Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve heat-insulating properties and permeability by filling a section between an internal covering material, to which a large number of through-holes are formed, and an external covering material using a waterproof blank with an expandable bead collecting board body and shaping a protruding section for ventilation to the outside surface section of the external covering material. CONSTITUTION:The indoor side of a frame body 5 is composed of an internal covering material 6, to which through-holes 13 preventing the passage of expandable beads and allowing the passage of air are formed, and the outdoor side of an external cover 7 (such as a waterproof sheet). Protruding sections 22 for ventilation are shaped to the outside surface section of the cover material 7, and the inside of a wall body is ventilated. A void 9 formed between the covering materials 6, 7 is supplied with expandable beads 12, on which liquefied adhesives are attached and which are made of a synthetic resin, at air pressure from an upper end section, the beads 12 are filled densely while discharging air in a frame from the through-holes 13, and the liquefied adhesives are dried, thus shaping an expandable bead collecting board body 10. Accordingly, a panel having excellent heat-insulating properties can be mass-produced efficiently.

(Prior Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In recent years, in order to improve the insulation properties of walls and ensure the ventilation of the walls to improve the livability of buildings, insulation parts and ventilation parts have been installed. The walls of buildings are now being constructed using woven wall panels. Such a wall panel is formed by forming a heat insulating part inside a panel frame formed by framing frame materials, and also forming a ventilation part on the outdoor side surface of the panel frame. One of the points to pay special attention to when manufacturing panels is how to make the wall panels have good insulation properties, and how to efficiently make wall panels with uniform insulation performance. The question is whether to mass produce it. For this purpose, it is necessary to fill the inside of the panel frame with a heat insulating material without any gaps to improve the airtightness of the wall panel, and it is also necessary to perform the filling operation efficiently.

By the way, conventionally, glass wool and synthetic resin foam have been used as such heat insulating materials, but these heat insulating materials are often used in panel frames, especially in cases where braces are incorporated inside the panel frame. There was a problem in that it was difficult to fill the inside of the body without any gaps, and it was difficult to efficiently fill the insulation material.

The ventilation/insulation wall panel 1 having such a configuration is manufactured, for example, by the following manufacturing method. That is, first, a panel frame 5 is formed by framing vertical frame members 2 and horizontal frame members 3 into a rectangular shape.
At the same time, a brace 1l is installed inside the panel frame 5' as necessary, and the indoor side of the panel frame 5 is
Through hole 1 that blocks the passage of foam beads and allows the passage of air
3 is covered with an inner covering material (for example, cheesecloth) made of a net-like material 6, and an outer covering material (windproof/waterproof material) made of a material that exhibits windproof and waterproof properties. sheet, etc.) 7, and the outer surface of the outer covering material 7 is provided with a ventilation protrusion 2 having the above-mentioned structure, for example.
2, a synthetic resin foam is applied to the space 9 formed between the inner covering material 6 and the outer covering material 7 from the upper end of the space 9. A large number of beads 12 are supplied pneumatically. At this time, the air sent into the cavity 9 through the through hole 13 of the inner covering material 6 is sequentially discharged from the through hole 13, and the foamed beads 12 are filled into the cavity 9. Since the inner covering material 6 is formed of a net-like body as described above, when filling the void 9 with foam beads, the filling state of the foam beads into the void 9 can be checked through the mesh. This can be done visually. Therefore, it is possible to densely fill the foamed beads without creating any unfilled areas at the intersections between the striations and the vertical frame members. Note that after filling is completed, the foam bead supply section 3 of the inner covering material 6
1 (see Figure 5). After the filling is completed, the liquid adhesive is dried through a drying process, whereby the filled foam beads are bonded and integrated with each other to form the foam bead assembly plate 10. (Effects of the Invention) The present invention has the following excellent effects. ■ The ventilation/insulation wall panel according to the present invention has the panel frame densely filled with foamed bead aggregate plates, so each part of the panel has uniform heat insulation properties. In addition, since the outer surface of the foam bead assembly board is covered with an outer covering material made of a material that exhibits windproof and waterproof properties, the outer covering material prevents cold air from outdoors. Due to the synergy of these effects, the wall constructed using the ventilation/insulation wall panel according to the present invention can have extremely excellent heat insulation properties.

■ Ventilation/Insulation Since the external wall material is attached to the outer surface of the ventilation protrusion of the outer covering material of the wall panel to form a ventilation path, ventilation and insulation are achieved by the air flow in the ventilation path. The interior of a wall constructed using wall panels can be effectively ventilated. In addition, since the outer surface of the foam bead assembly board is covered with an outer covering material made of a material that exhibits waterproof properties, even if rainwater enters from the connection parts of the external wall material, it can be reliably blocked. .. ■ The manufacturing method according to the present invention involves forming an inner covering material that covers the indoor side surface of a panel frame using a net-like material, and using air pressure to inject a large number of synthetic resin foam beads to which a liquid adhesive is attached into a space. Since the air in the cavity is supplied through the holes, it is possible to efficiently fill the foam beads while sequentially discharging the air from the holes. Also, at that time, the filling process can be performed while visually checking the filling state through the through-holes of the net-like body, so that there are no unfilled areas, even when braces are built into the panel frame. , it is possible to densely fill the entire cavity with foam beads. Then, by drying the liquid adhesive through a drying process after filling is completed, it is possible to form a foam bead assembly plate in which the filled foam beads are adhered to each other. In this way, when using the manufacturing method according to the present invention,
The foam beads can be densely packed into the panel frame efficiently, and it is possible to manufacture ventilation/insulation wall panels of uniform quality.
