2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a bag-making filling and packaging apparatus of this type, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-200522, an intermittently fed web is wound around a bag-making cylinder and both side edges thereof are wound. Heat-sealing properties that are formed on the inner surface of the web by stacking them so as to project in the radial direction passing through the center of the bag-making cylinder, and sandwiching this stacking part between the heater surfaces of a vertical sealing machine that is substantially parallel to it. By melting the material that has, it is formed into a tube by sticking it in the feeding direction of the web, so that the vertical seal part that sticks the palm is overlapped with the tubular web along the fixed guide as the web is fed. While being forcibly bent, the bag is made to hang down below the bag-making cylinder, and the tubular web and the vertically-sealed portion forcibly bent before and after filling the enveloped article. The upper and lower ends of the bag body are laterally sealed so as to project in the hanging direction of the web by sandwiching the upper and lower portions respectively with substantially vertical heater surfaces of the lateral sealing machine, and as a result, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-42905. Producing a packaging bag having a vertical sealing portion with excellent adhesive strength, as compared with a case where a stacking portion is sandwiched between a bag forming cylinder and one heater surface as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. There is.

Further, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2-152630, not only the inner surface of the tubular web but also the outer surface is made of a material having a heat-sealing property, and a tubular shape is formed by the projection of a pair of opposed folding pieces. A pair of opposite side surfaces of the web are folded inward and sandwiched by a horizontal sealing machine to form a gusset square bottom type bag body, and immediately after that, before the horizontal sealing part cools. While pushing the bending body forward and bending it at a right angle from the base end of the horizontal seal part, it pushes up slightly to the bag making cylinder side,
The bag is filled with the article to be encapsulated, the bottom of the bag is pressed against the lateral seal portion by its weight, and the lateral seal portion is forcibly cooled by a cooling medium passing through the inside of the bending body to force the lateral seal portion into the bag body. There is a gusset square bottom type packaging bag that can be surely self-standing as a result of being adhered to the bottom surface of the.

However, in such a conventional bag-making filling and packaging apparatus and packaging bag as described above, in the case where the vertical seal portion pasted on the palm is forcibly folded and laterally sealed, it is laterally sealed. After that, most of the vertical seals except the horizontally sealed upper and lower ends try to return to the original state before folding, so most of the vertical seals protrude from the bag and the appearance is poor, resulting in a significant commercial value. There is a problem of decrease.

Further, since lateral seal portions located at the upper and lower ends of the bag body respectively project in the axial direction of the tubular web,
The outer dimension of the bag body increases by the amount of these horizontal seal portions, and if the horizontal seal portions can be boxed, for example, in a box with the horizontal seal portion protruding, the boxing dimension becomes large and the transportation cost increases. In order to solve this, if the outer dimensions of the box such as corrugated cardboard are made compact so that only the protruding horizontal seal part is bent in the boxed state, especially the encapsulated article is likely to be damaged such as potato chips. In this case, the load generated when the horizontal seal portion is about to be bent also has a considerable influence on the article to be encapsulated, which causes damage. There is a problem that the parts are bent individually toward either the front side or the back side of the bag body, which causes the appearance to be poor and the commercial value to be reduced. Therefore, there is a type of gusset square bottom type that is bent and cooled before the horizontal sealing portion cools after horizontal sealing, but in the case of this type,
Since the web feeding cannot be started until the folding process and the cooling process are completed after the horizontal sealing, the web feeding stop time becomes long, the high-speed operation cannot be performed, and the operation efficiency is lowered. There is a problem that not only the inner surface but also the outer surface needs a material having a heat-sealing property, and it is necessary to bend and cool the lateral seal portion, resulting in an increase in cost. In order to solve this, it is conceivable to perform these steps simultaneously by bending the horizontal seal part in the post process of the horizontal seal process. In this case, even if the horizontal seal part is bent in the post process, Since the horizontal seal part has already cooled, it will not be able to bond sufficiently even when bent and it will return to the original state before folding, which will make it difficult for the bag body to stand on its own and easily fall down. There is a problem in that the workability is poor when the product is packed in a box, and the aesthetic appearance deteriorates when it is displayed.

In view of such conventional circumstances, the present invention has an object to provide a bag-making filling and packaging apparatus and a packaging bag in which a vertical seal portion formed by a palm-sealing process can be bent only in the vertical seal step, and only in the horizontal seal step. Another purpose is to provide a bag-making filling and packaging device and a packaging bag in which the horizontal seal portion can be bent, and to manufacture a gusseted square bottom type bag body that can be self-sustaining while shortening the web feeding stop time. Another object of the present invention is to provide a bag-making filling and packaging device that can be used, and a packaging bag that can produce a gusset square bottom that can stand on its own even if the outer surface of the tubular web does not have a heat-sealing material.

In the vertical sealing machines 2 and 2, when the feeding of the web A by the feeding mechanism 11 is stopped, one or both of the heater surfaces 2a and 2a facing each other in parallel are overlapped with the overlapping portion A1 of the web A. It has a conventionally well-known structure in which it is moved in the contacting direction and sandwiched for a predetermined time. These heater surfaces 2a, 2a are diagonally intersecting with the radial direction passing through the center 1a of the bag making cylinder 1 as shown in FIG. By holding the overlapping portion A1 between the heater surfaces 2a, 2a while being inclined, the overlapping portion A1 is bent obliquely from the base end and the tip is held so as to approach the bag-making cylinder 1. While doing so, try to paste the palm together.
Further, the heater surfaces 2a, 2a are continuously formed with serrated teeth, which are fitted to each other in the feeding direction of the web A, as necessary, so that the vertical seal portion A1 'pasted on the palm is provided with a crease and an external appearance. You may improve adhesive strength. Further, below the vertical sealing machines 2 and 2, as the web A is fed out by the operation of the feeding mechanism 11 thereafter, the bag-making cylindrical body 1 and the bag-making cylinder 1 are cooled while cooling the vertical seal portion A1 'pasted on the palm. It may be possible to more surely fold the vertical seal portion A2 having a crease at an inclination by providing a folding means (not shown) forcibly bending toward the tubular web A2.

The horizontal sealing machines 4 and 4 have the feeding mechanism 1 described above.
When the feeding of the web A by 1 is stopped, the heater surfaces 4a, 4a facing each other in parallel are moved in a direction in which they are brought into contact with the tubular web A2 hanging from the lower end of the bag-making cylinder 1 and the vertical seal portion A1 ', and for a predetermined time. It has a conventionally well-known structure for sandwiching, and faces the tubular web A2 and the vertical seal portion A1 'corresponding to at least the bottom of the following bag body B2 of the heater surfaces 4a, 4a before being filled with the article C to be encapsulated. The bottom seal portions 4b, 4b are respectively inclined in an oblique direction intersecting the hanging direction of the tubular web A2, and the heater surface 4 is slightly delayed from the protrusion of the folding pieces 3, 3.
By sandwiching the tubular web A2 and the vertical seal portion A1 ′ between the a and 4a and the bottom seal portions 4b and 4b,
At least a portion corresponding to the bottom of the bag body B2 is bent obliquely from the base end so that the tip is held close to the bottom surface of the bag body B2 and laterally sealed. In the case of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG.
The tubular web A2 and the vertical seal portion A corresponding to the upper portion of the preceding bag body B1 after being filled with the encapsulated article C of a.
The upper seal portions 4c, 4c facing 1'are respectively inclined so as to form a side-faced V shape with the bottom seal portions 4b, 4b, and the bag body B preceding between these upper seal portions 4c, 4c.
By simultaneously sandwiching the tubular web A2 corresponding to the upper part of 1 and the vertical seal portion A1 ', the leading end of the part corresponding to the upper part of the preceding bag body B1 is bent in an oblique direction and the tip of the bag body B1 is bent. It is designed to be laterally sealed while holding it close to either the front or back surface. Further, the upper seal portion 4 of the heater surfaces 4a, 4a.
The c and 4c do not necessarily have to be inclined in an oblique direction intersecting with the hanging direction of the tubular web A2 as shown in FIG. It is not necessary to incline in the hanging direction of A2.

In the embodiment shown above, the bag-making filling and packaging apparatus is
A gusset corner bottom type packaging bag in which the overlapping portions A1 of the web A are bonded together and the pair of opposite side surfaces A3, A3 of the tubular web A2 are folded inward by the protrusion of the folding pieces 3, 3. Although it was produced, the invention is not limited to this.
3 is removed to form a vertical seal portion A1 ′ having a diagonal crease by stacking the overlapping portions of the webs as shown in FIG. 4, and at the same time, a horizontal seal portion at least on the bottom side of the bag body B. A4 only or upper and lower horizontal seals A4
A wrapping bag of vertical pillow that is not a gusset square bottom type is manufactured by bending both A4 from its base end in an oblique direction so that the tip approaches either one of the front and back sides of the bag B. Also good. Further, instead of the vertical sealing machines 2 and 2 of the bag-making filling and packaging apparatus of the embodiment shown in the above, for example, JP-A-5-42 is used.
By providing a vertical sealing machine that vertically seals by sandwiching the overlapping portion between the bag-making cylindrical body and one heater surface as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 905, the overlapping portion A1 of the web A is bonded together. A gusseted square bottom type packaging bag may be produced.

Further, the folding pieces 3, 3 of the lateral seal portion A4
As the adhesion means 5 for adhering the opposite side-to-side surfaces A3 and A3, which are folded into each other, with each other, a through hole penetrating only the both side surfaces A3 and A3 is opened in a facing manner, and the inner surface of the web A is passed through the through hole. Although abutting each other, the invention is not limited to this.
The shape of the through hole is not limited to that shown in the figure, and any other shape may be used as long as it has the same function, and the adhesive is directly supplied between the side surfaces A3 and A3 of the lateral seal portions A4 and A4. 1. By sandwiching the overlapping portion of the web between the heater surfaces of the vertical sealing machine that is inclined in an oblique direction intersecting the radial direction passing through the center of the bag-making cylinder,
Since it is bent diagonally from the base end of the overlapping part and the tip is attached so that the tip is close to the bag making cylinder, the vertical seal part is attached only in the vertical sealing step. To be

Therefore, after the horizontal seal, most of the vertical seal portion protrudes from the bag body as compared with the conventional one in which most of the vertical seal portion except the horizontally sealed upper and lower ends return to the original state before folding. Instead, the appearance is improved and the product value can be significantly improved.

2. By sandwiching at least the portion of the tubular web corresponding to the bottom of the bag body between the heater surfaces of the horizontal sealing machine that are inclined in an oblique direction intersecting the hanging direction of the tubular web, at least at the bottom of the bag body. It bends in an oblique direction from the base end of the corresponding part and laterally seals while holding the tip close to one of the front and back surfaces of the bag body. Attached.

Therefore, as compared with the conventional one in which the horizontal seal portions located at the upper and lower ends of the bag body respectively project in the axial direction of the tubular web, the vertical seal portions having a crease in the boxing of the corrugated cardboard or the like resist the resistance. Without packing, it can be packed in a box without bending, which makes it possible to make the packing size compact and reduce the transportation cost.In particular, even if the wrapped article is easily damaged such as potato chips, the load is not applied when packing. It does not affect the packaged items and can completely prevent breakage, and especially when the bag is leaning and displayed, the horizontal seal part at the bottom in particular bends to either the front side or the back side of the bag, respectively. The appearance is good and the product value is improved.

3. With the pair of opposite side surfaces of the tube-shaped web folded inward by the operation of the folding piece, between the heater surfaces of the horizontal sealing machine inclined in an oblique direction intersecting the hanging direction of the tube-shaped web, By holding at least a portion of the tubular web corresponding to the bottom of the bag, the tubular web is bent obliquely from the base end of the portion corresponding to the bottom of the bag and the tip is held so as to approach the bottom of the bag. However, since it is laterally sealed, it is possible to fabricate a bag of a gusset square bottom type that can stand on its own while shortening the feeding stop time of the web.

Therefore, as compared with the conventional one in which the feeding of the web cannot be started until the folding step and the cooling step are completed after the horizontal sealing, the operation can be performed at a high speed and the operation efficiency is improved, and the workability in the box packing is good. It also improves the aesthetics when displayed.

4. With the pair of opposite side surfaces of the tubular web folded inward, at least a portion of the tubular web corresponding to the bottom of the bag is oriented in the direction orthogonal to the folding direction with the axial direction of the tubular web. By laterally sealing while holding in a diagonal direction intersecting with each other, at least the lateral seal portion on the bottom side of the bag body has a crease, and the lateral seal portion having the crease is completely bent by the weight of the wrapped article. Therefore, even if there is no material having a heat-sealing property on the outer surface of the tubular web, a self-standing gusset square bottom can be produced only by laterally sealing.

Therefore, not only a material having a heat-sealing property is required not only on the inner surface but also on the outer surface of the tubular web, and the cost can be reduced as compared with the conventional one in which bending and cooling of the lateral seal portion are required.
