Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の熱可塑性融成物流の膨張を阻止するだけの高圧のもとで水含有発泡 剤を含有させ、かつ臭素化脂肪族難燃剤を含まない該第1流を用意し、 第2の熱可塑性融成物流を用意し、 該第1および第2流を一体化して複合融成物流とし、 該複合流をダイから低圧帯域に押出して、熱可塑性発泡体の第1層および熱可 塑性物質の第2層を有する安定な複合構造物を形成させることを含む同時押出の 耐火性複合物の製造方法において、 該方法は、第2融成物流が複合構造物の引火性を低下させるだけの量の臭素化 脂肪族難燃剤を包含し、さらに水を含まないことを特徴とする方法。 2.第1および第2流がそれぞれ複数の第1および第2流に分割され、次に交 互の順序で一体化されて、複数の第1および第2流が交互に並ぶ複合融成物流を 形成し、さらにダイから該複合融成物流を押出して、複数の第1および第2層が 交互に並ぶ複合構造物を形成することを特徴とする請求項1の方法。 3.外層が第2層出あることを特徴とする請求項2の方法。 4.臭素化難燃剤が構造物中の熱可塑性物質の重量に対して0.2ないし3. 0重量パーセントの量で存在することを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2または請 求項3のいずれか1つの項の方法。 5.臭素化難燃剤がヘキサブロモシクロドデカンであることを特徴とする請求 項1、請求項2または請求項3のいずれか1つの項の方法。 6 熱可塑性物質がポリスチレンであることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2 または請求項3の方法。 7.第2層がフィルム状であることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2または請 求項3のいずれか1つの項の方法。 8.耐火性複合構造物の製造方法において、該方法が下記、 第1の熱可塑性融成物流の膨張を阻止するだけの高圧もとで水含有発泡剤を含 有させ、かつ臭素化難燃剤を含まない該第1流を用意し、 複合構造物の引火性を低下させるだけの量の臭素化脂肪族難燃剤を包含し、か つ水を含まない第2の熱可塑性融成物流を用意し、 第1の熱可塑性融成物流を膨張させて、熱可塑性発泡体の第1層を形成させ、 次に第2の熱可塑性融成物流を熱可塑性発泡体の第1層に適用し、第1層に隣接 する熱可塑性物質の第2層を生成させて、複合構造物を形成させる諸工程を特徴 とする方法。 9.請求項1、請求項2または請求項3または請求項8のいずれか1つの項の 方法によってつくった耐火性構造物。
