Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)(i)少なくとも約0.030の複屈折、少なくとも約0.7mm の平均長さ、0〜6%の欠陥レベル、及び約0.23mg/mよりも大きくない 粗さを有する75〜99重量%のポリエチレンパルプ、 (ii)少なくとも2.9mmの平均繊維長さ、及び約0.23m g/mよりも大きくない粗さを有する0.5〜15重量%の繊維状安定剤、並び に (iii)0.5〜10重量%の補強剤 を含んで成るパルプ組成物を製造するステップ、 (b)この組成物を製紙機械のスクリーンの上に堆積させて無サイズ紙シート を成形させるステップ、 (c)この無サイズ紙シートを一連の加熱された乾燥カンの上で乾燥させるス テップ、並びに (d)この乾燥された無サイズ紙シートを240〜315°Fの温度で熱的に 接合させて、0.5インチの水圧力降下で少なくとも約2ft3/ft2/分のフ レーザー多孔度を与えるステップ を含んで成る、慣用の湿式堆積製紙装置の上で高級ポリエチレン紙を製造するた めの方法。 2.ポリエチレンパルプが約80〜99重量%存在し、繊維状安定剤が約0. 5〜10重量%存在し、そして補強剤が約0.5〜10重量%存在する、請求の 範囲1記載の方法。 3.ポリエチレンパルプが約90重量%で存在し、繊維状安定剤が約5重量% で存在し、そして補強剤が約5重量%で存在する、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 4.フレーザー多孔度が0.5インチの水圧力降下で少なくとも4ft3/f t2/分である、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 5.ポリエチレンパルプが0〜4%の欠陥レベルを有する、請求の範囲1記載 の方法。 6.繊維状安定剤が、北部軟木クラフト木材パルプ、ベイスギ/ホワイトスプ ルースクラフト木材パルプ、ホワイトスプルース/ロッジポールクラフトマツ木 材パルプ、マイクロガラス繊維及びポリエステル繊維から成る群から選ばれる、 請求の範囲1記載の方法。 7.補強剤がアクリルラテックス及び低溶融ポリエチレン粉末から成る群から 選ばれる、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 8.無サイズ紙シートを湿式プレスするステップ、及び無サイズ紙シートを一 連の加熱された乾燥カンの上で乾燥させる前に熱空気衝突によって無サイズ紙シ ートを予備乾燥させるステップを更に含んで成る、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 9.請求の範囲1記載の方法によって製造された、湿式堆積され乾燥されそし て熱的に接合された紙。 10.請求の範囲1記載の方法によって製造された、湿式堆積され乾燥されそ して熱的に接合された紙から作られた真空掃除機バッグ。 11.(a)少なくとも約0.030の複屈折、少なくとも約0.7mmの平 均長さ、0〜6%の欠陥レベル、及び約0.23mg/mよりも大きくない粗さ を有する75〜99重量%のポリエチレンパルプ、 (b)少なくとも約2.9mmの平均繊維長さ、及び約0.23mg/mより も大きくない粗さを有する0.5〜15重量%の繊維状安定剤、並びに (c)0.5〜10重量%の補強剤 を含んで成る、0.5インチの水圧力降下で少なくとも約2ft3/ft2/分の フレーザー多孔度を有する高級ポリエチレン紙。 12.ポリエチレンパルプが0〜4%の欠陥レベルを有する、請求の範囲11 記載の高級紙。 13.ポリエチレンパルプが約80〜99重量%存在し、繊維状安定剤が約0 .5〜10重量%存在し、そして補強剤が約0.5〜10重量%存在する、請求 の範囲11記載の高級紙。 14.ポリエチレンパルプが約90重量%で存在し、繊維状安定剤が約5重量 %で存在し、そして補強剤が約5重量%で存在する、請求の範囲11記載の高級 紙。 15.繊維状安定剤が、北部軟木クラフト木材パルプ、ベイスギ/ホワイトス プルースクラフト木材パルプ、ホワイトスプルース/ロッジポールクラフトマツ 木材パルプ、マイクロガラス繊維及びポリエステル繊維から成る群から選ばれる 、請求の範囲11記載の高級紙。 16.補強剤がアクリルラテックス及び低溶融ポリエチレン粉末から成る群か ら選ばれる、請求の範囲11記載の高級紙。 17.フレーザー多孔度が0.5インチの水圧力降下で少なくとも約4ft3 /ft2/分である、請求の範囲11記載の高級紙。 18.請求の範囲11記載の高級ポリエチレン紙から作られた真空掃除機バッ グ。
