Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.陰イオン性染料固定剤で後処理することにより陰イオン性染料で染色され たポリアミド繊維を含む繊維製品の洗濯耐性を増加させる方法において、 該固定剤に対する溶媒媒質の液浴に該製品を浸漬し、この際該溶媒媒質は水性 溶媒媒質および実質的に非水性溶媒媒質から成る群から選ばれ; 該浴および該浴中の該製品をポリアミド重合体から成る該繊維の染色転移温度 に少なくとも等しい温度に加熱し、 該固定剤を該浴に濃厚液として加え、この工程において加えるべき全固定剤の 少なくとも約33%を該浴および該製品が該染色転移温度に少なくとも等しい温 度にある間に加え、 該固定剤を加える際該浴を撹拌して該濃厚液を該浴の中に混入して該固定剤の 希薄溶液をつくり、該製品に対して固定剤の該希薄溶液の流れをつくって該固定 剤を該製品の方へ輸送し、さらに該撹拌により平均的に見て該固定剤が実質的に 均一に該製品の方へ輸送されるようにし、 該固定剤は該製品の重量に関し毎分約0.0005〜約0.5%の割合で浴に 添加されるようにすることを特徴とする方法。 2.該固定剤は、ポリアミド重合体の含窒素基と結合し得る陰イオン性の基を 有し、染料が処理された繊維から拡散することを減少させる表面層をつくる低分 子量重合体から成る群から選ばれる請求項1記載の方法。 3.該固定剤はスルフォン化されたナフトール−フォルムアルデヒド縮合生成 物;スルフォン化されたフェノール−フォルムアルデヒド縮合生成物;メタクリ ル酸またはそのアルカリ金属塩および原子数が2〜2 0でエチレン型不飽和結合をもった1個またはそれ以上の単量体の最高70重量 %から成る重合体;マレイン酸またはフマル酸またはそのアルカリ金属塩および 原子数が2〜20でエチレン型不飽和結合をもった芳香族単量体の最高70重量 %から成る重合体;スルフォン化された芳香族フォルムアルデヒド縮合生成物の 存在下において重合させられたα置換アクリル酸またはそのエステルの重合体; α置換アクリル酸またはアクリル酸のスルフォン化されたヒドロキシ芳香族エス テルの重合体;およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする 請求項1記載の方法。 4.該固定剤はスルフォン化されたナフトール−フォルムアルデヒド縮合生成 物;スルフォン化されたフェノール−フォルムアルデヒド縮合生成物;およびこ れらの混合物から成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 5.該工程で加えるべき固定剤の少なくとも約50%を、該浴および該製品が 該染色転移温度に少なくとも等しい温度にある間に加えることを特徴とする請求 項1記載の方法。 6.該ポリアミド重合体は脂肪族ポリアミドの均質重合体および共重合体から 成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 7.該脂肪族ポリアミドは少なくとも1個のポリ(ヘキサメチレンアジパミド )単位またはポリ(ε−カプロアミド)単位を約60重量%以上含む脂肪族ポリ アミドから成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。 8.陰イオン性染料固定剤で後処理することにより陰イオン性染料で染色され たポリアミド繊維を含む繊維製品の洗濯耐性を増加させる方法 において、 該固定剤に対する溶媒の液浴に該製品を浸漬し、この際該溶媒は水性溶媒およ び少なくとも約10容量%の水と混合し得るアルコールを含む実質的に非水性の 溶媒から成る群から選ばれ; 該浴および該浴中の該製品をポリアミド重合体から成る該繊維の染色転移温度 に少なくとも等しい温度に加熱し、 該固定剤を該浴に濃厚液として加え、この工程において加えるべき全固定剤の 少なくとも約33%を該浴および該製品が該染色転移温度に少なくとも等しい温 度にある間に加え、 該固定剤を加える際該浴を撹拌し該濃厚液を該浴の中に混入して該固定剤の希 薄溶液をつくり、該製品に対して固定剤の該希薄溶液の流れをつくって該固定剤 を該製品の方へ輸送し、さらに該撹拌により平均的に見て該固定剤が実質的に均 一に該製品の方へ輸送されるようにし、 該撹拌が反復的な機械サイクルを与えるような染色機中で工程を行い、 1回の機械的サイクルにおいて該固定剤を該工程で加えるべき全固定剤の約0 .04〜約7%の割合で浴に添加するようにすることを特徴とする方法。 9.1回の機械的サイクルにおいて該固定剤を該工程で加えるべき全固定剤の 約0.5〜約3%の割合で浴に添加するように染料固定剤の添加速度を調節する ことを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
