surface material to be joined with the foamed resin, a fixing tool such as a screw is not exposed to the exterior surface material exposed to the weather, and the screw head is waterproof. Processing and the like become unnecessary. In addition, the first face material is previously subjected to finish painting, tile application, or the like in a factory or the like, so that the step of painting or painting the outer surface of the wall panel on site can be omitted. When the surface of the foamed resin exposed to the air layer is covered with the moisture-proof sheet, the moisture contained in the air layer is prevented from entering the foamed resin, and the foamed resin is prevented from deterioration. When the upper and lower ends of the air layer are opened in a state in which each of the middle crosspieces extends in the vertical direction, comfortable livability can be obtained by ventilation in the wall.
