Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 以下の構成を有する調整装置、即ち、 −ユニット(1)のケーシング部材(13、14)中で調整可能に配置される シャフト部材(12)と、 −付勢ユニット(33)により保持され固定子取付け部材(23)中に配置さ れる2つの丸い半月形の固定子部分部材(21.1、21.2)で構成され、そ の間に隙間凹部(21”)を備えて構成される固定子部材(21)を含む回転角 センサ(2)の固定部構造(20)と、 −前記シャフト部材(12)と結合する磁石取付けユニット(26、27)に より保持されるリング状の磁石部材(24)からなり、前記固定部ユニット(2 0)に対して可動の、回転角センサー(2)の回転構造(20’)とを有し、 −その結果、前記磁石部材(24)はエアギャップ(25)の存在下で固定子 部分部材(21.1、21.2)のまわりを運動可能である。 2. 固定子部分部材(21.1、21.2)が、少なくとも1つの45°に傾 く斜角面(21.1.1、21.1.2、21.2.1、21.2.2)と少な くとも1つの支持凹部(33.1’、33.2’、 33.3’、33.4’)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 3. 付勢ユニット(33)が実質的に円形の付勢プレート(33.0)と固定 子部分部材(21.1、21.2)ごとに少なくとも1つの付勢ピン部材(33 .1、33.2、33.3、33.4)から構成され、その際付勢プレート(3 3.0)は固定子部材(21)に載置され、前記固定子部分部材(21.1、2 1.2)のピン凹部(33.1’、33.2’、33.3’、33.4’)に差 し込まれる付勢ピン部材(33.1、33.2、33.3、33.4)によって 、固定子取付け部材(23)の底部分(23”)に固定されていることを特徴と する請求項1または2に記載の装置。 4. 付勢プレート(33.0)と底部分(23”)への連結部を有する付勢ピ ン部材(33.1、33.2、33.3、33.4)は、熱可塑性樹脂から好ま しくは射出成形により製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項 に記載の装置。 5. 固定子部分部材(21.1、21.2)間の隙間凹部(21.2’)中に 電磁気部品、例えばホール素子(22)が配置され、その際好ましくは前記隙間 凹部(21.2’)中に充填剤が挿入され、その中で前 記電磁気部品が保持されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載 の装置。 6. 磁石取付けユニットが、シリンダー形の磁石取付け部材(26)と、シャ フト部材(12)と結合したスペーサー部材(27)とから構成されていること を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 7. リング状に形成される磁石部材(24)が、磁石取付け部材(26)内に 導入可能、固定可能になるよう実質的に筒状の形を備えることを特徴とする請求 項6に記載の装置。 8. 固定子取付け部材(23)中で、隙間凹部(21”)の対向する側に中央 凹部(21’)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項 に記載の装置。 9. 固定子取付け部材(23)のところに配置される差込み板(60)が、回 路ユニット(30)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいず れか1項に記載の装置。 10.−スロットルバルブユニット(1)として形成されたユニットのケーシン グ部材が少なくとも2つの別々の部分ケーシング(13、14、41、42)に 区分され、 −スロットルバルブ部材(11)とこれに結合するシャフト部材として形成され るスロットルバルブシャフト部材(12)とを、第1のケーシングとしてのスロ ットルバルブケーシング部材(13)が囲み、ここからスロットルバルブシャフ ト部材(12)が突き出ていて、 −固定子取付け部材(23)中で保持される、回転角センサー(2)に属する部 分である固定子部材(21)、磁石取付け部材(26)とこれに連結しているス ペーサー部材(27)により保持されるリング状の磁石部材(24)、伝動ユニ ット(46)、回路ユニット(44)、モーターユニット(45)が少なくとも 1つの他の部分ケーシング(14、41、42)中に格納されていて、 −少なくとも回転角センサー(2)と伝動ユニット(46)を包含する第2の部 分ケーシング(14、41)では、スロットルバルブケーシング部材(13)上 でこれから突き出るスロットルバルブシャフト部材(12)が伝動ユニット(4 6)と回転角センサー(2)のスペーサー部材(27)に係合し、動力伝達可能 に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 11.回転角センサー(2)、伝動ユニット(46)、回路ユニット(44)、 モーターユニット(45)が、第2の部分ケーシングとしてのアクチュエーター ケーシング部材(44)に囲まれる1つのスロットルバルブ調整装置に組み立て られていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 12.−回転角センサー(2)、伝動ユニット(46)、モーターユニット(4 5)が、第2の部分ケーシングとしての調整装置ケーシング部材(41)により 囲まれ、 −回路ユニット(44)が第3の部分ケーシングとしての電子機器ケーシング 部材(42)により囲まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に 記載の装置。 13.−スロットルバルブケーシング部材(13)とアクチュエーターケーシン グ部材(14)あるいは −スロットルバルブケーシング部材(3)、調整装置部材(41)、場合によ っては電子機器ケーシング部材(42)が差し込み及び/又は挟み込み手段によ り互いに結合することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置 。 14.固定子取付け部材は、一方の側が開いた筒状形の 容器部材(23)として形成され、シリンダー壁(23’)を持つ開いた側でケ ーシング部材(13)あるいは伝動ケーシング部材(43)と結合することを特 徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 15.中央凹部(21’)を備えた容器部材(23)、アクチュエーターケーシ ング部材(14)、調整装置ケーシング部材(41)、電子機器ケーシング部材 (42)が、成形可能な材料、例えば合成樹脂、特に非常に固く温度変化に強い 合成樹脂および/または導電性のある熱可塑性樹脂から製造されることを特徴と する請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 16. アクチュエーターケーシング部材(23)、調整装置ケーシング部材( 41)、電子機器ケーシング部材(42)が、メカトロ的案内・取付け開口部( 23’)に一体的に、導電性熱可塑性樹脂により成形されることを特徴とする請 求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 17.導電性熱可塑性樹脂が、鋼繊維含有率1〜10重量%の導電性のある長繊 維グラニュールであることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の 装置。
