Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a speedy, possitive passengers rescue at the occurrence of a confining accident by forming an elevator into such a structure as being equipped with a trouble judging content collecting part, a trouble judging content analyzing part, a trouble judging content erasing part and a stop signal outputting part. SOLUTION: A rescue driving device 2 is always monitoring a part of trouble judging contents of a first storage unit in an elevator controller 1. At the time of the occurrence of a confining accident, a trouble judging content collecting part 21 collects all the trouble judging contents, storing them into a second storage unit 22. Next, the propriety of elevator's restoration is analyzed, and when it is improper, a trouble judging content analyzing part 23 parforms trouble analysis from the trouble judging contents. A trouble judging content erasing part 25 erases the trouble judging contents stored in the first storage unit, while it outputs an elevators rescue driving signal to the elevator controller 1. Under the monitoring of a rescue driving signal monitoring part 26, an elevator car performs rescue operation at the nearest floor. A stop signal outputting part 27 outputs a stop signal to the elevator controller 1.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, an elevator is remotely monitored by a monitoring center connected to a building in which the elevator is installed via a communication line, and a car stops between floors. When a confinement abnormality occurs, abnormality information is transmitted from the building side to the monitoring center, and the monitoring center dispatches an elevator specialist to the site to rescue passengers. In addition, JP-A-58-193873
As described in Japanese Patent Publication No. JP-A-2003-264, a reset circuit that remotely restores the same state as when the power of the elevator is turned on is provided, and when the confinement abnormality occurs, the same as when the power of the elevator is turned on remotely by the reset circuit Restored to the state,
A technique for performing rescue operation in this state to rescue passengers is disclosed.

By the way, in the former case described above, that is, in the case of dispatching a professional engineer to the site to rescue, there is a problem that it takes a lot of time to arrive at the site. Further, in the case described later, that is, in the case where the reset circuit restores the same state as when the power of the elevator is turned on, since the remote control is performed via the communication line, the communication line cannot be connected or is operated remotely. At the same time, there is a risk that recovery time will increase due to human erroneous operation at the time, and there is also a risk that the failure will reoccur before the expert engineer visits the site after the elevator is restored to the same state as when the power was turned on.

Since the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is configured as described above, when the elevator is stopped due to the occurrence of an abnormality, the failure determination content collection unit reads the failure determination content from the first storage unit. The failure determination content analysis unit analyzes whether the rescue operation is possible based on the failure determination content, and then the failure determination content erasing unit displays the analysis result of the failure determination content analysis unit. On the basis of, that is, when it is determined that the rescue operation is possible, a rescue operation signal for performing the rescue operation of the elevator by erasing the failure determination content stored in the first storage unit is sent to the elevator control device. Output. After that, the suspension signal output unit outputs a suspension signal for suspending the elevator to the elevator control device. Thus, when a trapping failure occurs, rescue operation can be performed without human intervention, and therefore, passengers can be rescued quickly and reliably.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the details of the failure determination stored in the first storage device 11 in the elevator control apparatus 1 are recorded in coded numbers when the failure occurs in the elevator. For example, when the code indicating the failure name is "20", it indicates a rotary encoder failure, that is, a failure when the pulse of the rotary encoder that controls the speed of the car cannot be detected. In this way, there are several types of coded faults, and other fault discrimination details include the stop floor at the time of the fault, speed, each device,
For example, there are door open zones and ON / OFF operation states of door switches. In addition, in the code of the failure name, the stopped state of the elevator is classified into a recoverable one and a non-recoverable one when the failure is recovered. In the event of a failure in which foreign matter is caught and the door does not close completely, recovery is possible when foreign matter is removed, but in the event of a failure of high importance, such as the failure of the rotary encoder that controls the electric motor, even if the failure recovers, the elevator It is designed not to recover the stopped state of. However, even if the failure cannot be recovered, the rescue operation is tried by deleting the failure determination content stored in the first storage device 11 in the elevator control device 1. Therefore, by analyzing the content of the failure determination configured as described above, it is possible to know whether or not the rescue operation is possible, and even if the failure cannot be recovered, for example, a transient failure such as a contact failure of the relay. In this case, if the contact failure is corrected, the rescue operation can be performed by recovering.

In this embodiment, the elevator rescue operation device 2 constantly monitors a part of the failure determination content stored in the first storage device 11 in the elevator control device 1,
For example, when a trapping failure occurs in which a car (not shown) stops between floors, that is, when the emergency stop shown in FIG. 2 is “Yes” and the door open zone is “OFF”, the procedure goes to step S1. As shown in FIG.
Collects all the failure determination contents, and stores the failure determination contents in the second storage unit 22 as step S2. Next, in step S3, whether or not the elevator can be restored is analyzed from the failure code of the failure determination content, and when the failure cannot be recovered, in order to safely operate the elevator, the failure determination content analysis unit 23 in step S4. Analyzes the failure state from the details of the failure determination. At this time, for example, the safety device of the elevator, that is, the speed over switch of the speed governor, the forced stop switch of the end floor, etc. are not operating, and the switch for detecting that the landing door is closed and the car When it is determined that the switch that detects that the door is closed is operating, step S5
Then, the failure determination content erasing unit 25 erases the failure determination content stored in the first storage device 11 and outputs a rescue operation signal for performing the rescue operation of the elevator to the elevator controller 1. Along with this, in step S6, the car moves to the nearest floor, the rescue operation of opening the door is performed, and the rescue operation signal monitoring unit 26 monitors the rescue operation. After that, as shown in step S7, the suspension signal output unit 27 outputs a suspension signal for suspending the elevator to the elevator control device 1 to put the elevator in a suspension state.

Next, in step S8, the communication section 24
Transmits the output data including the failure determination content stored in the second storage unit 22 and the result of the failure determination content analysis, the rescue operation signal and the suspension signal to the monitoring center 3 through the communication line T, while monitoring At the center 3, the failure name is displayed from the failure code of the failure determination content, and the failure status and the implementation status of the rescue operation are displayed. As a result, the supervisor of the monitoring center 3 can understand the failure content and failure status of the elevator and can investigate the cause of the failure. Furthermore, by confirming whether or not the rescue operation of the elevator has been performed, the expert engineer can be urgently urged. It's supposed to decide if you need to be dispatched to.
