シリンダライナに関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a cylinder liner applied to an engine, a reciprocating compressor or the like.
従来技術を第3図乃至第6図について説明する。 A conventional technique will be described with reference to FIGS.

In addition, the piston 06 is equipped with several piston rings 07, 08, 09. Since the piston rings 07, 08, and 09 slide in contact with the surface of the cylinder liner 05, lubricating oil is supplied in order to prevent seizure and reduce wear.

An oil film is formed on the surface of the piston and adheres to the surface of the topland 06a of the piston 06. The lubricating oil 011 attached to the topland 06a changes into a hard sludge 012 as shown in FIG. 5 while being exposed to the high temperature fluid in the cylinder liner 05. When the amount of the sludge 012 accumulated increases and the thickness increases, when the piston 06 has an inclination of θ (θ> 0) with respect to the cylinder liner 05 as shown in FIG. 6, the sludge 012 moves to the cylinder liner 05. , And the lubricating oil film 011 on the surface of the cylinder liner 05 is scraped up in the rising stroke of the piston 06.

The position where the block 1 is attached is preferably right above the TDC position of the topland, and the block 1 is arranged on the entire inner surface of the cylinder liner 5.

Therefore, the scraping of the lubricating oil due to the sludge of the topland is prevented, and the increase of the lubricating oil consumption can be suppressed.
