Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内部にボンプチャンバを備えたポンプケーシング及びインペラー通路を備え たポンプインペラーを持ち、該ポンプインペラーは回転自在のシャフトに取り付 けられており、前記ポンプインペラーは前記ポンプチャンバ内に配置されている 、ポンプで使用するのに適した遠心シール装置であって、該シール装置は、シー ルチャンバ内に配置されており且つ前記ポンプシャフトに回転自在に取り付けら れた主本体、及び該主本体の一方の側に設けられた周方向に間隔を隔てられた複 数のベーンを有し、これらのベーンは前記主本体の内ゾーンから前記主本体の外 周縁に向かって延び又はこの外周縁で終端し、各ベーンは、前記装置の回転方向 に関して湾曲した前縁、及び前記ベーンの内端と外端との間を延びる主軸線を有 し、前記主本体は内区分及び外区分を有する、遠心シール装置において、前記ベ ーンが以下の相対寸法、即ち、 Rv/Deoが0.3乃至0.7の範囲内にあり、ここで、 Rv=ベーンの前縁の湾曲 Deo=ベーンの外径、に従って形成されている、ことを特徴とする遠心シー ル装置。 2.Rv/Deoの比が約0.5である、請求項1に記載の遠心シール装置。 3.Tev/Wevの比が0.3乃至2.0の範囲内にあり、 ここで、Tev=ベーンの厚さであり、 Wev=ベーンの幅である、請求項1に記載の遠心シール装置。 4.Tev/Wevの比が0.3乃至1.5の範囲内にある、請求項2に記載の 遠心シール装置。 5.Tev/Wevの比が約0.85である、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか 一項に記載の遠心シール装置。 6.前記ベーンの前記主軸線が半径方向に延びているか或いは回転方向に関して 後方に、半径方向から0゜乃至30゜の範囲の所定角度αvだけ角度的に傾斜し ている、請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の遠心シール装置。 7.αvが約7.5゜である、請求項6に記載の遠心シール装置。 8.前記ベーンの前記主軸線は、ポンプシャフトの回転軸線から、好ましくは、 最大で前記装置の前記ベーンの厚さだけずれている、請求項1乃至7のうちのい ずれか一項に記載の遠心シール装置。 9.前記ベーンの前記主軸線は、前記主本体の内縁と外縁との間の半径方向線と 前記内区分の直径の領域等で交差する、請求項8に記載の遠心シール装置。 10.各ベーンの内径と外径との比であるDevi/Devoが、0.2乃至0. 7の範囲内にあり、 ここで、Deviはベーンの内径であり、Devoベーンの外径である、請 求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の遠心シール装置。 11.Devi/Devoの比が0.2乃至0.6の範囲内にある、請求項10に 記載の遠心シール装置。 12.Devi/Devoの比が約0.4又は0.5である、請求項11に記載の 遠心シール装置。 13.シールチャンバの幅(Wec)のインペラーの通路の幅(Wip)に対する 比が0.3乃至1.25の範囲内にある、請求項1乃至12のうちのいずれか一 項に記載の遠心シール装置。 14.Devi/Devoの比が約0.2乃至0.7である、請求項13に記載の 遠心シール装置。 15.前記シール装置の前記外径の前記ポンプの前記インペラーの外径に対する比 が0.6以上である、請求項14に記載の遠心シール装置。 16.前記装置の前記ベーンの幅の前記インペラーの前記ベーンの通路の幅に対す る比が0.05乃至0.6である、請求項1乃至15のうちのいずれか一項に記 載の遠心シール装置。 17.Devi/Devoの比が0.1乃至0.6の範囲内にある、請求項16に 記載の遠心シール装置。 18.Devi/Devoの比が約0.5である、請求項17に記載の遠心シール 装置。 19.前記シール装置の前記ベーンの幅Wevが、前記シールチャンバの幅の0. 2乃至0.5である、請求項18に記載の遠心シール装置。 20.16個のベーンが設けられている、請求項1乃至19のうちのいずれか一項 に記載の遠心シール装置。
