[Brief description of drawings]
FIG. 1a is a side view of a drive strip having a bend fixed to a support tube.
FIG. 1b shows a drive strip having a curved portion different from that of FIG. 1a fixed to a support tube.
FIG.
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a drive device arranged in a cargo storage device and combined with a support pipe.
FIG. 7 is a side view of a drive strip that has been removed.
FIG. 3 shows a drive for a two-speed haulage speed and an additional drive train guided in parallel.
With support tube with lip
It is a schematic front view.
FIG. 4 is a schematic side view of the unit shown in FIG.
[Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention]
Referring now to the drawings, two embodiments of the present invention of an engagement drive device and a two-speed carrying speed
The advantageous configuration of will be described in detail.
The basic idea of the invention is based on the drive strip 1 shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b.
Obviously, the drive strips are the two normally existing supports of the freight elevator.
It is fixedly arranged in one of the holding tubes 12. The drive device described below is
Floors, especially for the physically handicapped, which can usually be added to the stairs halls of the residence at a later date
Suitable for step elevators. The problem that generally arises in this case is such stair climbing.
By adapting the landing gear to different slopes and radii of curvature of the stair guide mechanism.
It The drive strip 1 of the present invention is made of a relatively thick decorative steel plate,
Along the one edge (hereinafter referred to as the outer edge 2), a constant interval A is set at the same pitch.
It has a plurality of U-shaped recessed portions 4 arranged. Both side wall surfaces of the U-shaped recess 4 are
It is parallel in the outer region and transitions to a cylindrical half-shell shell curved surface in the base wall region.
There is. A hole 6 is formed at the midpoint of each web 5 remaining between the U-shaped recesses 4.
The diameter of the holes is in the order of about 1/3 of the web length.
An edge facing the outer edge 2 of the beautiful steel plate (hereinafter,
A plurality of cuts 1 in the hole 6 towards the midpoint, at right angles to the inner edge 8).
By providing 0, the drive strip 1 will have a flat, wide flat surface of the strip.
It can be curved with a wide range of radii of curvature in the plane. The notch 10 is a support tube
The drive strip must be curved in order for the drive strip to make good contact with 12.
As a matter of course, it is provided only in the required area. Shown in Figure 1b
When the drive strip 1 is curved concavely as described above, the notch 10 is
As shown in the figure, it expands toward the inner edge 8. Hence the cut 1
0 represents the drive strip 1 which needs to be convexly curved as shown in FIG. 1a.
In the region, it is necessary to form the V shape sufficiently before bending.
It After bending, the drive strip 1 is fixed to the support tube 12 by welding.
It is advantageous.
In FIG. 1a, the cargo storage device is driven by a motor driven drive vehicle 14.
The embodiment shown is schematically illustrated. The drive vehicles are, for example, spaced from each other
It can consist of two circular discs 16 which are
A plurality of, for example, six rotatably rotatably supported rollers 18 are arranged along the stitch circle.
It is arranged by taking A. The roller 18 is provided on both side walls of the U-shaped concave portion which are parallel to each other
It has an outer diameter adapted to the spacing. The drive wheel 14 is mounted outside the drive strip 1.
From the edge 2 at least one roller 18 is engaged in one of the U-shaped recesses 4.
It is axially supported with such an interval. In the situation shown in Figure 1a, exactly two rollers
Are equally engaged in two adjacent U-shaped recesses. Drive car 14
When is rotated clockwise, drive wheel 14 moves drive strip 1 in the direction of arrow 20.
Move upwards along.
2 to 4 show the driving principle described in connection with FIGS. 1a and 1b.
An embodiment is shown in which the cargo storage device is a support pipe for a stair lift.
2nd speed along 12 and 13, for example relatively fast along straight track
It is possible to move in degrees and at relatively low speeds in curved orbital regions.
The cargo storage device (FIG. 2) includes an upper frame portion 22 and a lower frame portion 23.
And a vertical support girder 24 connecting the upper and lower frame parts.
And at least two roller guide mechanisms 26 provide two upper and lower support tubes 12,
Guided along 13. The lower support tubes 12 are arranged in parallel with each other.
Drive strips, both drive strips have a short overlap
Area 27 overlaps, and the straight track section is a curve in the overlap area.
It is moving to the orbital range. As can be seen from FIG. 3, a small size (with six rollers 18
Drive wheel 14 cooperates with drive strip 1, which is shown in FIG.
While it is directly fixed to the lower support pipe 12 as described above, the large drive wheel 15
Is a second drive member fixed on a holding web 28 bent laterally of the lower support tube 12.
Cooperates with the moving strip 30. The drive wheels 14 and 15 are shown in FIG.
Overlap section that converts engagement from lip 1 into engagement with drive strip 30
Area 27 is shown. Both drive wheels 14 and 15 are fixed to one drive shaft 32.
The drive shaft is connected to a transmission 35 of a motor 36 via a chain transmission 34.
There is.
The drive strip configuration is simple as can be readily seen from the schematic side view of FIG.
It can be implemented in variants. Operate the drive unit without trouble and noise.
The critical point for rolling is that the pitch of the interval A is as shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b.
The pitch of the roller shaft support of the drive wheel 14 in accordance with the pitch by accurately maintaining the switch.
It is to set. Rectangular instead of drive strips 1 and 30 (FIGS. 2-4)
It is also possible to use body-shaped blocks 38, 39, but the blocks are
Are orientated extremely accurately, and each is placed on the support tube 12 or the support stroke at a constant pitch.
It must be placed directly on the lip 31.
