Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも、Y軸方向に可動な装置に固定された第1強磁性体部分(10) と、弱磁性材から形成され少なくとも1つの電気コイル(15)を含む第2固定 ステータ部分(1、2、3)とを含む単相電磁アクチュエータであって、前記ア クチュエータが、横断方向に磁化された薄型磁石(16)を含み、固定ステータ 部分と可動強磁性体部分(10)とによって両者の間に、可動装置(10)の移 動軸Yに対し垂直な面を中心として対称に配置され、永久磁石(16)の中央を 通過する、少なくとも2つの磁極間隙(13、14)が規定され、前記可動強磁 性体部分(10)の長さがほぼ前記永久磁石(16)の長さに等しく、前記永久 磁石(16)が、前記電気コイル(15)と同軸な薄型管状部材で形成されるこ とを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 2.前記磁極間隙(13、14)が、Y軸に対し0から90°、好ましくは45 °程度の角度を形成することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の単相電磁ア クチュエータ。 3.固定ステータ部分が、円錐形表面を有する中央部によって延長される環状前 面部を有する、弱磁性材で形成された2つの 円筒形部材から成ること、ならびに前記可動強磁性部分(10)が、前記固定ス テータ部分の円錐形表面を補完する円錐表面を前端に有する。弱磁性材で形成さ れた管状部材から成ること、ならびに磁石(16)が径方向に磁化された管状部 材から成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の単相電磁ア クチュエータ。 4.前記コイル(15)が、前記固定ステータ部分内に設けられた円筒形空隙内 に収納されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載の単相電磁アクチュエー タ。 5.横断面を中心に対称に配設され、固定ステータ部分内に設けられた円筒形空 隙内に収納された2つの環状コイル(15)を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲 第3項または第4項に記載の単相電磁アクチュエータ。 6.Y軸方向を向いた復元力を可動装置(10)の各端部に及ぼす2つのばねを 含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第5項のいずれか一項に記載の単相 電磁アクチュエータ。 7.第1可動強磁性体部分(10)と同軸な第2可動強磁性体部分(10、40 )を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第6項のいずれか一項に記載の 単相電磁アクチュエータ。 8.前記磁石(16)が固定していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第 7項のいずれか一項に記載の単相電磁アクチュエータ。 9.前記磁石(16)が、およそ120°の扇形を形成する3つのタイル形磁石 (51〜53)から成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれ か一項に記載の単相電磁アクチュエータ。 10.前記磁石(16)が、直径上に等間隔で配置された一連の磁化扇形から成 ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれか一項に記載の単相電 磁アクチュエータ。
