Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for a strawberry pack, which can be easily folded up from one corrugated board into a shape having intermediate partitions as a unitary structure, has a good cooling efficiency when perishable foodstuffs contained in the tray are cooled in a refrigerator, and causes no collapse of a stacked state even in the case where the stacked trays are tightly bound with a packing band. SOLUTION: A corrugated board has a shape wherein a right or left side wall, a half side bottom face and a longitudinal partition are connectively provided successively through a fold on both sides of a rectangular central face, respectively, and, on the central face, a plurality of cutting and rising cut scores and folds for forming front and rear side walls and lateral partitions in a standing state in a cut and raised form are provided in a parallel state so as to extend across both sides of the central face. Fitting cut scores are also provided at respective places which interfere with one another when a tray is folded up. Further, the width W of each of the half side bottom faces 4, 5 is set so that the width of the bottom face of the tray becomes equal to the width of the texture type face of the tray. Vent notches 30 are provided on the upper edge sides of the longitudinal and lateral partitions 6, 7, 10, 11. The fitting cut scores 17 have expanded parts 17a provided at places intersecting with the folds C.

2. Description of the Related Art The applicant of the present application has previously described a packing tool for packing the above-packed strawberries and the like described in Japanese Patent Application No. Hei 3-299.
No. 947 "and Japanese Patent Application No. 3-359200. Each of the above two prior inventions has only one
By simply bending the pieces of cardboard along the creases, the trays with the cross-shaped inner partition are folded up at a stroke, so, like the conventional technology, each separately made tray and inner partition material It has an excellent feature that a remarkable reduction in packing cost can be achieved without the troublesome combination. In addition, this tray has locking pieces at the four corners of the top edge of the tray to prevent the trays on each stage from slipping sideways during transportation when they are stacked in multiple layers and banded together into one package. The tray is protruded, and an engaging hole is provided on the bottom surface of the tray at a position corresponding to the locking piece.

However, there is still room for improvement in the above-mentioned invention of the prior application.
This is because strawberry-producing farmers put them in large refrigerators to keep them fresh before cooling the trays containing packed strawberries. At that time, the conventional tray,
Insufficient care was taken to quickly spread the cold air into each of the stacked trays. Further, when the packing band is strongly hung on the stacked trays, the upper tray tends to be deformed, and the bottom thereof tends to be shifted inside the lower tray. If this happens, the pressed strawberry will naturally be damaged. Furthermore, when folding up the tray from the corrugated board, the operation to fit the fitting cuts to each other,
It was also desired to be able to perform more smoothly. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to raise the cooling efficiency when cooling the fresh food stored in the tray in a refrigerator while simultaneously folding up the tray with a partition from one piece of cardboard,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a tray for strawberry packs, which does not slip down into the tray below the upper trayer even when the packing band is strongly hung on the stacked trays, and the folding operation can be performed more smoothly.

Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the left and right side walls 2 and 3 are folded outward along the folding fold B in a double-layered manner. In this state, the cardboard may be turned upside down. Subsequently, when the folds C and D are bent downward at right angles, respectively, the front and rear side walls 8 and 9 and the horizontal partitions 10 and 11, the left and right side walls 2 and 3, the bottom surfaces 4 and 4 on both sides are formed.
5 and the vertical partitions 6 and 7 are engaged with each other at fitting breaks 17 to 20 provided at positions where they interfere with each other. As shown in FIG. 4, a tray integrally provided with a cross-shaped intermediate partition is provided. 200 folds up without hindrance, and this fold-up shape is securely fixed.

At the time of this engagement, as can be understood from FIG. 3, the width of the fitting cut 17 is expanded at the intersection with the fold C by expanding the width into a spindle shape or a rhombus shape. Since the portion 17a is provided, the operation of fitting the horizontal partitions 10, 11 that are incompletely overlapped and are difficult to fit into the fitting cut 17 can be performed extremely smoothly.

As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the latching pieces 15 project from the four corners of the upper edge of the folded tray 200.
At the four corners of the bottom surface, the engagement holes 21 into which the locking pieces 15 are inserted are provided. Therefore, when a plurality of trays 200 are stacked in multiple stages for transportation and handling,
There is no longer any risk that 00's will shift from one another.

Further, when the tray 200 is folded up, the bottom surface width m between both side ends of the half-side bottom surfaces 4 and 5 is equal to (or somewhat wider) the top surface width n of the tray. The width W of the half-side bottom surfaces 4 and 5 is set. Therefore, even if a packing band (not shown) is strongly hung on the stacked trays 200, as in the conventional case, the tray 200 slips down onto the bottom surface of the upper tray or the inside of the lower tray and reliably eliminates the risk of damaging the strawberries. As apparent from the above description, the strawberry pack tray according to the present invention has various practically excellent effects as listed below. (A) By simply bending one piece of corrugated cardboard along a fold, a box-shaped tray integrally provided with a partition can be easily and quickly folded. (B) A notch for ventilation is provided on the upper edge side of each of the vertical partition and the horizontal partition, so that the trays containing strawberries etc. are cooled in multiple stages in a refrigerator to maintain freshness and cooled. Efficiency can be greatly increased. (C) In addition, when the tray is folded up, the width of the bottom surface between both side edges of the two half-side bottom surfaces is made equal to the width of the top surface of the tray. However, there is no problem that the bottom surface of the upper tray is shifted into the lower tray. (D) By expanding the width of the fitting cut into a spindle shape or a rhombus at the intersection with the fold, the fitting operation of each part when the tray is folded can be performed more easily and quickly. Looks like The widening also serves as a cooling vent.
