(Prior Art) The inventors of the present invention have proposed Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-3704 (filed in August 1974).
(March 14th), we proposed a non-combustible inorganic decorative board which was made non-combustible by simultaneously applying a layer of surface decorative layer and embossing on the inorganic substrate layer. This inorganic decorative board comprises a surface decorative layer (specifically, a resin shielding layer and a surface resin layer thereabove, on an inorganic substrate layer composed mainly of aluminum hydroxide and containing a thermosetting resin). Non-flammable, which is obtained by laminating the surface resin layer itself or consisting of the pattern surface provided on the above-mentioned shielding layer), heat and pressure integrally at the same time when molding the embossed groove, and molding and curing. , Its excellent moldability and excellent appearance due to deep embossing have been well received, and it has come to be widely used as a decorative sheet for interior and exterior construction.

The non-combustible inorganic decorative plate according to the prior application is preferably adopted as the above-mentioned inorganic decorative plate 1, but other decorative plates are also excluded as long as the inorganic base layer 11 and the surface decorative layer 12 are laminated and integrated. Instead of this, for example, a paper or synthetic resin film in which a synthetic resin separately prepared in an inorganic material is impregnated may be laminated and integrated with an adhesive or the like to form an inorganic base layer and a surface decorative layer, respectively. The surface decorative layer 12 is an inorganic base layer.
In the case of stacking and integration with 11, the rear surface is covered with a dedicated mold K, K having a curved side peripheral portion as shown in FIG. 7, so that the side end portion wraps the side end surface 111 of the inorganic base layer 11. The curved portion is formed so as to face the portion. The side curve forming portion 121 of this surface decorative layer 12
Is preferably at least 1/3 or more of the total thickness of the decorative plate 1. If it is less than 1/3, the intended effect of the present invention is difficult to obtain. As described above, the surface decorative layer 12 is formed on the surface portion and the side end surface of the inorganic base layer 11, but is not formed on the back surface portion of the base layer 11. Since the back surface of the base layer 11 faces the surface to be finished, not only the surface decorative layer is not required, but also the backing layer is used for reinforcement.

The side edge curve forming portion 121 of the surface decorative layer 12 reaches about 1/2 of the thickness of the inorganic decorative plate 1 in the illustrated example, and the side end surface of the inorganic base layer 11 is exposed in the lower half thereof. It is not excluded that the side edge curved formation portions 121 are formed on both side end surfaces of the inorganic decorative board 1 and also formed on four sides. The caulking agent as the joint material 2 is formed in the side end curve forming portion 12 in the gap between the inorganic decorative boards 1 and 1 additionally provided.
It is filled closely with 1,121. Therefore, the side end faces 111, 111 of the inorganic base layers 11, 11 exposed in the lower half are hidden by this. Since the end face of the inorganic decorative board 1 is occupied by the side end curve forming portion 121 with a width of about 1/2 of the surface, the side end face 111 of the inorganic base layer 11 is exposed even if the filling amount of the caulking agent is small. Without the need for skillful finishing, the joint finish is beautiful and simple.

(Example-5) The example shown in FIG. 5 shows an example in which the inorganic decorative boards 1 are closely attached to each other without a joint material. In the illustrated example, vinyl acetate or a rubber adhesive 4 is applied to a surface W to be finished such as concrete in a thickness of 3 to 5 mm, and the same inorganic decorative board 1 as in FIG. The layers 12 are fixed and integrated on the adhesive 4 so that they are in close contact with each other. In this case, since the side edge curve forming portions 121, 121 of the surface decorative layers 12, 12 of the adjacent decorative plates 1, 1 are in close contact with each other,
The side end faces 111, 111 of the base layers 11, 11 are not visible. In this case, even if a slight gap is generated between the adjacent decorative plates 1 or 1, or even if a slight step is generated between the adjacent decorative plates 1 or 1 due to the small unevenness of the surface W to be finished, the side edge curve is generated. Since the forming portions 121, 121 are formed so as to surround the end faces of the base layers 11, 11, the side end faces 111, 111 are not visible. Further, by applying the adhesive 4 thickly, the surface of the inorganic decorative board 1 can be made flush even if the concrete surface W to be finished has small irregularities.
Also waterproof. When more complete waterproofness is required, it is desirable to lay a waterproof sheet (not shown) or the like on the surface W to be finished and then perform the above attachment.
