Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ベンゼンの豊富なガソリン沸点炭化水素のフィードストリームを、C5+オ レフィンを含んでなる炭化水素ストリームにを用いアルキル化し、低下したベン ゼン含量を有し、かつ、実質的にC10-アルキル化芳香族化合物を含んでなる芳 香族化合物を含有する生成物ガソリンを生成する方法であって、 触媒床内において、ベンゼンアルキル化条件にて、ベンゼンの豊富なストリー ムおよびC5+オレフィンストリームを、固体の形状選択性アルミノシリケート触 媒粒子に接触させることによって、低下したベンゼン含量を有し、かつ、実質的 にC10-アルキル化芳香族化合物を含んでなる芳香族化合物を含有するガソリン を含んでなる流出物ストリームを生成する工程を有する方法。 2.触媒が酸性ZSM−5を含んでなる請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3.ベンゼンアルキル化条件が、500°F〜1000°Fの範囲の温度、約 50(350kpa)〜3000psig(21000kPa)の範囲の圧力および0.1 〜約250の範囲の液体時間空間速度を含んでなる請求の範囲1記載の方法。 4.触媒床が流動床を含んでなる請求の範囲1記載の方法。 5.ベンゼンアルキル化条件が、700〜850°F(371〜454℃)の 範囲の温度、50〜400psig(350〜2860kPa)の範囲の圧力および約 1〜100の範囲の液体時間空間速度を含んでなる請求の範囲3記載の方法。 6.C5+オレフィンを含んで成る炭化水素ストリームが、分解ガソリンを含ん でなる請求の範囲1記載の方法。 7.分解ガソリンが、FCCガソリン、TCCガソリン、コーカーガソリンお よび熱分解ガソリンからなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲6記載の方法。 8.生成物ガソリンが低いリード蒸気圧をも有する請求の範囲1記載の方法。 9.生成物ガソリンがガソリンフィードストリームに比べてより低い硫黄含量 を有する請求の範囲1記載の方法。 10.ベンゼン含量が、炭化水素フィードストリームに比べて、少なくとも2 5重量%低下している請求の範囲1記載の方法。 11.C5+FCCガソリンのベンゼンおよびオレフィン含量を低下する方法で あって、 触媒床内で、ベンゼンアルキル化条件にて、FCCガソリンフィードストリー ムと固体の形状選択性アルミノシリケート触媒粒子とを接触させることにより、 低下したベンゼンおよびオレフィン含量を有し、かつ、実質的にC10-アルキル 化芳香族化合物を含んで成る芳香族化合物を含有するガソリンを含んでなる流出 物ストリームを生成する工程を有する方法。 12.少なくとも25重量%のベンゼン含量の低下、および少なくとも60重 量%のC5+オレフィン含量の低下を達成する請求の範囲11記載の方法。 13.触媒がZSM−5を含んでなる請求の範囲11記載の方法。 14.ベンゼンアルキル化条件が、700〜850°F(371〜454℃) の温度、50〜400psig(350〜2860kPa)の範囲の圧力、および約1 〜100の範囲の液体時間空間速度を含んでなる請求の範囲11記載の方法。 15.流出物ストリームが、より低いリード蒸気圧を有する請求の範囲11記 載の方法。 16.流出物ストリームが、ガソリンフィードストリームよりも低い硫黄含量 を有する請求の範囲11記載の方法。 17.触媒床が流動床を含んでなる請求の範囲11記載の方法。
