Since the above inorganic plate base material is hard, it is not easy to perform cutting work such as grooving, and the blade is worn out so that production control is difficult, and dust generated during cutting work. Since it is an inorganic powder with a large specific gravity, it was difficult to collect dust and the working environment deteriorated.

When the base material is a calcium asbestos silicate board, a slate board, a fiber-containing slag cement board, or the like, since these have an alkaline component, an interior with a wood decorative veneer adhered thereto is used. In the wood, after the production, the alkaline component of the inorganic board migrates to the surface due to moisture absorption and water absorption, so that the wood decorative veneer discolors to blue or black and the appearance of the interior decorative material is impaired. In order to prevent this, an epoxy resin layer or a urethane resin layer is provided on the surface of the inorganic plate, but when the amount of the synthetic resin applied is small,
Alkali components cannot be prevented from migrating and alkali contamination occurs. On the contrary, when the amount of application is large, there is a problem that the ordinary adhesive has poor adhesion to the wood decorative veneer. Moreover, since the wood-made decorative veneer on the surface is thin and the inorganic plate under the veneer has a poor moisture absorption / release property, dew condensation may occur on the surface of the decorative veneer to cause mold.

[0006] When the base material is gypsum board, if the wood decorative veneer is attached by the cold pressure method, the productivity is poor because the cold pressure time is long. Therefore, if a hot pressing method with a short pressing time is adopted, the wood decorative veneer and the adhesive contract due to the hot pressing. At this time, if the interlayer strength of the cardboard on the surface of the gypsum board is weak, delamination may occur. Also, as shown in FIG.
The gypsum board (40) is usually covered with thick paper (41) (42), but when the gypsum board (40) is cut or grooved, the thick paper (41) is cut between layers at the cut points. When peeled off, the wooden decorative veneer (44) is turned up above the delaminated portion (43), impairing the beauty of the decorative interior material. The same phenomenon occurs when the decorative interior material is grooved from the wood decorative veneer side. In addition, (45) in the figure shows the turned-up portion of the wooden decorative veneer (44).

When the base material is made of a slate plate, the slate plate is hard, so that it is difficult to form the joint portion such as actual processing, and since the joint portion is brittle, reinforcement such as resin impregnation is required. The formation was very troublesome.

The flame-retardant medium-quality fiberboard can be obtained by coating the medium-quality fiberboard with a flame-retardant agent by a known method such as dipping, dipping or injection under reduced pressure. Further, the flame-retardant medium-quality fiberboard may also be formed by immersing the medium-quality fiberboard in a cation-containing aqueous solution and then immersing it in an aqueous solution such as ammonium phosphate or boric acid to form an insoluble inorganic substance inside the medium-fiberboard. In addition to that, after adhering the flame retardant and the above-mentioned insoluble inorganic substances to the surface of the wood fiber which is the raw material of the medium-quality fiberboard,
It can also be obtained by adding an adhesive and molding. Specific examples of the flame retardant include ammonium phosphate, boric acid,
Ammonium borate, ammonium polyphosphate, ammonium bromide, reaction product of ammonium polyphosphate with formaldehyde and dicyandiamide, guanylurea phosphate,
Sodium silicate, guanidine phosphate, amidophosphazene compound, phosphoric amide compound, guanidine sulfamate, carbamate phosphate compound, cation-containing aqueous solution containing calcium, barium, magnesium, zinc, etc., aqueous solution of ammonium phosphate, boric acid, etc. Can be raised.

The decorative interior material of the present invention in which a decorative layer is provided on the surface of the base material comprises a flame-retardant medium-quality fiberboard and an inorganic board adhered to the lower surface of the board. Since the flame-retardant medium fiber board is below the layer, when the grooved processing is applied from the surface of the decorative interior material, the blade reaches the problematic inorganic board, and the inorganic board contains alkaline components. Even if it is contained, since the flame-retardant medium fiber board is present between the inorganic board and the decorative layer, the transfer of the alkaline component to the decorative layer side is delayed. In addition, since the medium-quality fiberboard under the decorative layer is a wood-based material, it has better moisture absorption and release properties than the inorganic board, and when the decorative layer is a wooden decorative veneer and the inorganic board is a gypsum board, a decorative interior material. The wood-made decorative veneer does not turn up even if it is cut or grooved, and the flame-retardant medium-quality decorative veneer has a smooth surface, so that the makeup finish is also good. In plywood and veneer laminated materials, the backing of the surface veneer expands due to repeated absorption and desorption of moisture, which affects the decorative layer on the surface.
Although the decorative layer is cracked, the intermediate fiberboard is made of wood fibers which are almost uniform in its entirety. Therefore, the decorative layer is not cracked even if moisture absorption and desorption are repeated. In addition, the intermediate fiber board is much easier to process for joining on the end faces than the inorganic board. Since the medium fiberboard is flame-retardant and is on the upper surface of the inorganic board, it is fireproof.

In the above decorative interior material, a moisture / water barrier layer is further provided between at least one of the flame-retardant medium fiber board and the inorganic sheet, the upper surface of the flame-retardant medium fiber board and the lower surface of the inorganic sheet. If provided, even if the inorganic plate contains an alkaline component, this does not reach the decorative layer.

The interior decorative material of the present invention has the following effects. I. When grooving is applied from the surface of the decorative interior material, the blade reaches not the problematic inorganic plate, but the medium-quality fiberboard with excellent machinability, which facilitates grooving and cutting. Since the consumption of the cutting tool is much smaller than that of processing on an inorganic plate, and the dust produced by cutting is a wood material that is lighter than the inorganic material, the dust collection property is improved and the working environment is improved.

C. Since there is a medium-quality wooden board between the inorganic board and the decorative layer, the migration of the alkaline component in the inorganic board to the decorative layer side is delayed, and alkali contamination is suppressed. In particular, when a moisture / moisture barrier layer is provided between at least one of the flame-retardant medium fiber board and the inorganic sheet, and the upper surface of the flame-retardant medium fiber board and the lower surface of the inorganic sheet, the above transition occurs. It is blocked and does not cause alkali pollution.
