Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 試料成分の電気泳動分離のための毛細管カラムであって、 内面を有するある長さのチューブを備え、前記内面は相互結合される高分 子コーティングを有し、この相互結合される高分子コーティングは、前記内面に 共有結合される疎水性の高分子官能基と、この疎水性の高分子官能基と共重合さ れる親水性ポリマーとを備える、毛細管カラム。 2 前記チューブはシリカで作られ、前記疎水性の高分子官能基はSi−O− Si結合によって前記内面に共有結合されている、請求項1に記載の毛細管カラ ム。 3 前記疎水性の高分子官能基はポリブタジエンである、請求項1に記載の毛 細管カラム。 4 前記親水性ポリマーはポリアクリルアミドである、請求項1に記載の毛細 管カラム。 5 前記ポリアクリルアミドは架橋されている、請求項4に記載の毛細管カラ ム。 6 試料成分の電気泳動分離のための毛細管カラムであって、 内面を有するある長さのチューブを備え、前記内面は相互結合される高分 子コーティングを有し、この相互結合される高分子コーティングは、前記内面に 共有結合されるポリブタジエン官能基 と、このポリブタジエン官能基と共重合されるポリアクリルアミドとを備える、 毛細管カラム。 7 前記チューブはシリカで作られ、前記ポリブタジエン官能基はSi−O− Si結合によって前記内面に共有結合されている、請求項6に記載の毛細管カラ ム。 8 前記ポリブタジエン官能基は、ポリブタジエニルトリエソキシシランを前 記シリカのSi−OHと反応させることによって前記内面に共有結合されている 、請求項7に記載の毛細管カラム。 9 前記ポリアクリルアミドは架橋されている、請求項6に記載の毛細管カラ ム。 10 毛細管カラムを準備する方法であって、 内面とこの内面上のSi−OH官能基とを有するある長さのシリカチュー ブを供給すること、 疎水性の高分子官能基を有するSi−OH反応コンパウンドを前記Si− OH官能基と反応させること、 親水性モノマーを前記疎水性の高分子官能基と接触させて重合させ、これ によって親水性ポリマーと疎水性ポリマーとの相互結合する高分子網目を形成す ることを含む、毛細管カラムを準備する方法。 11 前記Si−OH反応コンパウンドはポリブタジエニルトリエソキシシラン である、請求項10に記載の毛細管カラムを準備する 方法。 12 前記親水性モノマーはアクリルアミドである、請求項10に記載の毛細管 カラムを準備する方法。 13 前記親水性ポリマーを架橋することを含む、請求項10に記載の毛細管カ ラムを準備する方法。 14 N,N’−メチレン−ビス−アクリルアミドの存在において前記アクリル アミドを重合し、これによって架橋ポリアクリルアミドを形成ることを含む、請 求項12に記載の毛細管カラムを準備する方法。 15 前記重合されたアクリルアミドをホルムアルデヒドと接触させ、これによ って架橋ポリアクリルアミドを形成することを含む、請求項12に記載の毛細管 カラムを準備する方法。 16 毛細管電気泳動によって試料成分の試料組成を分析する方法であって、 毛細管電気泳動カラムを供給することであって、内面を有するある長さの チューブを備え、前記内面は相互結合される高分子コーティングを有し、この相 互結合される高分子コーティングは、前記内面に共有結合される疎水性の高分子 官能基と、この疎水性の高分子官能基と共重合される親水性ポリマーとを備える 毛細管電気泳動カラムを供給すること、 第1の端部を陽極リザーバに浸し、かつ、第2の端部を陰極 リザーバに浸すこと、 前記試料成分を前記第1の端部または第2の端部で前記毛細管カラム内に 導くこと、 前記リザーバを横切って電界を印加することを含み、前記電界は、前記毛 細管カラム内の各試料成分に関して異なる速度で前記試料成分を移動させること ができる、試料成分の試料組成を分析する方法。 17 前記試料成分は塩基性コンパウンド及び酸性コンパウンドからなるグルー プから選定される、請求項16に記載の試料成分の試料組成を分析する方法。 18 前記チューブはシリカで作られ、前記疎水性の高分子官能基はSi−O− Si結合によって前記内面に共有結合されている、請求項17に記載の試料成分 の試料組成を分析する方法。 19 前記疎水性の高分子官能基はポリブタジエンである、請求項16に記載の 試料成分の試料組成を分析する方法。 20 前記親水性ポリマーはポリアクリルアミドである、請求項16に記載の試 料成分の試料組成を分析する方法。
