Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.犠牲陽極をガルヴァーニ電池により鉄筋に接続して、コンクリートにおけ る鉄筋を陰極として防蝕する方法であって、陽極が電解質溶液に接触しており、 その電解質溶液は、陽極に腐蝕を起こさせ、陽極上に不動態皮膜を形成させない ようにするのに充分な高いpHを維持していることを特徴とする、鉄筋コンクリ ートの陰極防蝕方法。 2.電解質溶液のpHが、陽極の不動態が起こるpH値よりも、少なくとも0 .2ユニット高いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.電解質溶液のpHが、陽極の不動態が起こるpH値よりも、0.5ユニッ トから1.0ユニット以上まで高いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.陽極が亜鉛又は亜鉛合金であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3の何 れか1つに記載する方法。 5.電解質溶液のpHが13.3より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項4に記 載の方法。 6.電解質溶液のpHが14.0よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項4に 記載の方法。 7.陽極がアルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、カドミウム、カドミウム合金、 マグネシウム又はマグネシウム合金であることを特徴とする、請求項1−3の何 れか1つに記載の方法。 8.電解液が水酸化ナトリウム又は水酸化カリウムであることを特徴とする、 請求項1−7の何れか1つに記載の方法。 9.陽極がまたアルカリ・シリカ反応抑制剤と接触していることを特徴とする 、請求項1−8の何れか1つに記載の方法。 10.電解質とアルカリ・シリカ反応抑制剤とが水酸化リチウムであることを特 徴とする、請求項9の方法。 11.1個又は2個以上の犠牲陽極を鉄筋に接続し、電解質溶液を含んだ材料を 陰極の周りに投入し、コンクリートを電解質を含んだ材料の周りに打設すること を特徴とする、請求項1−10の何れか1つに記載の方法。 12.1個又は2個以上の犠牲陽極を硬化した鉄筋コンクリート塊の穴内に挿入 して鉄筋に接続し、その後電解質を含んだ材料で包囲することを特徴とする、請 求項1−10の何れか1つに記載の方法。 13.電解質を含んだ材料が非セメント系材料であることを特徴とする、請求項 11又は12に記載の方法。 14.電解質を含んでいる材料がセメント系材料であることを特徴とする、請求 項11又は12に記載の方法。 15.上記方法を鉄筋コンクリートの修理中に行い、1個又は2個以上の犠牲陽 極が鉄筋に接続されている修理場所へ電解質と修理材料とを付設することを特徴 とする、請求項1−10の何れか1つに記載の方法。 16.陽極の接触している部分が、残余の修理材料と比較して異なったpHを持 っていることを特徴とする、請求項14又は15に記載の方法。 17.請求項1に記載の方法によりコンクリート中の鉄筋を陰極として防蝕する のに用いられるユニットであって、電解質を含んだ材料と接触している犠牲陽極 を含んでおり、陽極がガルヴァーニ電池によ って鉄筋に接続されるときに、上記電解質が溶液中で陽極に腐蝕を起こさせ、陽 極上に不動態皮膜を形成させないようにするのに充分な高いpHを持っているこ とを特徴とする、ユニット。 18.犠牲陽極が上記材料中に少なくとも一部を包囲されていることを特徴とす る、請求項17に記載のユニット。 19.陽極に接触する上記材料のほんの一部が、電解質を含んでいることを特徴 とする、請求項17又は18に記載のユニット。 20.陽極が亜鉛又は亜鉛合金であることを特徴とする、請求項17−19の何 れか1つに記載のユニット。 21.陽極がアルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、カドミウム、カドミウム合金、 マグネシウム又はマグネシウム合金であることを特徴とする、請求項17−19 の何れか1つに記載のユニット。 22.電解質が水酸化ナトリウム又は水酸化カリウムであることを特徴とする、 請求項17−21の何れか1つに記載のユニット。 23.上記材料の少なくとも1部分が、1種又は2種以上のアルカリ・シリカ反 応抑制剤を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項17−21の何れか1つに記載 のユニット。 24.電解質とアルカリ・シリカ反応抑制剤が水酸化リチウムであることを特徴 とする、請求項23に記載のユニット。 25.陽極が、電解質を含んだコンクリート又はモルタルの成形されたブロック 中に封入されており、また陽極が使用中鉄筋に接続するためのコネクターを備え ていることを特徴とする、請求項17−24の何れか1つに記載のユニット。 26.陽極と、電解質を含んだ材料とがバッグ又はソックス中に入れられている ことを特徴とする、請求項1−24の何れか1つに記載の ユニット。 27.ユニットが1個以上の陽極を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項17− 26の何れか1つに記載のユニット。 28.請求項1−26の何れか1つに記載の方法によって、鉄筋が陰極として防 蝕されていることを特徴とする、鉄筋コンクリート製品。
