Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.衝撃ハンマーを駆動するのに液圧を使用する孔内ハンマー衝撃穿孔に利用 できる衝撃ハンマーにおいて、ハンマーは衝撃行程中少なくとも2段階を通過す るシリンダー内のピストン部材を含み、一つの段階で与えられる実効ピストン区 域は他方の段階で与えられる実効ピストン区域とは異なっており、実効ピストン 区域の小さい方の段階中の液圧の供給は実効ピストン区域の大きい方の段階中の 液圧の供給に継続しており、これら2つの段階はピストン部材が衝撃位置へ外方 へ向かって加速せしめられている間にあることを特徴とした衝撃ハンマー。 2.ハンマーは戻り行程中少なくとも2段階を通過するシリンダー内のピスト ン部材を含み、一つの段階で与えられる実効ピストン区域は他方の段階で与えら れる実効ピストン区域とは異なっており、実効ピストン区域の小さい方の段階中 の液圧の供給は実効ピストン区域の大きい方の段階中の液圧の供給に継続してお り、これら2つの段階はピストン部材が最も内側の位置へ内方へ向かって加速せ しめられている間にあることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の衝撃ハンマー。 3.ハンマーは衝撃行程中3段階を通過するシリンダー内のピストン部材を含 み、各段階で与えられる実効ピストン区域は他の段階で与えられる実効ピストン 区域とは異なっており、実効ピストン区域の小さい方の各段階中これは、ピスト ン部材が外方へ衝撃位置へ加速させられている間実効ピストン区域の大きい方の 段階中に供給されている液圧の供給だけに続く液圧の供給に接続させられている ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし2のいずれかに記載の衝撃ハンマー。 4.ハンマーは戻り行程中3段階を有するシリンダー内のピストン部材を含み 、各段階で与えられる実効ピストン区域は他の段階で与えられる実効ピストン区 域とは異なっており、実効ピストン区域の小さい方の各段階中これは、ピストン 部材が内方へ最も内側の位置へ加速させられている間実効ピストン区域の大きい 方の段階中に供給されている液圧の供給だけに続く液圧の供給に接続させられて いることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の衝撃ハンマー。 5.シリンダー内に2つのピストン部材があり、各ピストンは請求項1〜4の いずれかに記載のような特徴をもって構成されていることを特徴とした請求項1 〜4のいずれかに記載の衝撃ハンマー。 6.シリンダー内に2つのピストン部材があり、各ピストンは請求項1〜5の いずれかに記載の構成に従って構成され、そしてピストン部材の中の第1のもの は第2のものへ結合されていてそれらは相互に反対方向に動くことを特徴とした 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の衝撃ハンマー。 7.水撃作用によるピーク圧力を減少するような構成としたことを特徴とする 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の衝撃ハンマー。 8.液体が水である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の衝撃ハンマー。 9.請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の衝撃ハンマーのドリル・ステムが孔内端 にある穿孔システム。 10.衝撃ハンマーが孔内で使用され、衝撃ハンマーを駆動するのに加圧液体 を使用する穿孔方法。 11.水撃効果を小さく維持する手段が請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のよ うに構成されたシリンダー内にピストン部材を含むハンマーを有するものである 請求項10に記載の方法。 12.明細書に説明され、添付図に示されたのと実質的に同じ穿孔方法。 13.明細書に説明され、添付図に示されたのと実質的に同じである、衝撃ハ ンマーを駆動するのに液圧を利用する孔内ハンマー反転循環衝撃穿孔に利用する 衝撃ハンマー。
